One of the nicer mobile home communities on Lake Seminole. The community has well maintained units, A luxurious pool and recreation area, and helpful staff. The community is perfect for seasonal residents.

Resident owned manufactured / mobile home resort with docking harbour on Seminole Lake, pool. rec hall, organized events, etc. Owners may rent to 55 plus minimum of 3 months. Well managed, short drive to all shopping / services, 1/2 hour to gulf beach. A few double wides for sale at $80,000 including $50,000 park ownership fee.
