Its nice little place clean and looks secure

I have known people, although it was 25 yrs or so ago, that lived there. I used to work for Jake Bowman, selling the spaces to the Vendors at Broadacres Swap Meet. He sold it in 2008 for I think was 35 Million, and Bought Rancho Cost-a-lotta my Brother receives Social Security, and I receive 30% Service Connected VA Disability, and Social Security Disability also. We each get about 1,200.00mo.

I love this place and the manager is adorable

This trailer park has been there forever, so to speak. With not the best tenets or reputation. But my hats off to the current managers. They are doing one hell of a job at clean up, removals and repairs. And the tenants are 100 % a better class. Thats why I give this place and its employees a great big .

Clean and subdued was my take on the place.

Its a run down mobile home patk.

The laundry room has been locked for months. the lights are on at times & the empty soda machine is plugged in but the one working washer and dryer dryer are locked up inside

A very old kind of run-down place people seem very nice. Close to a Subway and a Circle K and another convenience store. Theres an auto auto parts place close by. It is a gated Park and you must have the code to come in.

I live here its not perfect but its a pretty decent place to live in my opinion.

Needs to be cared for better and cleaned up, also have security or something to keep people who dont live here out. Residents are getting tired of people just hanging around in here especially since its A gated community.

Seems like a pretty nice place to live I could not move in there because of my dog my dog is a pitbull kind of a hard thing to deal with to find a place to live because of my dog everybody thinks that he is mean seems like a nice place though...............BEAR

They should have Bigger better mhs 2 rent. My guy bff & I r JUST FRIENDS/rmmates & we need 2 have our own Separate bdrm & bthrm. I have a king sized bd & have 2 have a master bdrm & we BOTH LOVE 2 COOK. I am gourmet cook.

Its reasonable price and its a quiet place but you got to live here until you understand the problems.

There has been a lot of work done here

Friendly residents. But very high profile with metro. I was wanting to give friend ride and cops pulled in and took my plate number like I was doing something wrong.

I have had a good experience with the management there

Nice community shower for BBQ area with dog park area for tenants and guests...laundry facility on site with security gate entry are the pluses here!

Run by slumlords and full of tweakers.

The management are slumlords. They turn the utilities off for extended periods of time with no notice whatsoever. They harass guests and they are rude.

Went to visit a friend, place is a lot cleaner than it was a few years ago.
