Nice signage, clubhouse freshly painted with new furniture, new pool furniture, pool clean, road has fresh asphalt, many nicely landscaped homes. Well managed.

This park is trash everything about it is trash the place is horrible management doesnt do anything is never there never tries to assist you never wants to help you steals rent money you cant even get proper paper work during this hard times to be able to get some help the phone is never answered the office is never open even before this whole pandemic i have tried getting in touch with owner corporate offices anyone that can help and no luck everything is unprofessional and just wrong.

Terrible, park looks like a total disaster.weeds and cars park in yards,completely dirty. The pool is extremlyLow on water and the pool is green. NotSuitable for use plus pumps not workingTrees &palm trees need to be trimmed andSeveral trees need to be cut down. NobodyIs ever in the office.

This place is hunted a lot of criminal activity. 3 murders were recently on 2 mobile homes wish now they try to sale.. management never there to much drama owners live in Arizona ..
