We moved here from Southern California in September 2019. So far, we love it here! The neighbors we have met are really nice and seem to care about the area. The office staff has been really helpful, especially when our Heater and AC didnt work. They got it all fixed and even bought us space heaters to use to get us through the cold rainy nights until they could fix the problem. We dont regret moving here!!

Quiet place to live. Its clean and being upgraded and homes remodeled.

Older park but the upkeep is nice. Definitely some undesirables but I havent had any issues.

Descent, still has some cleaning up and remodeling to do. Worth a look around.

Great community is awsome here and the rent to own deals are great under 750 a month includes for me a two bedroom home two bath the space rent and water and after ten years you own rhe home with only 300 dollars to pay for space rent and home its a deal for those out here in las vegas that pay more then that for a studio. No credit required. Feel free to ask me about it.

Seems to be a pretty nice place to live I didnt get to live there I just visited trailer park is large lots of places to look things to do it seems to be a senior Park has a clubhouse in a swimming pool plenty of things to do for seniors.......BEAR

Was trying to help friend find it a plate a trailer but they might as well just get an apartment is it cost the same the only difference about that is they give you the option to lease with a rent option to buy takes you 10 years to pay off though

Place of good. People. That care this trailer. Park is better the owners and managers. Are cleaning this place up it is a lot of work but there doing the best they can. It coming around tammy is a great manager. She cares. About the people that live here .that takes a good preson too do that and deal with every ones problem s .i hope she stay here and keeps doing a great job thanks Tammy for beening you. Lisa and kurt

To many homeless people who wont get out when they know they are not wanted here.They moved themselves in with 2 people & they will not leave. Now the management went to kick them all out.Its not right.
