New manager is tyrannical, hostile, argumentative, defiant, combative & lacks empathy, communication skills & patience. Interactions with her are stupefying, sole crushing & stressful. If you are considering moving here, count on being interrogated, accused & once again left stupefied.

I have lived here for 13 years. Management challenges changes often. There a lot of renters now, crime has increased. This used to be a nice senior park, now anything goes. All the owners want is the lot rent.

650 dollars a month to park your trailer, no trees very few bushes or flowers. Heavens waiting area for seniors.

The manager is a little funny to the point of creepy. Its a clean park. Close to the strip schools and Smiths.

It turned into a senior park and the managers are in caring. She had lived there for 14 years, was hospitalized and subsequently was evicted.

Was just visiting a friend and I can tell. That mobile homes park is a nice place

They are about 75 years old inside . Outside may look nice but inside of these things are horrible!!!!!! And manager is horrible !!!

Seems like a safe place to stay.
