We were visiting this location from Houston, and we were pleasantly surprised that there were several things for my four-year-old to enjoy. The people that worked there were very friendly, the place was over all rather clean including the restrooms, but they definitely did not enforce mask wearing amongst the population that was supposed to be wearing masks. I dont know if it was mandatory, but I do remember the sign outside of the door requiring masks inside, but I saw many parents or guardians not wearing theirs as well as children well above the age of 10 not doing so either. Other than that, it was an over all great experience. For my four-year-old to jump for an hour and a 1/2, and the purchase of 2 pairs of socks, for him & for myself on a Wednesday early afternoon - it was $24.39.

It was our first time there. Took the kids for a birthday party. We ALL absolutely enjoyed it. The party went smoothly. For a Saturday it wasnt too packed. The different things the kids could do were pretty cool. Kept the kids busy and even the dads had tons of fun. Would definitely reccomend. Will definitely be back. Gives Elevation Station a run for its money!!

Fair prices for the amount of time and fun both kids and us adults had! Not many food options though.Overall everyone really enjoyed!

Kinda pricey with the hourly rate plus $3.25 for socks BUT the kiddos have so much fun & sleep good after playing so its worth it!

Hello reviewers,This was a big let down for me and my family. Upon arrival we were forced to mask up kids included, this usually doesnt bother me, but several other families had no mask on. When my wife informed the attendant she said shed tell them which she did not.We paid for lockers which never worked even after they changed the locker we were in. The trampolines were fun but supervision was not at all attentive except the high bar. Their was no one working the dodgeball court or working the joust matches. So it was just unorganized. I draw comparison to AirU another trampoline park where everything is supervised to prevent harm and make sure the experience is fun for all. This all in all is ok if you have never been to AirU or some of the other competition, but if you have this is definitely a skip.

We had my nephews birthday party here, and it was a great time. The only complaint I had was that they werent running the AC because it was semi cold outside, but it turns out that it was really hot inside. I wasnt even jumping, and I was sweating. I can only imagine how hot it must have been for the people who were actually running around and using the trampolines. We had a couple of pizzas for the birthday party, and they werent that bad. Better than I expected. I dont think this place was put there to serve pizza, it was there to be an entertainment venue. And in that regard, it is a great time. Awesome for kids.

Always a blast!! Literally my favorite place! Having an annual pass really is worth it, and thinking about it as a gym membership makes it worth the money!!

This is a great place to take the kids! Its very roomy and there are several employees in the jump areas to make sure the kids are playing safely. Parents are allowed in the jump area and there is ample seating to keep an eye your children. I took a star away because there was no soap or soap dispensers in the restroom and I feel like thats a must have. Id also like to see some type of stamp system so that children only leave with the adults that brought them, but thats just a personal opinion. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will be taking the kids again soon!

We went for a birthday party recently and the have a bunch of nice renovations. The play area is much more open and less segmented and there is a good variety of fun stuff to do. My kids loved it!

We love the skyzone! It is one of our go to places in the summer. My daughter asked for her birthday party to be at the skyzone again this year and I could not be happier. Arsenio is a fabulous party host. He keeps the party moving on time and makes sure everything is going smoothly. For a second year in a row Skyzone has been a fabulous place for a party. And request Arsenio you won’t be disappointed in the service.

We walked in on a whim and were greeted in a friendly manner by Idalid. She told us to sign waivers and we did, super easy process. Idalid and Daisy were so kind and offering us all the assistance we needed. All questions about how to start our jumping was answered in an efficient and caring way. Definitely would bring more people to come in here; service was amazing and the place was clean and aesthetic. As a plus, their Sky Socks are cute and some even glow! HIGHLY recommend this place for the service, safety, and cleanliness. If yall have any questions just reach out to either girls mentioned before.

Place severely lacks organizational planning.40 minutes to get an order of mozzarella sticks after waiting an initial 10 minutes in line to order.There are several more observable examples but this alone is enough for me not to return.

Great place for a birthday party. The room was small, but there was adequate room for the kids to eat and open presents. There are tables and chairs just outside of the party rooms for extra guests. The facility appeared clean. The party server was attentive and friendly.

Sky Zone was one of the best experiences that I have had! There are activities for all ages and sizes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The birthday parties are really easy and the hosts are awesome. They do everything for you! It is as much as a party for you as it is for your kids. They have different food and drink options that will satisfy any thirst or hunger. I highly recommend going here for yourself, or your children! It is a great workout!

They need a better system of getting people in the doors when they have a special event. We stood outside for an hr and a half when @FunnyMike came. And they need to have female security to pat girls down!!!

What a work out. Went there for a birthday party and they had extra spots so I jumped in. It was fun. A good bit to do thigh the Rick wall its hard on the feet. They are doing a bit of construction right now so who knows whats next for this place.

Staff showed hardly any concern when my son broke his foot. Yes I know we signed a waiver, but they could have been more considerate. No one bothered to offer a refund or anything, which would have been nice since we obviously could not continue to jump and had to take him to the hospital. I had to practically go get the ice for his foot myself.

My precious nephew Blythe loved it there! If he’s happy, I’m happy!

Though the facility is nice and recently upgraded the employees lack motivation and enthusiasm which would normally be seen in a facility meant for kids. Customer service is poor to say the least. Two days of visiting this facility has reaffirmed my decision not to return.

This place used to be so good, there are maybe 2 workers watching the kids. The kids are rowly and break most rules. My friend flipped over and landed on her neck and the worker just stared at her while she was wheezing and I rushed her to the bathroom before we called for her to go to the doctor. Her neck and back muscles are strained as the employee didnt give a care about the current condition.

This place is a blast in a half with a wicked warp wall and rock climbing wall!! Super fun! Also firday night is glow night and everything in black. Light and I believe 9 30 to 11 is teens night so only teenagers are allowed to jump which is super great to meet new people!

Very friendly staff....the went above and beyond. Tried to order nachos we was told there was no cheese...later on asked if they ever got any cheese and they said they have cheese but no chips. Kids had fun and it brung joy to us to see them have fun. I personally enjoyed the massage chair. Thanks to the friendly staff....we will be back soon

This is a great place for all ages! there is something fun for everyone. Dodge ball was my favorite and the new warrior course. The workers there make sure you are having a great time and have fun with you. Definitely recommend and I will be coming back often!!!!!!

It seemed a little bit dirtier than other skyzone locations that we have visited. It was also in a smaller location than the others that we have visited. But jumping up and down is still jumping up and down.

Ive been to Sky Zones in 3 separate states but none of them felt like the Lafayette location.The staff feels like they could be a legitimate family. They joke around and seem happy to come to work every day. They are also so friendly to the customers! They take time to actually get to know the kids and talk to them. Its a very fun and fast paced place but it runs very smoothly. Its also a very enjoyable place to be, no matter how chaotic it seems to be from time to time. I love Sky Zone Lafayette!

My kids loved skyzone I reccomend this to anyone with kids who need to get out of the house and off a video game! Read about all the rules on the specific night youre going though. We got caught by the glow night but we love our shirt souvenirs.

My son turn 7 today in jan 8th. He had his party at sky zone. We have had parties at plenty of different places and this place was by far the best yet. Staff was awesome. We had a awesome party person. The whole.staff there was great. Ryan told me tonight after his party that this was the best party he ever had. Thanks to the staff at sky zone for making this a great party. Keep up the good customer service.

We had our sons birthday party here recently and everything was amazing! The booking was simple, they give you a PDF invite to share or hand out, everything is taken care of! Our party host cleaned up plates, cups, anything, and if I tried to help he would say no, you have the night off mom! So sweet! A kid in our party fell and was a little scared, not hurt, and our party host handed it perfectly! He put him atbease, got him a drink and back to jumping. I really cant say how amazing and perfect our experience was! We will definitely be booking more parties here in the future!
