Me and my boyfriend enjoyed this super affordable mini-getaway. It has a TV in your room with a mini fridge. The beds were super comfortable. They have a beautiful pool, vending machines, and nearby gas stations for convenience. We had a wonderful one night stay here. $85 dollars for the night.

Family owned, very affordable compared to any other hotel around in miles, great location, clean apartment type rooms with dishes and silverware, mini fridge and kitchen. Friendly staff.Building and rooms are in need of an update but as they are is all you need for a nice weekend getaway.

My husband and I stay here when we need to get away from our lives.... The rooms have cute little kitchens and they have a nice pool.... Prices can be a bit much at times but im sure its their peak season.... All in all great place!

Sheets are always dirty, no matter how many times you ask the personnel to change them to the clean ones! Some sheets also have holes in them. ANTS in EVERY room.I got bitten by BEDBUGS, did let the manager know, so later that day he told me that they inspected the room and found no evidence of them, so I went into the room and noticed that they cleaned up everything underneath the mattress just to try to make a fool out of me!Couldn’t find bedbugs but found their feces.I’m never coming back!

We stayed in the apartment unit and it was very spacious and very clean! We would definitely recommend this motel. Everyone was pleasant. It may look like that 70’s show decor but it was clean and the bed was quite comfy.

Our second time here! This is our new home, away from home, when we come to Clearwater! The rates are vacation friendly, the rooms are large, with a full kitchen (including a toaster and coffee maker, MUST HAVES!) The staff are all friendly and take care of our needs (iron), quickly. The pool is amazing and even had an alligator float and pool noodles!

Don’t stay here if you are expecting modern amenities or a breakfast bar every morning. This place is very much decorated like the 80’s but it’s very comfortable and very clean, a full kitchen in the “apartment” and a walk in closet and it’s not outrageously priced. I will be staying here again.

Hotel had a small kitchen. Tons of closet space. Plates and glasses no pots. The decor was old but the convenience made up for any short comings. The pool was warm day and night. Drop box for early check out. Great price, we’ll be back.

They have been in that location for a while now. They remodel to make it very nice for the guest. Great location. If in doubt stop in and check it out.

This place was a complete dump. I didn’t even put my baggage in the room it was so disgusting. There were three cop cars out front. I told the managers immediately that I didn’t want to stay because I was afraid to and they still charged me $100. I will dispute this on my credit card. This place is dangerous for anyone to stay in.

Decent rooms for very old buildings. No insects or bed bugs noticed anywhere in rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, off season rates could be a bit lower. But overall a comfortable room for the age of the place...

I have stayed many times. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The owners are friendly and want the best experience for their guests. Questions and comments were handles quickly with care for my well being. I would recommend staying. The decor is slightly dated but everything is clean and kept nice. Worth my time and money.

On the scale of old Florida roadside motels, this one is nicer than average. Its clean, spacious, and bug-free. The wi-fi works, the pool is easy, you get a nice kitchenette. It was a totally fine experience, and I will probably come back on my next trip. Just dont expect the Marriott: Its an old building, and it appears to be a small family-owned operation with friendly but limited staff resources.

Clean, affordable, spacious, suite. AC works great. TV didnt work, but was brand new Samsung, I think it may just have needed setup. I dont really watch, so I didnt investigate. Really nice pool, and polite, accommodating staff/owners. Location is convenient to greater Bay Area, and Largo Medical Center which was my reason for the stay.

Budget friendly. Room was clean. Nothing special just an average hotel. Our room had a little kitchenette which was nice. Staff was nice and helpful.

The motel is conveniently located. The room was very dated, for example the bathroom fixtures are old and coloured like from the 70s. However it was clean and very reasonably priced. Appreciated the spacious room with table and chairs and equipped kitchen. The pool was very clean and heated which was nice. The staff and other guests were very friendly and it was quiet which we liked. We enjoyed our stay.

I would recommend that if you can find ANY place better than this one, go ahead.Broken doors, furniture, moldy rooms... and according to other guests, we had a nice room. They advertise WiFi, but if barely works, if at all. Our entire stay we had to use our mobile phones tethered to our computers to even get some reception.They also advertise a pool, which is nice... when it is open. The times listed are most certainly not the times it is open. More like, whenever they felt like locking and unlocking it.The final icing on the cake is that we had rented a room there for 2 weeks, while we were moving. Well, there weeks seem to only consist of 6 days there. We were told we had the room until the 5th. On the 4th... 3 hours after checkout, we were informed that we were supposed to be out, and now we had to pay for an extra day... which was $75 plus tax. Finally, we worked out a deal to pay for half a day, and leave that day. Still, if you check in on a Wednesday, you leave on a Thursday morning.Overall, this place is way overpriced, filled with homeless people and drug addicts, and we will never stay there again. Thankfully my daughter and I made it to our new place. But, in all honesty, I have stayed in better motels that only charge $200 a week.

This is s clean small motel with a great pool and friendly service. Not far to drive or bike to beach and has great 1 bedroom apt with kitchen for weekly stays and make your own food!

Its cool. The neighborhood has improved 20 times what it was. But they did not jack the room rates. The rooms Ive been in... (Ive visited) friends there 50-60 times, and crashed there 2 times. Both times I stayed everything was great, prices were excellent, people were all really cool, both other guests and the mgmt. Also for a place that a long time ago had the rep as a flea bag motel, it sure as hell isnt now SUPER CLEAN Everything! Pool was great!

Motel cleaning staff seems friendly. Some of the other guests are just ridiculously nosey. You cant cook outside. One of the burners in the oven didnt/does not work.

Belleair Village Motel is very affordable. It is also very clean and quiet. I wouldnt stay anywhere else! The owner is very polite as well as the maids. The maids will knock on your door and ask you if there is anything you need as well as cleaning your room right in front of you. Its a 5 STAR!!!

I didnt stay there. I walked by. A family member ask them about a room. 95$ a night in a drug infested homeless area.

Calls asking for services then refuses giving any information to staff and gets nasty with office staff couldnt image how they treat there own staff. Avoid them at all cost.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. They charge $85 (with tax) and they dont even attempt to help you when you have a complaint. My family and I have been at this hotel for five days and have switched from three rooms since then. Every room has had ants, one rooms shower drain wasnt working, the other ones floor was sticky and just plain nasty, one of the beds had BED BUGS and I got eaten up, the box springs are absolutely filthy. They didnt even attempt to do anything to resolve any of these issues, just moved us to a different room. The carpets are torn up around the sides and the blankets have holes in them. From my experience the only clean thing was the pool. Its not worth it for $85 a night. No breakfast, no complimentary condiments, you have to pay 25 cents for ice. Its ridiculous.

I must say that I was really surprised on how clean it was. I read the reviews that it was clean but I didn’t think the linen would smell as clean as they did. Yes the furniture were older but I will be staying there again! Great value

I was fine with the hotel as a single male traveler. It is very dated, carpet was stained, sink needed cleaning. If you are use to an up scale room this would not be for you. Room was a good size, beds were decent, Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, lots of TV channels and decent WI-FI. Nice clean pool and pool side seating area. Motel connected to a senior living community and poolside is busy every day. Despite signs saying pool was open until 10pm it was closed each night by 8pm. They had a water issue one day so we had no water but did have it repaired quickly. Area has several Antique stores but not a lot else close by. Untouchables restaurant down the street is very good and decently priced. Strongly recommend eating there. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The kitchen was great to have instead of having to get up early to go get breakfast, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us which was wonderful to entertain our kids when we had to sit out the rain. The management doesnt seem to care about or even like having patrons. They are best described as angrily confused. I asked for another towel because they only gave us one for a 2-bed room, and they accused me of stealing towels from the pool. There are no towels at the pool! It was filthy and there are DEFINITELY bed bugs. We ditched our clothes and suitcases afterward.

Old, but freshly painted and clean. Beds were very comfortable and was really a apt. I had a bedroom with walk in closet living room area, full kitchen and bathroom. A good value for the money.

Staying there for more than a week was a very good experience the room was very spacious two queen size beds a very nice full size sofa small kitchenette and a huge walkin closet ironing board and staff provided ironing on request and kept the iron in the room during the duration of the stay the staff was very accommodating very enjoyable stay the maids were really nice and trustworthy nothing ever missing and I stayed more than a week I would recommend this motel and its affordable a big plus to you Bellaire Motel in Largo

2nd stay and things arent any better. Lot of drug use in the area and on the property. Cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Good rooms at reasonable prices, couple good restaurants within walking distance. Pool isnt heated until January, but we were told it would be when we went over Christmas.

Hard times motel. The maid is rude, MOST likely illegal, and the motel policies are shadey at best. Ive never had the torture of staying there but know 2 people who have. Neither were fans. Hubby & I were offered Crack cocaine as we walked to the car the 1st time we visited our friends there about a week ago. My dance card would be full if I hung out there apparently...and yet I dont want to.

Location was not bad, rooms were really outdated and old looking. Pretty clean, but ripped up furniture and felt dumpy.

Over priced for what you get here, no coffee pot and the office does not open til ten, who wants coffee at ten? Most people get up way before ten. No ice available unless office is open. They clean your room and take your towels but dont leave any to replace them. You talk to gal in office she looks at you like you cant speak English or that she doesnt have a clue why the maid didnt leave towels. Tried to call the office while they were IN the office to find out the check out time and NOBODY answers so I walk in the office they were on the phone and the girl sitting beside the one on the phone looked dumb founded on why I couldnt call them, with the room Phone or my phone. The ch looked awlful on at this time of year., Saint Petersburg beaches were beautiful. Also there are no hooks to hang anything, and the Tv was only like a 20 inch tv, I could barely see it from the bed . All in all I say RUN! Dont stay here unless you like the camping idea with a bed

The place is a dump. Possums chase you around at night. The front door has been broken. The rugs are old and have cigarette burns. There is no one to call at night because the emergency no. Is on the front door which you cant reach.

This is NOT a 2 star hotel, the rooms are outdated by 3 decades, the neighborhood is the worst on the Gulf Coast of Pinellas, and there are no perks to staying here. It is definitely PRICED like a 2 star Hotel, but I assure you it is a Crack motel. What kind of 2 star establishment doesnt even update the Vacancy sign? Id you want a real hotel, just keep looking or stay here at your own peril.
