Nice club house and facilities. Grounds kept very well.

They have been real good with my mom and dad. My dad recently passed and they have been working with me very well to help get my mom packed and back to Salt Lake. Thank you and hope to do business with you later the at this year. 55 years or old community.

Would have given this a 5 but I did not see any meadows...That aside, I cannot review any further, as I was only there for a few moments, as I was fleeing the police...Successfully. For that day, anyway

Some of the rudest people Ive ever encountered and spoken with. I guess theyre kindness is only afforded to people who give them money directly. They were quick to get me off their property and off the phone with minimal service.

This is our home of over 5 yrs. Staff is very kind and thoughtful. First class fun and entertainment and activities! Amenities include two pools, a hot tub a work out room, tennis courts just to mention a few! We are well taken care of here.

I give the place 4 stars and they would have had five except one reason.The place is unbelievably clean, very beautiful grounds, very well kept and all the trailers look almost brand-new. Las Vegas Meadows definitely. It is a 55-plus Community.The reason they lost one star, is there is a very mean and rough troll that lives there and he hates everyone. They call him Frank the Frightener!!! He is very rude, very arrogant and puts himself above all others. He tells you everything that you have done wrong and rebukes you very harshly when you do. He is very mean very rotten very nasty and ruins the whole beautiful atmosphere it has going on. He doesnt even work there. You know the old expression, One Bad Apple ruins the whole barrel??!! I found it!! LoL!!Other than Gollum the Grumpy its a 5 Star Residence.

First impression was it was friendly, it wasnt a good time to expect too much information or see the place but Im still interested. very neat clean and well kept. I was impressed with the appearance!!

55+ active retirement community. Full time activity director. They have their own bus taking residents to different events, shopping, drug store and banking. Module home community, buy or rent.

My mom stays here. The grounds are beautiful. Lots of daily activities and friends. Daily trips are available.

I Have Lived Here for almost 5 Years, I have seen people come and Go. I love it here and I do allot of things. There is so much too do. You always have people that dont like something but they are the ones that just dont fit in to this life style, That happens. Theyre the ones that give our community a bad Name. The People that I have met here have been really nice. The only Complaint I have ever had, IS the Doggy Park, The maintenance do to much watering, some times you cant use it. The office people have been really nice too Me. I just feel that if Youre having a Problem with the Office. Go up and Talk to them in a Nice way. If Youre going up nasty expect nasty back. A few years ago I watched a guy that came in the office yelling at Kristi... She really didnt have nothing to do with his Problem... She kept her cool and was Very nice too him. That is a Professional. Now that is a People person....

You can not judge a book by the cover. Place looks nice but the people are pleasant until you sign on the bottom line.Many of the seniors in here who are in the know are bullied and fearful. The management makes up the rules as they go. They play hardball and will stonewall you on everything. At first glance the fancy clubhouse, nice facilities and the professional staff look great. They have by far the worst customer service, do not treat the tenants with respect and seem to be a bottom line company end of story.. The place is surrounded by a residence that is riddled with shootings and is a high crime area.The management company would not even acknowledge tenants and you will be at the mercy of some charming but very ignorant managers. There are many beautiful places to live in Las Vegas that in the long run will cost you less.The place looks safe but the guarded gate does not provide security at night. If you have more than one vehicle you will be constantly bothered moving cars because the parking situation is horrible. Only parts of the walls have barb wire and all during the night people jump the fence and cut through the place.You will be pestered to death with weed notices, parking tickets, and if you have a pet the dog park will be constantly over watered! A big muddy mess. If you rent they have huge boulders for desert landscaping and the ground is not prepared property and you are responsible for hobbling around huge rocks pulling weeds when its 110. Good luck move on to the next place wish I had.

I have lived here for 2 years. It is a well maintained community with esthetic rules that set it apart from other manufactured home communities. I appreciate the diligence of the front office and continue to be totally impressed by the volume of activities overseen by the community director. There will always be those who dont like the rules, and perhaps they would be better suited for one of the other less expensive and less well maintained MH communities in the Vegas Valley. There are a few things I would like to see change, however nothing that would prevent me from enjoying my home and the quiet security of community.

Good residence to a bad experience.Too expensive. Our lot fees went up more than $200 from 2005-2013. We now have a home with our own pool and the lot fees cost more than our mortgage, taxes, and insurance combined. I felt the staff was rude. They are all sweet until you sign then they are just in it for a profit.

People that work here are extremely rude.

I have lived here since April of 2012. Its a 55+ senior community with a Clubhouse, heated pool, indoor hot spa, sauna and gym area. We have activities, guest entertainment and shuttle bus service along with many other amenities.

Overly STRICT on cars that have oil drips.My friend tells me the pool is rarely open on time in AM.Sadsack mgmt does the best they can but when sanding and painting doors in JACUZZI room painters should WET SAND to keep PAINT DUST out of WATER and enclosed breathable AIR. Painters hired on the CHEAP. You dont know what you dont know. GREAT LOCATION for GOVT RETIREES or witness protection program members.

I was very disappointed with its location and how its really showing its age. Nothing seems to have been updated or upgraded and it is located next to a car cemetery or dump and various scary businesses.

To rich for my pocket and to many rules for older people

Moved into the Meadows because it wasa convenient location and I didnt have much time to look. It was also right next to my union hall. The staff appeared to be amazing and could charm a snake. First day I moved in my neighbor who is 15 feet away said oh I wish I could have talked to you this place is horrible and the manager goes from zero to $##& in 60 seconds. The whole unit is off center and you cant walk without hearing the floors. The worst part is the staff. First day here a security guard blocked me in my driveway with his golf cart when I was on my way to work. One thing you should know when you move in a mobile home in Las Vegas is that you have virtually no rights at all. Its a lanlord state. They know it and your are treated that way. The management only answers to Thesman corporation and they give them a free hand to do as they wish. I have not had more than two days in a row of peace since I moved in. When we complained to the corporate office we received notices for various issue which were just retaliation for going to corporate. The corporate office cares nothing about customer service just bottom line. You also might want to know that the community is resort style but most of the population is in there 70s or disabled. Its more like Gods waiting room. Two or three fire truck in here each week.. Also, there security patrol are also residents. They have one rogue security guard that takes his job very seriously and makes living here very difficult. If you sign a lease read over the guidelines for living and make sure you can live by them. If you are buying know that you will be expected to make costly upgrades and that when you sell the buyers must be approved by the office. The office is very much into control and there are a lot of very unhappy employees and residents in this place. I have literally developed a stress related condition because there is no working anything out with this community. You also might want to check out who your neighbors are when you move in. We live next door to a nut who walks around naked with the doors open. Nothing is confidential here and if you make a complaint or received on it will be disclosed. Also, these places are so cheap you utility bill will be sky high. We also have experienced theft on more than one occasion since we have been here. Also, be willing to have your home opened up to a inspection with only four days notice. Read you leave........................If you try to get out of your lease you will be responsible for the entire remaining balance which could be several thousand dollars. You will not get a patio, will not be able to use your yard and if you have two cars most likely only one will be covered. On closing I would like to say that the management will look at you and smile but the number onething to keep in mind is that THEY DONT CARE.

My in laws live here and hate it. They constantly tell me how rude the management is, and wish they had not purchased here. They thought a 55 and older community would be a place to make friends and share common interests, but instead has turned out to be a nightmare for them.
