I took my cat here and am pretty disappointed. First, there’s no cat activities here. He loved running around and chasing a squirrel, but I don’t think that was there for the cats. And what if it had rabies? Overall, a decent park for a cat to run around. Just wish there was catnip around or maybe some cat toys.PS If anyone sees a tuxedo cat, please let me know. There was no fenced in areas so he ran away.

Huge soccer field park. Does have a concession and indoor restrooms when games are being played. No bleachers on any field. Parking is usually fine, but may be a longer walk for some to get to desired field. On active days they do have a golf cart and someone will drive people to their cars if they have trouble walking. Most field are pretty flat, but many do have gradual left to right slopes.

Tranquil and beautiful! I love going here to work from my car. Never more than a couple other people here.

This is not a park where you would go to find play equipment for the little ones, as this park is primarily soccer fields for the local soccer league. There is a concession stand with basic items for sale (candy, soda, and hot dogs). Bring you own lawn chair or blankets to watch the soccer games. The grounds are well maintained, and there are dog poop bags available along the parking lot if you are bringing your four legged friend to cheer on the players.

Nice, clean park! We had soccer camp there and it was way bigger than I had originally thought. Hard to find so much green space that far into town, but this place has it!

Soccer games of all ages. Most fields are reserved for organized soccer league games. So finding space for pickup games may be tricky. Availability of concession stands and permanent restrooms are plus points.

Open spaces! Great for pets, family gatherings, playing sports... the Lafayette Parks Department does a great job. This location is just one of many examples.

I only know it is Catapillar Park. Owned by Catapillar company. I am assuming. It seems to be a well kept park. There are sports team practices there all the time. I dont know of any games played there, just practices. I dont believe there is a play ground or anything. Its just a great big Field. There is a Pavillion and tables I believe. I think there is a bathroom, not sure.

Was there for my grandsons soccer game. Golf cart pickup for my husband too. Several fields, very large soccer fields. Bring your own chair.

Good facility. Good use of space. They could spend more time keeping the field prepped.

What a nice place to play soccer! We recently attended a soccer camp there and it was well maintained and large space for soccer.

8 Soccer fields on 32 acres. Basketball Court, Playground, Recreational Softball Field, Small Picnic Shelters, Walking/Exercise Trail. Free.

Visit there for kids football. Nice field. Would be better to have a couple of more shelters.

Prone to being very muddy when it rains but otherwise nice fields with concession stand and restrooms.

While there isnt much to do here, it still offers clean facilities. Nice youth soccer fields.

CAT Park is a beautiful soccer field and GLRSA does a wonderful job keeping it great!

Good place to escape the hustle and bustle during your lunch if you dont mind eating in the car.

Its a small park that is usually not overcrowded since it is not in the middle of a residential area.
