There are plenty of shade trees in this clean and open park. Easy access with car or truck parking all around in relative shade. The tennis courts looked very popular and well kept. The pool looks like fun but we will have to try it out another summer.

The park was amazing had a baby shower for my cousin Michael and his wife Jolene love the way the park is very bad lots of fun with Michael, Jolene, Tanya, Nicole, David (me), Dave, Patty, Daniel, Robert and other people very awesome.

Its a nice park with tennis courts a small baseball field...and a swimming pool with a slide...and a path u can walk around..it also has bbq grills...its usually ver active park..

This park has everything! Lots of shade and parking, Swimming Pool, playground, softball fields, basketball court, volleyball sand courts horseshoe pits, tennis courts, picnic pavilion, bike rack. Beautiful, convenient park.

Nice clean place to take the family..The playground isnt all that big...but the pool has a slide, theres one for the little kids..(pool not slide) Theres a very nice baseball field..(well maintained) very nice tennis courts, and very nice covered picnic facility...with restrooms nearby...Alot of nice big old trees all over the place ...lotsa shade..

Great neighborhood park. Lots of gatherings happen at this park for the neighborhood. We need to add more features however for the community to enjoy it more. But awesome place anyway.

There is alot of homeless people the ones there seem to be a different nicer homeless people that t really trying hard not to be homeless good job and thanks for keeping the park in clean and good condition to all who go there

The park is very nice. The homeless people who have taken over one of the picnic table areas with bedding and two living room chairs along with their grocery cart under the near-by spruce tree are not. Makes the park seen less safe.

Too many people but its fairly quiet in the mornings.

I had my sons 2nd birthday at morse park it is a very nice beautiful place for parties they have like 3 different sections to rent out i loved it and i also recommend it to others if you are looking for somewhere throw a party this is the place the got grills there to i loved it

There is so much to do here!! we went for the outdoor pool and it was great!! they also have family night with a little obstacle course in the pool!! the pool has a large slide thats a little fast if you are under 48.

We love this park, the playground is perfect for little ones,and its nicely shaded. There is a pool during the summer, and a picnic area with barbecues. Great park.

Its a cool little park. Nice trees, shade. Covered picnic areas. Playground. Baseball fields, soccer field, nice loop around the park to walk your dog. Tennis courts. Basketball courts. Alot of easy parking in two different lots. Some the local neighbors are extremely friendly if you chat with them crossing paths dog walking. Lile most lakewood parks, the lakewood city workers in white trucks can make yiu feel really uncomfortable. The cops like to harran people there sometimes Ive witnessed. Alot garbage around alot, broken beer bottles. Dirty needles. By the way, shaggy blonde hair guy I chatted with walking thru picking up glass, needles, trash. I saw from house after how 2 local PD finest came and, giving u hard time for picking that stuff instead ppl throw it there. Id like to say. If you ever see this, THANK YOU!

Nice place for large groups to meet, its covered, there are rest rooms, a play area, basketball hoops, plenty of grass area to play, and a volleyball area too... swimming pool next to park, if you would rather swim..This covered area has to be reserved for a cost, and pool has their fees too...The whole park has much more to offer, a must see!!

There is plenty of space to do what you like.

Its a very small park and in walking distance from my home. It has a few playground equipment and a small basketball court. If you want a quant and peaceful place to just relax, read or take your little ones I recommend Morse Park.

This park was convenient to my Lakewood home, I visited it at least once a week to walk my dog. Although relatively small in size, it offers grassy areas, tennis courts, sports field, picnic area, playground and plenty of walkways and trees.Its located at the corner of Carr and 20th, not far west of Wadsworth and north of W Colfax. There are entrances on both Carr and W 20th.

Its a beautiful park, but quite a few homeless people call it home. And while they dont generally make any problems, there have been times when I have felt a little uncomfortable.

With nothing to do during this time but a sit in this park was enjoying...

Cute park, a little shady due to its proximity to Colfax but they seem to keep it pretty clean! I love the pool in the summer its usually not packed and they keep it clean!

Whats cool about this place is that it has adult swim for 10 minutes and you can bring food in

When the listings say that the pool is OPEN, one would think that its open for everyone. My children and I walked a long way in this summer heat, in great anticipation of getting to have some fun in the pool on our day off - NOPE. The pool is actually only open to some swim camp, regardless of the summer passes we paid for, regardless of the fact that wed been allowed into other Lakewood pools while camp events were going on in the past, and my kids were devastated. I suggest you keep your hours of operation accurately listed so you dont ruin any other kids days.

I recommend this place to a lot of families with children. Amazing playground and not overly crowded. Pool section I will admit during summer can get very over crowded but it’s summer and it’s cheap. My daughter has loved the playground here and it’s a playground I approve of since I’m the parent that hates wood chips playgrounds. My daughter enjoys the ability to actually play without get pushed or hurt by the amount of children on the playground. If you play sand volleyball, tennis or baseball best place to go to.

Convenient to our home this is a simple place for our walking experience. Morse Park is a very busy place during the summer months and very well utilized The Pavilions are filled with parties almost every weekend and barbecues going on at what appears to be family and sports gatherings. My wife and I only use it for exercise. The trails are well maintained and safe in that there are no ruts or holes to step into. If youre a tennis player I can tell you that the tennis courts are available and well maintained. I can no longer play as my health will not allow it but if I could I would be happy to play there. The swimming pool is well attended in the summertime and kept in good condition. Jefferson County parks do a good job in General on all of their facilities. This is just another fine example.

Only down part is parents dont pay attention to their kids. I had to pull a kid out of the water cuz he couldnt swim and the parent just sat there. Lifeguards are awesome. Pool is still fun from when I was kid. Sucks theres no diving board anymore, but the kids still had fun. Great price. Vending machine are a pain. They need to bring back the food court. Would be much better with it.

Great pool to take the kids. Its cheap and theres not too much room for you to lose sight of kids. They have life vests for kids of all sizes, a twisty water slide, a baby pool, and even a rock climbing wall. Ive been coming here for years and have only had good experiences. I just wish they had more umbrellas!
