The neighborhood is not the greatest there is a decent amount of crime and gang activity in the neighborhood surrounding and in the mobile home park however most of the people that live there are good people hardworking working class There is of course people squatting and on trailer trash but people will be people so take that as you will there are quite a few children running around unsupervised playing in traffic

It might not be a polished mobile home park. The residents however are friendly and neighbors know their neighbors. A kid friendly community.
