Beautiful park to walk through. Love the stream and bridge. They have alot of blacktop paths, which are hard on my feet but great in the rain. I love the smell of the large pine trees. You have to be a Lakewood resident. Wish they had more pebble pathways

Love this park been coming here my whole life

Needed to rent tables and chairs for a backyard party. They made it easy. Went there they loaded my truck and when I dropped off they unloaded

Great park but roads are thrashed and park could really use a good cleaning. Often see spent alcohol containers and drug baggies laying around, tho have never had an issue with a drunk or dopehead there. Nice to have a chill quiet spot to ride my bmx and not get hassled.

Great park with play areas for children and multiple baseball, football and tennis fields.

Theres a nice little table spot where me and my brother go to play cards when weather is nice.

Good place for tournaments. Fields could be kept better and please build anything to provide shade. 95 degrees and no shade makes old man softball players dull boys.

So big of a area there, with such beauty. I believe they can do a lot of great things with that land! They do have a few events throughout the year... But I just feel like there could be so much more! But definitely five star for the Beauty!

As a park it was nice. The renaissance fair nothing. IMO not worth the price of admission. Just some vendors, no effort

The park and the location is great. While the bathrooms were clean the door hinges at least on mens room side need to be replaced. Other than that the playground equipment is in very good shape

I have been going here since I was a kid its a great park with a variety of settings for different purposes. You can run. Skate. Bike work out Grill all in one place and its set back so far you wouldnt think it was there. Its a perfect little hidden treasure for the outdoor chiller or active person. Kid friendly too. Pets Im sure are ok just on lead or well trained. Ive never run Into the issues of over crowding there also. I think this is one of the better parks of Ocean County. The best part is Maggies (local bar) at the entrence/exit to get to the park so u can enjoy a cool one for those that like nature and a buzz. There is also a golf rang before u head to the park as well for thoes who like to golf. Its a nice 3 way set up park, golf, bar.

Good for fishing! Or a walk. Thats about it anymore. Unfortunately it is not what it once was. Its been half ruined.

I absolutely love this park especially picnic area 1... so clean and the open space grass is great for playin games like volleyball, potatoe sack race, etc.

We have come here every year for the Lakewood Lions Renaissance Faire. Its a great place for the family and the kids have plenty to do. Definitely recommend to come out for a fun weekend.

Real nice and expansive township park. Has several playgrounds and sports areas as well. Hosts a few annual events such as the townships National Night Out Against Crime.

Very nice and clean great location but no water. I hope the municipality will take care of it.

I wanted to visit the museum the sign says its open Sunday from 1 to 4 however its closed no sign indicating anything

Lakewood used to be so family oriented. All of the holiday lights in the streets.. it was so festive. It was a beautiful sight to look at!Now, not so much. Lakewood NJ has been turned upside down! I really shouldnt even give it 2 stars but for old times sake I am.

We play softball in a night league over here. Theyre probably the most well maintained fields Ive played on. The lights are good too as they cover all areas of the field. Easy to get in and out and theres a bar Maggies literally right next door.

I love walking there use to bring my dog cause he really did not like dog parks so this was nice for him and you have a pond and the shark river it is nice and quiet

We attend the annual Renaissance Fair here, and and its always a good time. The park itself is quite nice - quite spacious, with a playground for kids and several open fields.

Plenty of space for kids and adults. Swing sets, porta potty bathrooms, a stream, some ball fields. Located right next to Maggies and the golf course.I highly recommend checking it out.

It could be a much nicer park if the slobs that went there didnt just toss their garbage everywhere. Has some real beautiful features if you can look past all the empty bottles and cans.
