This mobile repair company is great. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and then installed the parts and cleaned up after themselves. They also honored the extended warranty that I have. I will use them again for repairs.

Desert Mobile Home Park is a very quiet older mature adults live here. And then there is our house. There will be loud music there will be discussions, there will be dancing and there will be smoking.

Dont have an emergency and expect these guys to help. My motor coach awning went out on its own and was on the neighbors house. My wife was home alone as I am out of town working. She tried to get the awning to retract and it would not. She called our dealership who gave her the number to Desert Mobile to come help her. After leaving a message and they finally called back and the earliest appointment was next week. As she grew more and more upset and anxious over the situation the person on the line hung up on her after she was pleading with them to help or at least offer another company to help. Wow the worst customer service ever......

These guys are Great, Profesional replacement of Micro Wave/Convection oven. Went right to work and cleaned up behnd themselves. Was a pleasant experience.
