Very quiet place to live. Not alot of problems.

My son, daughter n law, and grandsons live here. it looks to be trying to improve the area, but still looks quit rough. they are putting in a pool and basketball court. family says after living there 4 months they havent had any problems.

For this side of town these were pretty neat

Btw . the alex guy on top of me was one of the managers . He wasnt funny, nobody liked him .Aswell its not safe one of our managers husband was a pedophile.Ive been living here for about 4 years . weve ran into alot of managers and owners alot of changes have not been good many have ! All neighbors are nosey they gossip and tell on neighbors . and when the police comes to one of the units it all of a sudden a get together infront of some ones house . its alot of seniors so its really not for a kids community. They will complain about your kids making noise of splashing water or playing basketball or riding bikes . very nice community but i would think twice
