Shangri La is a 55+ community but they apply the 20/80 45 rule. Its a super clean community all owners take pride of their properties. Residents are quality people and very respectful. You dont hear noises past 6pm. The park has a pool. Its a walkable distance from Wells Fargo, McDonalds, Walmart, Aldis, Dollar Tree, Wawa, a mini market and many others. The public bus stop is at the entrance. The streets are always impeccable. Home prices are very affordable.

Very well kept ; home owners and rentals, peaceful and happy community. Safe environment for seniors.

Quaint quiet and definitely somewhere Id live for retirement

They wish they all had Mercedes but the area is clean just some Mobile Homes look old and shaby.

I have relatives that live there the parks okay but some of the people that live there could be a little mean

Lot rent is high. Half the washer an dryers dont work. People walking dogs in your yard at night! Have too kept shades down! One good thing, well kept up.

I like it its not bad we have nice Neighbors my husband and me live on 7th Street we have a nice home we take pride in our home our family comes and visits us quite often have a sister that lives in the park she also loves her home as well shes been here a long time we recently moved in November 2015 November 1st of last year so were getting used to it it was a little hard at first but its not too bad the people are friendly theyre good neighbors we have good security throughout Park which is also a plus and having you when you live in a park so that the bad people dont get in and cause problems Shangri La is a good trailer park its been here for many many years Im not sure when it was first put here but its been very good place to live all the people that live in here love all the activities shuffleboard Court all the parties we have up at the clubhouse nice Neighbors caring very caring thats what I like thats what makes you feel good when your neighbors in the morning say good morning to you well gotta go now you got a little taste of what Shangri-La trailer park is like and as for my comment of it till later on goodbye.

Awesome place to live, wouldnt want to live anywhere else, we are snowbirds and when buying here we were a little skeptical because of the few bad reviews but have since learned more about park and when people dont follow the rules they tend to get a little upset when told about it, so I assure you when we are up north we have people in the park watching our home and know it is safe, plus management is great at keeping the grounds safe, clean and up to date. its one of the nicest parks in largo due to landscaping screened in pool, and the facilities that are on the grounds. Another great benefit of this park is everything is walking distance and the beach is only 3 miles away so if you wanna take a nice bike ride its perfect for that. So I highly recommend this park to future residents, some of the best restaurants are real close by. Like the largo family restaurant its superb.

What a fun and quiet community to live in, the park is well kept, clean and the people are very nice, there is lots of activitys here and the pool is screened in so bugs dont get in, management is great and they are on top of things, the best thing about the park is the location to everything. We love it here, people here takes care of there homes and respects the parks rules.

Our manager is aware of under age people living in our park .she lets it go on. If I knew how these parks were ran I would have never moved in here.

I was a bit worried about moving in by reading the reviews before moving in, However it has been nothing but great since moving in. There are many wonderful neighbors. Of course some are nosey like they say, but isnt that the same EVERYWHERE? I cannot say enough about the area. Quiet and peaceful Yet close to everything. So close to the beach. The pool is awesome. Open late, very clean and refreshing. Very nice clubhouse with plenty of activities. Most of which Management pitches in. They have laundry on site if you dont have your own.and at a reasonable price. Cheaper than laundromats. People take pride in their homes here as you can see while taking a drive thru. There is also a place to play pool complete with cues, balls, etc...Great price for this area. I mean location is everything, is it not? I am so glad we picked this park. Clean, well maintained and all the amenities i was looking for. Thanks to everyone who welcomed us into this little community by the bay. :)
