Does anyone know the real owners contact information? ive been having issues with this manager Richard.. hes been following me with a camera and takes pictures of me, ive confronted him but he just ignores me and leaves ....... i understand if i was doing something bad but i just mind my own... also this place is nice and quiet but the owners MUST know whats going on. This guy takes videos of me ... if i was under age he would totally go to jail or get sued but i am not.

Very good on me but no to good on my small dog palomo it scare to fire works that it sheet on my food because my neigver jose who gave it to me didnt train palomo dog no to be afraid and watching those fire works I enjoy the colors and make me watch orion stars because it remain me the mark in my back which is the mark I was born I dont know if it is a considense .. Horrible place! The manager is so rude and disrespectful!! The owner or someone needs to investigate him. But it will soon happen! Since they havent. He crossed the line for the last time. A friend of mine is a owner of 2 in here and he gave them a eviction!! During covid19! Lol sorry buddy but ya cant do that! So anyone that hes given one too. You can report it to the governor and News 8! Yup she did. Horrible place and management!!

I love living in this neighborhood. Its quiet at night and very well kept up.

I for one do not like trailers or the trailer parks do to the people in them and the reputation they hold but this one is actually quite nice from the trailers are older but nice the people there keep them well maintained and the people are amazing simply enjoyable to be around

Recently moved in with a buddy. Quiet enough compared to other communities Ive stayed lived.

I love this little area when I visit my friend. Im from out of state and this is a large community. The security guard is wonderful, and the speed bumps make it so no one can speed through the neighborhood. If youre looking for a quaint little yet big place, this is the place to be.

For the past 5 months Tenants here have been in the Dark! Because the Parks Owners and or Management installed 30 Plus Non-Permitted Street Lights thru out the Park. Clark County Code Enforcement made the Park remove all of the Street Lights. Since that time the residents have been with out Street Lights and or Temporary Lightening.Nor, has the Park Abated the tenants monthly $600.00 space rent for their failure to provide Common Area Utilities. And activity evicts any one whom objects to their illegal unethical business practices.Unless you dont mind walking in the dark I would not recommend this place to any serious renters.

This place is horrific to live in! Dont even try it here go somewhere else! I prefer to live in the streets than here, the manager is a creep, rude, always trying to kick poeple out & im pretty sure hes a racist.! The security guys think their all that, and can be all rude just cause they hate their lifes! We all understand that you need to stop at a stop sign, we all understand the speed limit. We understand loud music at night blah blah blah. They think they are superior towards anyone. Everyday that i pass by the security just gives me a dirty ass look, and tries to say hi. I understand this isnt the job you want but deal with it. Its what you got.! There was a security guy that worked there a skinny one he was actually nice and says hi to you when ever he sees you. YOU GUYS NEED TO FIRE THAT OTHER ONE HES SOO RUDE!!! And put some goddamn lights in the streets!!! What the hell do i look like i have night vision or something.? At least put some lights! I never have nor had complaints towards other people, just the people that work here.

Too noisy. Neighbors are rude. Loud music constantly and at all hours. People honk to pick others up from 7 am until 1030 pm. Doesnt anyone know how to knock? FTLG STOP at the the dang STOP signs
