I dont recommend this park at all. My son and i came here to bury his father and handle his affairs . He died unexpectedly and little did we know he was behind on the space rent. So we decided to remodel and sell the trailer to pay what they were owed. But before we could they had us evicted from the trailer. I spent a month painting and redecorating just to get thrown out on tbe same day i was heading back home! Now they claim the mobile home is theirs for just a few months of back rent! I was very disappointed in the way they handled our situation. No compassion and parking! Careful! Theyll tow u in an instant if u park in the street.

Very bad place to stay in. They charge you $25 for 10 days late and $5 everyday aftee that during this COVID time. Should be reported to Governor Sisolac..and see what their office will sayAlso shoukd be reported to channel 13

A nice over 55 mobile home park. The residents are for the most part friendly. The park is clean and managed well.

I have been here over 2 years and I love my neighborhood. I like the staff and I like that they are not a big corporate owned Mobile Park. The amenities are nice and private. Lot rents and also rentals are reasonable. I am centrally located between strip and downtown. I am 1 mile from grocery store 1.5 miles from gym and any store you want. I think I have found my forever place.

Very quiet and clean. Not too much outside traffic. ONLY thing is it needs the trailer numbers posted with which way to go because the making of this Mobile home park is a hot mess lol but very beautiful

Wonderful and affordable place to live

Visited a friend there and was amazed at how serene this place was. Friendly polite people taking leisurely walks throughout the park. Was almost hard to believe that this place was located just off the freeway!! Easy to find but tucked away for just enough privacy to make you feel comfortable to call this place home.

They wouldnt accept my motorhome because its too old, but there was a motorhome exactly like mine, same year parked with them! They even had older ones!

I was only a visitor at this particular Mobile Home Park. The office is nice with friendly, helpful staff. The grounds are very neat and clean. There is no offensive loud music or fighting or junk cars or clutter. Very nice environment.

Senior living . You can rent and/or buy. Folks that live there are very friendly. The management can be a bit of a pain. There are no guard gates, yet folks are fairly safe. It is quiet and clean. The rent is very reasonable. The pool is private and nice. You can have dogs but you can not fence in your yard. You can build an enclosed patio. There are single and double wide homes. Within driving distance (6 mins) to Boulder Station

If you like to be descriminated on and harrassed at a high price this is the one for you! Its all frowns, look downs and gender hate. What a wonderful place!

It would be a great place to live if the management wasnt so rude to the residents.

Quiet and peaceful. However the management is horrible. If you are even THINKING about parking a vehicle, it is a huge issue, even for a few hours. I know they want the street clear but they are little dictators in their trailer park world. Surrounding area is rough.

I have been living here for almost 5 years it is quite & nice, management does their best to keep the park clean & orderly.I would have given it 5 stars but there are only 1 or 2 speed bumps so consequently speeding is an issue .

Be warned! If u look to young they will do everything in there power to evict you or at the very least cause problems..so if u hire a young man to do some work for you. Prepare yourself for the police showing up and accusing you of running a meth lab!! Very Poor managment!! Bitter and 2faced women! So hire someone in a wheel chair if u want work done.
