AS THE NEW MANAGER AT THIS PARK FOR THE LAST 5 MONTHS I FIND THAT THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD TENTANTS THAT LIVE HERE AND AS FOR DRUGS BEING SOLD IN THIS PARK THAT IS FALSE. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR KIDS TO PLAY DUE TO THIS BEING A SMALL PARK WE CANT HAVE A PLAY GROUND BUT, THE KIDS DO PLAY IN THE ROAD OF THE PARK WITH PARENT SUPERVISION. MAINTANICE GETS DONE FOR GROUNDS ONLY DUE TO THIS BEING A RENT TO OWN PROPERTY. I HAVE RAN OFF HOMELESS PEOPLE AND OTHERS THAT HAS CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR MY COMMUNITY AND MY TENANTS THAT LIVE IN THE PARK. YES I DO WALK AROUND MAKING SURE THAT MY UNITS ARE SAFE AND NO ONE HAS BROKE IN TO IT MY EMPTY UNITS.

Im not sure if its poor management or just poor resident upkeep but this place needs help. Definitely some drug dealing going on in the neighborhood. There is always people yelling, fighting and just roaming around high on something, breaking into something I would recommend NOT renting here, but hey you do what you gotta do

For most part the people are easy to get along with. Greg the manager is awesome.

This is a very cozy trailer park with a homey feel. Low crime, excellent management. Greg genuinely cares about the residents and the trailer park and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. If youre looking for a low-drama home, well, this is it. To me, its nothing short of perfect.

Found the park and in downsizing from 10 bedroom house to cut expenses and work retire. It was nice to work with Greg the manager through the stress of this transition. I work in security and armed and found this to be a safe and comfortable place to live. Looking forward to getting to know my neighbors.... some of them have been there for decades.

Its not a great trailer park, but not the worst either.

If I could not give it a star I would. Been here 1 month and I have had so many problems. The plumbing the floors no a.c. and the list goes on and on. The maintenance is bad here except one guy who put in my a.c. in one room. Tweakers roam the property. You need something done? Well forget about it its not gonna happen. Greg always says ok but never gets done. Rats everywhere. The worst place Ive ever lived wouldnt recommend anyone living here. Your better off living in TENT CITY

I lived there for about 3 years. Its a great place to live,especially if you have pets. They have fenced in yards and lots of children if you have kids.

The manager doesnt know what hes doing hes cheap and doesnt like to fix anything and just a warning to everyone that is looking to live there the place is riddled with bed bugs. I got lucky the place I was at was not but most of the trailers there are infested. Plus they have a huge mouse problem.

This place is the dirtiest place to its tenants .... even worse if your renting to own... you will have to fix their broken stuff even if you pay the extra 100 bux a month for them to fix their broken stuff ... took 2 winters to get heater fixed ... rented me a trailer with 300 mice in it blamed it on me... i have killed about 150 since i been here but i cant keep up with them breeding ... the manager is just a bad guy and the low down owners just dont know how people should be treated... the guys that do the work fer the place are good guys but not contractors .... if you dont mind taking risks with your life and dont mind paying way to much for broken stuff you thought would work .... and they do you so wrong i dont know how people can do another human like they do... you could own the trailer and they will kick you out and tag your place and keep your trailer... they will lock you out of laundry because they wont kick out the homeless crackheads smoking and partying in the laundry .... they want you to kick them out and call police ... its gated but the gates are left open ... they wont even 86th the guy on other side of wall that steals all your stuff and jumps you with friends to rob you... they just let him come in any time ... dude is no good and they dont mind him but you better not be a problem and ask them to fix their stuff.... find a better place to live do your self a favor...

If you want a cheap place to live its ok. They need better maintenance and security.

I have been living here for almost 4 months with my best friend. It has proven to be a nice family oriented mobile home park for all ages. It is also conveniently located within 1 half mile of grocery, pharmacy, and convenience store shopping, (Walgreens, Dollar General, 7 - Eleven, Golden Market, Smiths, Wendys, ETC.) as well as all our favorite dine in & take out food like KFC, Little Ceasers Pizza, Chinese a gogo Cantonese Cusine, Pizza Hut, Subway, Burger King, Hush Puppy, and more.

My daughter & her husband & children live there

I lived there its a dump, old trailers almost everyone owns a pit bull or 2 and there is lots of crime in and around the park.
