WVMHP is a great place to live. Nice clean gated community, with good neighbors. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. I am new here, but I love it already!

I recently made the move to las vegas from SLC, UT and let me tell ya, its stressful trying to land a spot to live prior to and even after arriving in to town. Other places were not so helpful, however. This place was awesome!!! Becky was really nice, welcoming and friendly!!! She promptly corresponded with myself as well as submitting our application for residency. The process was fast and painless. The home we ended up selecting was brand new and very beautiful!!! The community is clean and quiet and i am very happy with my decision to make West Valley our home!!! Thank you Becky Martinez!!!

I was treated like a queen. Alleda was marvelous the place is clean and the units are renovated, the price of rent can not be beaten, but ALLEDA the Leasing agent is GEM of the place, she went all out of her way to get me everything I wanted to get and very professional and Kind... Which is hard to find now days. My family and I are very excited to move in.

Very quiet and clean mobile home park. Steve and Becky are very accommodating. Been living here almost 4 years now, no problem with neighbors or with management.

This place has been awesome, its gated and very quiet. Its been wonderful living here and I couldnt of asked for a better management company. Steve and Becky are awesome and they will help you out in anyway possible! If you are looking for a nice community to rent from give West Valley a shot you wont be disappointed

DECENT QUALITY AND KLEEN

Its not a bad place, I have a family member that lives her now for almost 2 years and they like it. Theres a pool and the grounds seem to be well kept. Its also near the strip and some shopping centers.

Ive been here awhile. In my experience The Office and Great Maintenance Staff prioritize and quickly take care of any problems that happen around the property, regardless if its a rental property or of its a space thats having a problem.If youre low key and quiet this is a Great community. If youre a responsible adult looking for an excellently located space or home, thats near everything in the city, this is the place for you. Youll have no trouble here.If yer a Slacker, or a person thats Unaware of your neighbors or even unqualified to be here, those neighbors and Staff wont appreciate your presence. Move along. You wont like it here, Neighbors here are vocal to real problems. The staff and current residents work hard In keeping out the riff raff. Thats the best part of this Community.

Lived here 26 YEARS!! After major issues the owners (uniprop) refused to allow me to keep living here due to only one income and would not work with me to regain our financial issue. (Lasted 5 months total due to daughter having chemo for over a year). Was wonderful living there and wanted to continue raising my daughter there. Sad the way the company treated us like we just moved in and not 26yrs!!!

Nice quiet property, the office staff are amazing and the maintenance guy can fix anything. Great pool, big clubhouse that can be rented for events. Pretty much anything you need is close by and easy to get too.

Nothing works, pain to get stuff done with the management. Will not fix your ac problems takes weeks to have any work done if at all.

People need to slow down at intersections in the park. Also I wonder why theres so many empty spots.

Could have a more friendly staff since the grounds keeper made my mom uncomfortable out for asking the office about the sewer spill a few weeks back. Said you guys complain to much. Never talked to the guy before so didnt fully understand him.

The community center and the pool are super clean, the one guy I talked to was friendly and the place looked clean and quiet.
