The office manager is very nice-! Rental process was easy and quick.

Alot of the time you will need maintenance and you will either never get it or they will do a half job and have to constantly replace like with this sewer that keeps leaking... And the park is always closed off and poor quality.

My family and I have lived at Storeyville for over a year. We love it here. Tina and Judy are the BEST. They have always been good to my family and both are willing to go above and beyond for anyone in need. We definitely dont plan on moving any time soon! Thanks for all you guys do! As always, you both are appreciated dearly!

Just moved in, very quiet neighbors. Near the Nellis base, so you hear jets, but I dont really notice them. Military brat, but I think they still wouldnt bother people after an adjustment period.

I love the Storeyville community. Tina and Judy are down to earth really good people. The rent is very reasonable the maintenance comes right away when there is a problem. And the community is clean. The neighborhood might not be great. But once you drive into the Storeyville Park its like a whole new world!

Lots of asphalt and cement. Best if you have a vehicle because if youre in the back youve got a mile to walk just to get out (not fun during a Vegas summer).

If you like a good working air conditioner and actuall maintenance that respond and knows what they are doing DO NOT MOVER HERE!!! My parents are elderly and my father has heart problems. Their ac has not worked right for about two weeks now its not working at all. It is 105 degrees in this house so I purchased them a portable ac. When I hooked it up it pops the breaker. This place has nothing but problems with people that does not know what they are doing working here. Chanel 13 was contacted tonight. Please anyone who read this do not move here for the sake of your family

Had Black Mold in my trailer I was renting... Family, friends, and I fell through the floor in many places in my trailer... Staff though is really kool.... Love a lot of the neighbors there too

Air conditioner went out too frequently & when wed call maintenance we were told there are long waiting lists and there were times it took them a few days to show up just to have the same thing to happen once again the following day.

So quiet and calm.
