Met a lovely couple who invited me to see their mobile home park. They were so happy with their little community that I think its worth mentioning!

This is a quiet and well run mobile home community for people aged 55 and over. Management is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.

Beautifully maintained. Not your normal mobile home park this park is clean and well maintained. you can tell that the people who live there love living there and are.proud.of their community

Well I was only on the outside of the place and it was quiet, and thats important when youre living in a mobile home park... Because obviously the walls are really thin, and you dont want to hear other peoples lives when youre at home. That part Im The Las Vegas Gold Picker Ya hear me

Management is very rude she drives around harrassing tenets and has other tenets accusing people of stealing stuff from the park when they havent,you cant even have family or friends or even relatives come over with out people from the office taking photos or driving by your space 8 to ten times within an hour.. very judgemental and extremely racist towards others by there looks before even getting to know someone. they send you eviction letters accusing you of false accusations threatening tennets who pay there rent on time who doesnt bother other renters or disrespects the property at all ..office manager is very rude all the time always sounds like shes intoxicated everyday while driving inside the park everyday.looking for the littlest things to take photos of the tennet and there guests..and lets a man in a red two door truck drives around threatening tennents harrassing them everyday and is very rude accusing tennents about his stolen bike when they have cameras at the front gate, and I hav a friend whos mother and fathers tanndum two seater. Bike was stolen from the park and they did nothing wouldnt even look at cameras to see who did it for his mother and father who stays there so watch out future residents they judge you by looks and will do anything and everything to take your trailer and kick you out for nothing at all so if you have family or friends over for holidays to celebrate traditions kiss that goodbye if you do you will receive a eviction to move for having family over ....so the management is the most rudest and disrespectful I have ever met visiting my family living In a trailer park

Love living here! It’s well taken care of by the best management team in the city! Safe, quiet, fun, engaging, and a pleasure to attend functions provided to residents. Pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game nights, including Bingo make it great for seniors and their families.

Dont. Move. In here the manager. Is a.back stabber. Look at. All. The. Empty spaces here. Nobody likes this manager. She. Lousey,two face and a back stabber if anybody is doing any good for everybody she puts her big nose in it and that person quites it like living in hell

Nice quiet place with a pool, hot tub, workout room, game room. Very friendly managers and friendly residents.

Based upon management in 2012. Lack of respect for tenets and inability to deal with problems rationally. This was the feeling of many tenets.
