I question some of the learning techniques used here. Was a little shocked at some of the sexist comments made towards boys in regards to their behavior and/or ability to perform in comparison to girls. I only went to watch once so...idk. Growing up we focused on forms, Japanese language, and sparring. Didnt see any of that here. But again, I only went once.

Place used to be nice, they have raised the rent every single year headed toward 750 a month . The managers are Bullys! Most of the people who live here are nice but there are a few who watch your every move and cant seem to mind there own business. Cant have guests more then one time a year .

Great place to live

I went to eat at the Mexican restaurant in the shopping center but they also have a Cuban restaurant on Metro PCS plus a few more shop for convenience. I have a carne asada burrito which was delicious and satisfying. The restaurant also in size has a small Mexican supermarket. I would recommend this place to eat. Plenty of parking even for handicap

Parents lived here for 38 years. While other areas around Largo declined, the Houle family cared for this community as if it were their own back yard. Residents are more than just rent, theyre family members. Thank you Teakwood for being so caring!

Nice park for all respects

Beautiful place to stay, people are friendly and keep their residence nice and clean, lots of activities, I only wish I could afford to go more often.

Its not teakwood village its Largo Family Restaurant old people central prices are ok go after noon all the old people are taking thier naps by then

What a beautiful community. Oh my goodness this is the nicest one I have seen since Judy and I came down here 5 months ago seriously. An we looked at 30 to 50 communities.

Nice clean lots of things to do friendly people

Had a yummy lunch with a friend on my first time there. Ordered a fish sandwich and lobster bisque. Fast and attentive service in a friendly atmosphere. Moderately priced. Glad my friend recommended it!

Went to a FAST meeting as one member lives their. It is a large mobile home park with lots of activities and up to date mobile homes. Although they do not own part of the Park so pay rental.

Its the perfect place to call home. It truly is a village. Everyone that lives here that that I have met are nice friendly people.. the park management do a fantastic job and go out of their way to accommodate their residents. I wouldnt live anywhere else in Pinellas County.

Every mobile home in this park is clean and almost looks brand new. The grounds are kept out it is very clean in this park

I drive thru this neighborhood to avoid the light on rosery. one time I asked an old lady for a bag to pick up my dogs poop and she gave it to me. 5 stars for the lady with the poop bag.

Weve owned a home here in Teakwood since 2006. Its a beautiful park, great neighbors, lots of planned activities, the pool is beautiful,and there is major shopping nearby, Its an over 55 mobile home park.
