Lots ot friendly people and very well maintained

I recently visited Pointe West Mobile Home Park to check out a winter rental for a friend. The park is immaculate, the heated pool is crystal clear and there are beautiful palm trees throughout the park! The club house is large with a couple of pool tables, Wi-Fi access and a library. I understand that there are many activities to participate in! This park does NOT accept PETS!

Beautiful park and facilities located on Seminole Lake.

Very friendly and well maintained 55+ mobile home park about 5-6 miles from Indian Rocks beach. 1 block from Largo Mall, and close to everything a senior would need. There are lots of activities in the fall and winter, not so many in the summer. The park is half empty in the summer when all the snowbirds go home. Lots of Canadians here in the winter and they are made very welcome. The management and maintenance here are very friendly, professional and responsive. Water, sewer, lawn maintenance, trash, pool and activities are included in the lot rent. This is a ROC - resident owned community - and its nice to know that it wont be sold out from under us. After full time RVing for 3 years, its nice to have this as a home base.

Visited a friend of mine at this mobile home park on Christmas Eve couldnt find her mobile and stopped to ask another person who lived there and she was very helpful by getting out her directory book and actually getting me to where I needed to be lovely park with a pool and Clubhouse

D-2 we rented for 5 weeks,not seeing it prior! Was not a good experience!Nothing was updated! The coffee pot was so rusty we couldnt use it! 2 hours to try to clean the mold out of second shower! All the pots and pans were rusty, not able to use! The place was not clean and had a very musty smell!anything behind closed drawers or a door was a mess! The shower curtain was full of mildew! I took it off and replaced it with a $ store shower curtain! What a hole! Wifi would not work! After 3 weeks we wanted out!! Asking for a refund, and we were refused! So she offered us 2 weeks in the summer! NO THANK YOU ELIZABETH! The park itself is lovely! But this place was an absolute disgrace to rent to anyone! Take the money that you kept from us Elizabeth and hire someone to clean!
