Weeds not kept up, driving thru I saw the maintenance man smoking unprofessional. Streets within the community are bad crumbling and look like a safety hazard

It appears that this park is trying to do some upgrades i drove through about a year ago didnt look like management gave a dam about anything. I see new seal coat and a few new homes. The current residents should be happy this place was a dump. Good to know there are still owners that care about their property

The Manager-gal is GREAT! Shes ALWAYS ready to fix something and talk to people. Ive been here a year, great neighbors, and I LOVE that its a senior community. Im the YOUNG ONE now!

I moved to this park in 2010. It is a 55+ park. I am not 55, but my significant other is, so I was allowed, (at that time), to reside there. In the few years that I lived there, I watched management change over at least six times. And, with each change, everything got more confused, and chaotic. These people know nothing of running a community, esp. a senior park! I can not imagine if my mother or father were subjected to such torture, which is exactly what these people dish out!! No one that works there seems able to communicate very well at all, but they sure can dish out bogus rules, reports, and lies. There is absolutely no privacy or respect here. The management seems to allow certain park tenants to call all of the shots, and go along with whatever these individuals deem acceptable. We had a sewer problem, (not our pipes, the parks pipes), and after a month of writing letters and calling and complaining, I finally hired a plumbing service to snake the drain. (That was all that was wrong with it) I then billed the park for that expense, which is partially what led to our eviction. I had won a previous eviction with them a year before. This time around, TEN people showed up to report false accusations and lies, and I lost. What was even worse, is the fact that I was given THREE DAYS to move!! These guys are all crooks and thieves, and I would truly watch out for them!!!! SNAKES and CROOKS!!! Beware!! Un-professional and underhanded!!

I thought i was helping my grandmother by finding her this place to rent, well i was wrong! This place is a joke! They fined my grandmother 2000 for covering open electrical wires with brick not to mention they refuse to fix her ac until she pays rent so now they are trying to evict her. She 82 years old how can they expect her to live with out ac and her swamp cooler dont work either. But we have no idea what to do to get help....

Dirty, disgu6 place, poor or null management performance, the difference between be homeless and live here is that they dont need coexist with roaches, SUCKS, waiting save money to leave this disgusting place, and from the administration ( Lisa) even dont care about return you the phone call, people parking in the streets, garbage everywhere, cero maintenance help, STAY SAVE, DONT COME INTO THIS PLACEEwww I missed a little detail the place is Plenty of street cats and bc that STINKS cats pis.I had a hole in my bathroom floor for TWO MONTHS, I talk you live here is a risk for your health in all the possible ways.
