My niece and her husband own a mobile home here. They have a 2year old little girl and another one the way. Silverado is a wonderful place to raise children. Safe and fun for the kids. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful neighbors. So happy my extended family has a sweet place to start their own family ️

They need to make more parking spaces for residents to many people have alot of cars Im pretty sure more then 2 or 3. Will you guys please consider making more parking spaces so peoples cars are not getting towed?

Very old and run down, Management does nothing! Water leaking underground of practically the whole community, it smells like sewage at night time. The whole community is on a shared water meter and to compensate the high water bill that is outrageous from the ongoing under ground Leak, they overcharge the Tennants and make them pay for high water bill every month and raisetheirrent every year. They never post the water bill in the office for tenants to see, they are supposed to but say they dont have to. I live in a 2250 square foot home and their water bill is higher than mine every month!!!! Explain that!!! Tiny run down mobile homes and tiny properties paying almost 35 dollars each month for water!!! It should be fixed by Lakeshore Management who owns the property!!! Cant believe the LVWD dosent say anything considering we live in the desert and are supposed to be conserving water!!! Go Figure. Not at all impressed with this poorly managed community!!! No one has as any privacy, all chain link fences except outer units with a block wall in back, should be allowed to have privacy fences!!! Residents have to look at a disgusting Utility yard that backs up to there properties, with Republic Services giant dumpsters and trash and debris in utility yard for the lucky residents that live adjacent to this yard to gaze upon every time they just want to spend time in their yards!!! Very Sad, Could be a decent little mobile home park if it werent for the whole poorly trained and very rude Management team running this place, No people skills whatsoever. If you try to discuss any problems you have, they dont let you speak and cut you off immediately and never get back to you promptly, or fix any issues you tried to convey to them. They are Slumlords who like to play God!!! I will be returning to this mobile home park because I have good friends that reside at this park and want to continue to visit with them. Just a very sad situation. Wish the owners knew what was going on at this place, Im sure they dont want to be known as Lakeshore Management Slumlords!!! Very disheartening. Wish I had nicer things to say about Silverado Mobile Home Park, but dont see that happening unless they get rid of the whole Management team there. PLEASE SOMEBODY CARE!!!! Unfortunately cant give not even One Star!!! DONT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! ......Well I guess I will have to give One Star, wont let me post without giving a Star!!! ......And I take it back!!!

Complete dive!! Trash in the streets with broken bottles, when I went in the office to tell them they were Rude and told me to mind my own business, I was planning on looking at a mobile to buy, NO WAY would I. Ever even think of living there or ever visiting, EVER!!!

I live in Silverado community. This community is amazing everyone is so nice the ladies in the front office are so polite,they now answer the phones and even better theirs a Spanish speaker. I recommend this mobile home park.

I love living here all office and maintenance personal are so friendly and responsible they are putting new stuff decorations, security always keeping it clean love this place

Its very good they always keep the trailers clean! Also some have large backgrounds and so much space for anything else! I recommend these theres some for a low price and large price. Also the workers always do theyre job because they are always painting houses and making the mobiles better like more clean and more better! I totally recommend these mobiles they are very excellent!

Bad DRAINAGE SITUATION!!!Just uploaded picture of how it gets really flooded.Average of 3 to 6 inches of flood everytime it rains.Very BAD MISTAKE buying a lot here.Management would fine you everytime you litter outside your unitBUT IGNORES YOU everytime it gets flooded that you cant even get out of your unit.

Its cool for the price

It is a trailer park in the desert. Jets fly over daily starting at 6am. The pool is clean

It is cool because they have a pool that you can go to and you have a lot of space to play outside you have a storage room outside where you can do anything with it you can put extra stuff and even you can probably make it a play place for your kid or kids you can unlock it and you will have a play place you can use it for more stuff.there are 2 3 or 4 bed rooms in a trailer. I hope you like the stay.ENJOY!!

Had an appointment to see homes with Vanessa last week, called me 30 minutes before and said she had to cancel because of an emergency. Rescheduled for today at 9 am. I went and waited for 20 minutes outside of the office and no one showed up, phone kept ringing and not even a follow up call. Absolutely unprofessional

I own my mobile home in this park. The office staff is always extremely nice and helpful when i need something. When i locked my keys in the house they sent maintance over immediately to help me get me and my kids inside. Great place to live. The staff amd maintance are always friendly and very helpful. And i like the fact that there is a security guard that walks around at night to keep an eye on the park.

Nice community the all neighbors are nice and respectful, I live here since 2012 and what I like most is that, no one is exhibiting drunk outside his house. Nice place

I mean to tell you about this place because we use to own a trailer or mobile homeThe only issue is people and their loud music in the middle of the night and rent is about $660 for new people trying to move in to a rental is some where around $800 something like that you know as well as theres nices homes theres pretty ugly ones.The office doesnt ask for much

Ive been visiting my friend who lives there for over 10yrs now I park in the same spot every time I go there.. and the other night they towed my car and charged me almost 400.00 dollars to get it out. And whats so mrssed up about it they eatched me get out of my car to ho inside and then towed my car instead of letting me know I couldnt park there after a certain hour. There were no signs posted no one is ever in the office to answer questions .the new owners are very in professional.

Its HORRIBLE! THE DOMINICAN LADY MAKES UP HER OWN HOURS BECAUSE ALTHOUGH IT DAYS THEY WILL CLOSE AT A CERTAIN HOUR SHE CLOSES EARLIER. SHE IS RUDE, AND IN MY OPINION INCOMPETENT TO THE JOB, SHE DOES NOT HELP HER TENANTS, SHE DOESNT KEEP UP WITH PEOPLE PARKING ON THE STREET AFTER HOURS. SHE COMPLETELY ACTS AS IF SHE OWNS THE DAMN PLACE, BECAUSE OF THEM SHE HAS A JOB. SHE IS NOT CONSISTENT TO HER WORD, IF SHE SAYS I WILL CALL YOU BACK, THAT NEVER HAPPENS. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I AM SO GLAD I LEFT. THE PEOPLE OMG THERE IS KIDS CROSSING STREETS AND NO ONE CARES THE MOTHERS DONT CARE, THEY PROBABLY DONT EVEN NOTICE, THE MEN A LOT ARE DRUNKS AND JUST PARK THEIR CARS ON THE CURBS OR WHEREVER AND DRINK.

Horrible place. Took them 3 months to fix my air when it was over 100 degrees. Anything i ask them to fix, they dont. I have bugs and they wont even come spray. They make up rules and fees as they go. Before i moved here i asked about the pool and the hours. Its 92 degrees today and the lady in the office said there not opening the pool back up till next year due to vandalism. Never have i seen anyone damage n e thing at the pool. The lady in the office is a black lady and she is the meanest, rudest person i ever met. I dont know why she has this job because she dont do anything for the tenants. I will tell every person i can not to move here
