Ive only been there a couple of times but both times I was impressed with the cleanliness and quiet. The driveway is a little difficult to navigate due to the potholes but that may be a method for keeping traffic as slow as it needs to be! If I lived there, I dont know if Id want the rent raised so they could fix it, either.Its very easy to get into from LV Blvd. No. but not so easy to get out of if youre going Southbound on The Boulevard. Youll have to go North to Nellis and pull a U-y (?) Uuie (?) I dunno. Anyhow, ....lol, have fun, obey the rules!

The manager cindy is a fraud

They did not give my deposit back. I always paid on time, and increased the value of the trailer when I moved out. I planted grass, painted the fence, sealed the trailer to keep bugs out of trailer. The trailer by the way was a medium size construction trailer and then they divided that in half so it was about 200 sq feet. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I lived there and they have bad managers who dont know what they are doing and the managers drink on the job office is never open due to office manager sitting at slot games in 7/11. no maintenance work on units and the crime is bad in their. the owner does not do anything for his tenant and he does not listen to his tenant complaints about the people he has running the park. owner is money hungry and puts his tenants at risk with letting his manager and him self drink on the job and letting some one run the forklift drunk.

First of all the people here and run place I dont know what theyre doing they got their head up their ass and this is this is a rat hole here and dont have anything good to say about the people that run the place or anything at all about the good about this place at all
