This is the most beautiful modular home park in Las Vegas! From its lush little green grassy knolls to its Beautifully maintained Pools, it has Community Room which offers many things to do and play. The homes and yards are so beautifully well kept, you almost feel like its a movie set when driving around the streets of this place.. All the neighbors wave as you drive and or walk by. Its just lovely here, I know I love it living here!

Visited some friends. When they told me how much they are paying for house n rental space. I said no way. All your doing is paying someone else space situation. You will. Never own the land. Cheaper in a house. Even in nice area. Hendo or. Summerlin.

Beautiful mobile home park. Well kept & nice & clean.. Park rent is 2 high 4 me. The home I saw yesterday was beautiful. Its 4 sale.

Very nice park but they have a size restriction on dogs. Thats the only reason we are not living there.

Awesome as night

There was a group yard sale in this park a few weekends ago. When I got the chance to drive around the park I was very impressed with how well maintained the place was. The trailers are all new and owner occupied which makes the place so nice. This would be a fine park location to retire to. Whether you reside in vegas part time or full time, this would work out fine.

I dont live here, but the people that do live here seem to enjoy it.

The quality of service has improved since my last report. We have another new manager that seems to be more in tune with the residents in spite of the micromanagement.

The Sales Manager was very friendly and was pleased to show us a couple of double wide homes. The cost to just live there, not including the fees to live there, would make the price higher than the mortgage I already pay a month.

Great place to live. super people

One of the nicest places of this type in Las Vegas, everyone I have ever met is super nice here. The roads are nice and wide and well kept. The landscaping is beautiful. Your close to the Galleria Area of Henderson (Nice Area with lots of shopping and restaurants). Your right next door to the Wetlands and Henderson Bird Preserve. Watch out for Boulder Highway, but even that is no big deal. Many brand new homes and nice used homes, some with 2 car garage too. Rent is what it is for land, but easy place to get into and nice to live in, in my opinion.

My grandmother originally lived in this park a few years ago. When she moved back into a home she had hospital bills which forced her to downgrade. Needless to say this also effected her credit as well. Her credit took a hit and failed the application process when we tried to get her back in. So we reached out to the staff at tropicana palms to see if they could work with us. Not only did they not want to help us but they barely returned calls and were extremely rude. Linda told me that I could speak to whoever i want but the decision is the decision and they cant do anything. YOU ARE WORKING WITH SENIORS with a fixed income and this is how you treat them!? Ridiculous. Scott the manager never returned my call to even tell me that himself. The sales manager linda did. Guess we know where there ambitions lie. Just bad business. The park is nice but if you think this community staff will help you or budge on any issues at all STAY AWAY! Other parks in the area do work with your credit just so everyone knows, they dont look at hospital bills and tell you no like these people. Thanks for reading .

This is just a lovely Community my parents have lived here for more than 15 years. Its a very pleasant its clean theres lots of activities swimming and bunnies. And the neighbors have always been wonderful.

My folks live here and I really wish they could do a better job to help them maintenance is pretty much nill and management constantly changes too bad place doesnt seem that great to me. Always have to park way away from my parents house so that they wont ticket or tow my car for parking on the street in front of their house. Oh well cant win them all

Nice homes and very quiet

Very clean, very secure and beautiful well kept living for seniors.

Liked what they had to offer but was not making sense financially. You buy and own the but rented the land which you also had to pay monthly. So you pay mortgage & pay to have your on their land.

I moved here about 8 months ago best move I ever made love all my friends and neighbors beautiful and wonderful people and so much fun they help one another. The place is just wonderful with so many ammenities and activities fun things to do shuffleboard is a blast and many more games I love here. The grounds are very well maintained and lovely the management is friendly and great....Love where I live.....so happy :)

This is a pretty nice place .

Most people are nice, office staff leaves a little to be desired, and there are many young people living here that I wonder if they truly are care givers or not, but I guess its not my place to complain.I think they are overly strick on things such as types of fence and the use of lattice but thats just me. I feel as long as it is maintained that is all that matters.

Great place to live so far. Like everyone else there are a few grumpy seniors but thats to be expected. I have embraced the community and enjoy living here (so far)....LOL!!!....remember...Have an independent home inspector go over property before purchase.

Beautiful landscaping; quiet; many luxury amenities; close to McCarran airport, and local casinos. Most places within 30 min. drive.

My Grandparents have lived here for going on 14yrs.. Yes, there are a few rude people that occupy the park..but they dont out weigh the friendly ones. My Grandparents have always kept to themselves and dont get mixed up in all the nonsense. this community is very well maintained and personally I feel as though they are safe here. Its quiet and peaceful! I would recommend Tropicana palms!
