Manager is very Rude. My husband and I tried buying, we understand our credit history is not good, But we are trying to repair it.we both come from previous debts with prior marriages.The manager would not even talk with me, I was told that my credit was terrible, and i needed to have my real estate agent speak with her, that she had nothing to talk with me.I really think that if we have a good rental history someone should be able to help us.

I am so happy we found this park and moved in about a month ago. It is secure and quiet, thanks to the awesome manager and her help. They treat us with respect and have been kind and welcoming. We were even given a welcome basket filled with goodies to make us feel at home. There are many rules here but those keep the park safe and quiet. The rules were one of the reasons we chose the park to begin with and I am very pleased that they are enforced the way they are. I would highly recommend this park to anyone that wants to feel safe and sleep well at nights.

Nice place the times we are there not very much activity going on. Only see a couple people walking around a day. To set back for me.

I call it home and have for over 5 yrs. This place is a Gem. Hidden way from the fast paced city outside the enter/exit gates. Lets hope it stays that way, thanks to Nancy and her team at the park. They all do an awesome job to keep this place looking good and extremely well kept.

Great mobile home place to live

Sounds like not really 100% seniors only park. A lot of write ups here seem to be from under 55 individuals....

Its a nice place for 55 and older. Very quiet and clean.

Very thankful for all the help we have received from manager Nancy and assistant manager Todd. They and their staff have gone out of their way to be kind and helpful. We are so glad we found this mobile home park. We are new to Nevada and find ourselves in a warm and welcoming community that treats us like family.

I dont understand these other reviews. I purchased a home in the Casa Del Sol for my Mom 8 years ago, she has had nothing but positive experiances here. In fact she has a better social life than I do with all the activities going on .The security gate was a huge factor in choosing the Casa Del Sol. Also, my Mom is disabled and management has always been very helpful making sure she is looked after. Whenever I visit the park, not a hair is out of place, the streets are perfect and the amenites are clean and well kept. Whatever management is doing is working.

I went to casa del.sol mobile home park today 1/17/2017 I talked to a guy named Larry about one of the mobile homes for sale in there space 1 for sale he had his dad meet me there to show it to me he was wonderful very polite and the mobile home was beautiful I plan on purchasing there soon I had a wonderful experience I met his wife linda,and daughter too very nice

My experiences with casa del sol have been horrific. The management is loud rude and uncaring. My mother has lived here for years. Why i dont understand. I would travel with my family on vacation and come to see my mother once a year. Traveling a 1000+ miles. To be chased down and screamed at by Nancy telling us we couldnt stay here and that my car should be parked outside the gate. My children were scared of her. If it were within my power i would of moved her out of casa del sol. I have other such stories. Ill just add the latest. My mothers health hasnt been to good in fact shes been in and out of hospitals for the last couple of months. And Nancy has harrassed her about petty little things. Nancy was told she had a heart attack and i was there keeping everything in order. Taking care of the house and my 79 year old step dad and her pets. And taking care of her when she was home. All Nancy said was she didnt care. And last nite due to road improvements within the park i had to park my moms car a street away. Well it disappeared. When i noticed it gone I called the after hours number which was Nancys phone. She was rude and mad that i called and hung up on me. I then called the police. I also called the security co. listed on the front gate to be told they havnt worked this property in a long time. This isnt what Casa Del Sol advertises and tell the tenents. Isnt that fraud or false advertising. Im going to call my lawyer.
