I have lived here for almost a year. The maintenance tech (Kyle) is one of the best this park has had. The park looks a lot better. The new homes and the new front end of the park makes a big difference. Very family friendly and the animals are all nice.

I have lived here for the past few years. My beginning experience was not pleasant. Donna was the one to help me in renting a home here. When I found one I liked she told me it was available when I came back to rent she said oops I forgot about you and gave it to someone else. I tried to switch and have someone else assist me to no avail. She currently is working in the office again and I will tell all of you do not rent/buy from this woman. She is a very unprofessional, unfriendly and very difficult to deal with.

I been living here for 12 years and it was great! But now with this new management I will be leaving this park and I suggest others should also leave.Maner Mario was the best this park has had and now we have Maria who is super rude and shes a racist. And she also hates old people. And they think they have such a low rating because of the mess around trailers but there really isnt mess they have low ratings because of how they treat people. How is possible that I cant have my car that Im fixing in my parking lot that I am paying them for outside. This place is so ridiculous now and I hope they end up closing this park. So if you are looking for a place to live do not come here you will regret it. Thats why people are leaving.

The new management is the worst. When I moved in the Manager Mario cared about the people and worked along together when there were problems with the homes. The new management is rude, doesnt care about the people, and dont let you enjoy being in the presence of your home. For example, I had my car in parked near my home because it needed repairs and I wasnt able to afford fixing it at the moment so I told the new managers about my problem and they didnt care. Having the car parked for couple weeks, the new managers called the tow truck to come pick up my car, but due to financial situation we still couldnt fix it till couple weeks later. I had no choice than to what the new managers and the tow truck was trying to charge me $200 to not take it, so I had no other choice than to sell my car to the junk yard. DONT MOVE IN, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Be careful with this place Really unprofessional staff and MANAGEMENT rude and unresponsible, always changing employees. They increase rent WITHOUT notice and their trailers are in bad condition always requested for stuff to be fixed in my home and they would say that someone will be sent over to have it cheked and never did! I hated it!
