I went to purchase a mobile home. They had bad tennants there. I was told that they didnt want the residents there and would be glad when they got out.My daughters boyfriend applied and was approved. He works for me and we were told that they may need a letter from me verifying his wages, but he was good to go.I moved forward, verified that there was no lein on the unit, and again got approval verbally from the manager on december 19th that we were good to go. December 20th, I transferred title into my name after getting ok from the Green Meadows at least 3 times. On Saturday, December 21st, the manager told the old tennant he could not sell and wasnt authorized to sell to anyone. This of course is against the law. We verified that the unit was going to be eligible to stay in the park.We offered to work with them if there was a past due amount. They wont tell us what they want.They said they will do whatever they want with the mobile home. Not sure why they wouldnt want a nice clean cut black man with a full time job and no criminal record to replace the 3 drug addict white couples living in the home in their park now who are facing eviction. My daughter, her fiancee, and grandson are all upstanding citizens.Not sure what they hope to gain by attempting to steal the RV I paid for for storage fees...which nobody will tell me what they are or what they want to make the situation right. Guess my family is too dark?We will see how this goes, but I am not impressed.

I dont live there. But the area is nice. The road isnt the best but its well kept to a certain extent. I would recommend to at least look at it. Like I said. I dont live there I was just visiting someone

We lived at green meadows for 1 year & 2 months . Nancy the manager is very nice we never had any problems at all. Its pretty quiet most of the time, we never had a problem with anyone. Ofcourse like anywhere theres one or two bad apples but we personally never had a problem. We had our 5th wheel RV there and we rented a spot or you can buy one of there trailers there on site. They dont do rentals.

Lived there several years ago, for several years. The lady and her family who ran and took care of the place was AMAZING. I dont know who runs it now, I havent been back in years.

I have managed this park for four years & 10 months now. It is finally coming together as a family community, safe for children. I would liketo take this opportunity to thank all of my residents for their efforts toget it there.

Manager is awesome havent lived there. Very friendly people Ive have talked too! Its not paradise by any means but if your in a hardship Id talk to them. They do background checks so thats also a plus.

Lived there for 3 years. Not that bad of a place if you dont hang with the druggies, some very nice people live there also. Especially if youre on SSD, you really cant afford much more than this park. If everyone who lives there would take care of their place and mind their own business, its not that bad. Maybe trying to get back in there, I could have a few other choices, but I hate to pay the rent and the bills on the 1st of the month and be broke for the next 29 days.Anyone bitching about the yrash, drugs and bugs are the ones living that way.

This place is dirty an needs major work. Doesnt look livable.

Its disgusting, people dont know how to pick up their trash and theyre constantly screaming or coming to knock on our door at random times for weird things.

It was horrible crack and pill heads run around cops their at least twice a day a owner that will scam u out of your last cent two pedifiles live in the park trailers are trashy and over priced cats run around all day I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
