Be careful the gates dont always latch. People need to let the dogs run and interact without human intervention. They will work it out almost always. Having the owner trying to interfere makes them want to defend the humans.

Brown is a nice open area that seems to stay dry. Its got a few covered patio areas on the edge of the park and one tree. Theres water stations for the pups and a place to hose them off were they to get muddy. Theres also a side place, separated from the rest of the park in case your dog is tiny and needs time to adapt.Id give an extra star if the park was more popular, but it always seems to be rather empty, which, may be preferable for some owners.

Things are shaping up with the upgrades to the dog park and running water... huge fenced in area for off leash play. The walking track literally encircles the entire area. Well light and tennis courts are well maintained. Have never used any of the indoor facilities and probably should check those out soo.

Perfect place for a picnic with the kids. There’s not a ton to do, but lots of picnic tables and a playground area. Plus- the dog park gets lots of use so you can meet lots of furry friends

I enjoy this great space and the tennis courts are of excellent caliber with (2) sizes of acrylic hard courts.While earning my degree, I was a rare Rollerblader on the distance track here. USTA standard and a smaller scale in dimensions for picolo or . Graham Brown Memorial offers, in my humble opinion, the best for family learning the sport from a standpoint of tennis training.

My Catahoula needs about a mile walk every day and this park is perfect. Lots of walkers without dogs frequent Graham Memorial Park as well. Everyone is friendly and upbeat enjoying their pets antics.

Not as good as the old dog park... But has a walking trail around the outside gate if you want to go for a stroll while leaving your dog play with the others, all while being able to keep and eye on your furbaby. Nice yard space. Looks like they may need to replant some grass soon because the ground holds a lot more mosture than the old park as well.

Nice place to relax or play. Tennis and basketball courts play Ares for kids.

This park is mostly lovely, but it needs to be maintained better. The trash cans in the dog park area are always full and there are no poop bags or shovels. Do you prefer we leave our dogs messes where they lie??Much thanks to Trees Acadiana for planting so many trees. Thanks to them, there will be some shade there one day.

Park is huge! Could use one more covered area in the smaller part for small dogs. No bags for . Gates for the mowers sit very far apart and must be blocked by trash cans. Otherwise great park.

Awesome unknown dog park in Lafayette, I use to take my dog to Youth park on Johnston St, but it became REALLY nasty. Yeah everywhere and owners drinking alcohol leaving their dogs unattended. THIS park is really clean, well maintained, very family oriented. My 2 dogs love it. Not many people know about this park, even when you search online for dog parks in Lafayette, this one doesnt show up. Highly recommended.

Can get real muddy at times but grass is nice not a crowded park... kids area could use a makeover.
