Its a nice place but Google maps didnt get me to the correct address. Streets need to be better marked!!

This is a well maintained place. Nice and quiet. And its location is awesome. Beaches, nice restaurants and lots of services for the community. I like it so much that im moving there very soon!

I have lived here almost 3 years. For the most part, its very nice. I like the people and they haveLots of activities. The only thing I dont like is they dont have a gate at the front to keep outsiders out. I had my bike stolen (which was securely hooked up). The pool now has been regularly cleaned.

Its a shame to watch what was a nice park disintegrate. The maintenance couple and friends are so far up the new managers butt that they need a snorkel to breathe. Such out loud allowance of rule breaking for favorites of management and/or owners. While others are reprimanded, singled out over and over. Cant wait to sell.

Another wonderful community so many nice people and so many amenities.

Dont know much seems to be an age qualified really quiet Park I do lawn maintenance for a few lawns in there and the only thing I can say is the people only getting paid $6 a cut to cut the grass and the whole park is overgrown side note it is really cool that the winghouse is right up front

The park is clean, nice pool and clubhouse area. Easy access when you enter at 142nd .

Its a big older community (and Im not talking about the avg age!) Its definitely older but comfortable, not top of the line though.

Used to be a great place but new manager has ruined it. Owner has gone nuts w/ new proposed rules.

Hard to locate even with Google maps.Finding a certain MOBILE home even more difficult. Had a local take us to the address. Look for the Wing House and your there.

This is a wonderful park and community, but watch out for the manager Cliff, He came into our trailer uninvited one day bent out of shape and seemingly intoxicated and had to be physically removed. Gary is great though but answers to the manager. We paid 175 for our application fee.

They are bigoted red hat Trump lovers. If you are a member of the LGBT you will have a miserable time living there. Public display of affection is very frowned upon between SS couple but not straight couples.

Its clean an its huge got a nice park in there and there are bunnies and a whole geese family, squirrels galore and they have there on security

Very nice, well-kept 55 and over Mobile Home Park. It has a very nice, large Clubhouse with a kitchen, restrooms, and it also has a pool. A friend of mine just moved in there and likes it very much!

I had a very negative experience with this mobile home park.My credit was very good and i was paying cash in full for the home.I talked over a few hits on my credit from 8 yrs ago to the manager and he said fine and verbally okayed it.I had to put up almost 275.00 just to apply than wait on there approval.I dealt with a Gary who does sales in that park.His word was i have it in the bag.They stretched it to 5 days later with no answer.Finally i get the call from Gary that the manager answer was no with to many ifs but what were the ifs??? They never gave me an answer.I have plenty income with great credit.I just got burned for over 275.00 and lost out.All i was told was that came from the manager.I felt like i was just burned and they made out like bandits.My vibe was they had someone else in mind and basically booted me out of there.My recommendation would be to stay away from Gary the sales guy and that mobile home park.Reason is they do not back up what they say.I would not want to live around people that do others that way so they did me a favor in the long run.We were buying from a family of canadians and they couldnt figure out what happened.Stay away from this place.
