With the new owner, the park improved its condition a lot. Now the repair crew is very quick on fixing items, and park is quiet and clean. Very worth the rent they are charging. I am happy moving to the park.

If i could i would give it a 0 star because the staff doesnt do there jobs and you basically have to fix everything yourself so i would recommend not moving here

As I am looking for apartment, I visited the park. it is nice and quiet. The rent is affordable. The new gate looks nice, and units are newly renovated.

The place is in disrepair and needs work. Its got potential and from what I understand, its being renovated a little bit at a time. Id like to meet with the owners actually and run an idea by them.

I went to visit my sister n law and had a few friends come over we werent loud or anything like that but they told her that we had to much traffic and then called her dad while he was out of town working . Who does that we are grown adults as long as we pay our rent and respectful and dont no the anyone we should be aloud to have who ever we want at our home ...

I have lived on this property for over 1 year. It has been one of the worst most disgusting places i have ever lived. The trailers are falling apartment. There is no lights along the driveways to the units. You see stray cats everywhere that use the bathroom in your yard. My floors are slowly collapsing and they havent came in to fix it. My daughter has a piece of plywood as part of her bedroom window because they were to cheap to replace the glass. The only cooling that is offered are swamp coolers that dont work properly. If I could i would give this place zero stars.

Dump they treat residents like they are nothing, refuse to do simple repairs, studios dont have stoves nor any hook up for one. Kitchens dont even have a sink. All visitors or guests are watched like criminals. Seems like their is a thousand stray cats running around. Steer clear of this place.

Other than paint peeling on all the homes its quiet and nice place to visit

This place should be burned ashes. Its a bunch of decaying frames they claim are trailers, they put plywood in the middle of some of them and rent each side out as studios, there are holes everywhere, and the bed bugs are insane there. They literally have infested that entire trailer park. It was a bad place to be 10 years ago and it should be condemned now. Its got to be illegal to rent places out in that condition

My friend lived here for a very short time he was eating alive BADLY by bed bugs, they blamed him, dont walk away from this dump, RUN the other way AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Disrespectful manager the manager Roxanne did not fix any of the problems they claim to have power paid units but they dont rent any of the power paid units to anyone so they dont have to pay for the peoples power and Roxanne is the worst person I have ever met dont rent from there

Wow I lived here as a kid 25 yrs ago! STILL GHETTO AF! But I can say is the ghetto helped me rise above to the entrepreneur that I am today!
