The management is friendly and personable. If we have any problems they are helpful in solving problems in a timely manner.

Prices keep going up. Management is nonresponsive to complaints from residents.

Place is huge! First day I visited my sister I got lost and the place is a lot bigger than I thought... The security is real nice and very observant... My friend got his car towed parking on the street so be careful where u parked...

This place has gotten a lot better. New people in the office are friendly and nice. My car got towed for parking in the landscaping, now I just dont do it. I talked to Chris in the office and he explained everything to me.

Parking is terrible and the tow drivers hide to wait for you to go inside and illegally tow you. Then IF you want to fight, you realise it cost more to fight then to pay to get car back. Also, management is not on his job. Comes oft as helpful in the beginning to get you you and your money, then its downhill from there. God for bid you are having a problem or issue with a neighbor..

It looks nice . We were looking for home and it looks cozy . Quiet . And my friend lives there and always when I go visit her is the same so I do recommend this place but Im waiting for them to have openings so I can look at some mobile homes. Update. !!! We moved in !!! We love it !!! Thank you Chris. You are the best.

I live here, and its perfectly fine. A few neighbors can be annoying at times but thats just people, not the place. The houses are nice, however the doors in my house could be better aligned.

Best place I ever lived. Management seems to be nice. Dont park on the street. Kids always outside playing and I feel safe.

Bad managmant, the man in charge treat the customers living already in the property like they are his employees, or like they are there for free, entire management is very rude and desrespectfull, they dont listen or see for their’s customers, and they only clean and paint the entrance, no more than 200 feet beyond that..

Not too bad whatsoever. Thought about buying a trailer there myself. Very peaceful strangely vibe about itself. Someplace I wouldnt mind calling home myself . Definitely the nicer of all the Boulder Trailer Parks Ive ever seen in my time thats for sure .

Horrible owners horrible horrible place to live. The owners harass you daily and constant about every little thing. You can’t park on the street for any amount of time or you will be towed away. This place is the worst i have ever lived at. Sadly I am stuck here just a little while longer. Don’t rent or buy in this place. They will do every thing they can to get your home from you if you own in here.

The person in charge of taking the payments is so rude and lacking of courtesy.Bad place to live.Nobody cares about this hood. Its so ghetto.Not recomended to live here at all

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place,like a lot of other trailer parks, has a terrible reputation of evicting people without good cause..some residents have been there longer than Management or any of their employees! Then KEEP there trailer, RV, home, etc.

Every thing nice said about this place is a lie my neighbor nearly got shot in the head during a drive by in broad day light, no security at All, the grounds keepers will steal your patio furniture. Lots of Meth users. Noisey cars, when I first moved here rent was 380 now its 520 and rising and we have received NOTHING INRETURN for the ridiculous over charge in lot rent, this park is an over priced ghetto, aka little Mexico

Cheap harassing management and employees. Unreasonable parking rules. Very discriminatory. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible communication, managers have no people skills and are prejudice. Never been disrespected so much in my life. Wish they had better people who are friendly and had good people skills. Very disappointed in the way this park is being ran. No wonder so many trailers are empty and do not sell.

Slum Lords who take advantage of renters who are low income and vulnerable due to circumstances such as eviction or poor credit. The everchanging property management team is biased and doesnt legally operate this property. Inconsistent and often illegal code and law enforcement could leave a familyhomeless and without a vehicle. There is no VISITOR PARKING so beware guests and family members.

Just dropped off a friend, it appeared clean and family oriented.

Today i could hardly walk and was trying to make it to my friend Danny L s house. The maintenance man Named Steve gave me a ride in his golf cart. Thank god for Steve. My back was out and my cain was broken. Grest workers at this Park.

Boulder Park some good some bad but all in all average

The perfect place to go people watching. With plenty of places to eat and/or drink with a view of the shoppers, its a treasure trove of entertainment.

85% of Residents are really nice, many of them have owned their homes for years. In 10+ years 4 different management, 2 were decent, 2 poor people skills/dishonest. It very sad!!

This park was a decent place to stay as long as you pd your rent and kept quiet to your self. MANAGEMENT HAS MUCH TO BE DESIRED.. SHE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DOESNT LOOK FOR GOOD OEOPLE. JUST PEOPLE THAT LIVE UP TO HER OWN STANDARDS. SHE had a great tenant and friend to me living there whok she slowly harassed till he finally had to abandoning domicile of 3 yrs rent always pd. SHE doesnt respect your privacy and is sneaky behind your back. SHE sent meth heads to sniff around patio to find out whats up you porch. This put my home in Jeapordy of these hoodlums returning and they did. They stole a battery and moped along with metal salvage. Be careful if your considering a place here. Do diligence to see if its really where you want to be. Check for yourself.
