This place is perfect for a private event, wedding/reunion, etc which it seems the whole place must be booked for which is crazy expensive. We booked between events so the peace and tranquility was perfect. The master bed in the Bungalows are so comfortable. Rooms are clean. Free use of Sups and kayaks, even a party raft. Pool is perfect and you can swim well into the night (24/7). Some of the downfalls, ice bucket provided but no water or ice provided. Its the keys, everywhere weve stayed has offered a few bottles or somewhere to hydrate. Albeit the grocery story is 2 min away by car. The second bed pulls down from the wall - better for kids than adults. The sofa pictured in front of the pull down in their photos gets buried or moved to block the limited walking area, otherwise seating is just hard chairs. For a couple the place is perfect!

If I could give more stars I would. To start its a private quiet beautiful place to stay. The rooms are very up to date clean and look amazing. The beds are super comfortable. The showers are great and the whole place is decorated very nice. They have some beautiful views like the sunset the other night was lovely to watch in the pool. Paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear are just a few of the free activities they offer. The property manager and the staff are super friendly and professional. We booked one too many nights and they were so awesome with refunding us. Largo resort is a LOVELY place to to stay and like someone else said its a hidden treasure! Will most definitely be returning!

I have been to many resorts and I complain a lot! There is no complaints here! Lana was AMAZING! Helped us book fishing trips told us a lot about the resort and everything it has to offer. Helped us find cool local spots to visit and made it one of the funnest trips I’ve ever been on. Also it’s probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. Two thumbs up and 5 stars all day I love this place.

Stayed here for 1 night. The best night Ive had in a long time. Had the whole place to ourselves. Stayed in the Twilight bungalow. It was a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit. Very clean, and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night. Good, A/C (nice white noise).Included 2 tvs - was able to hook up our Amazon Fire TV. Activities included (for free) were, beautiful pool with zero depth entry and infinity pool edge. Amazing at night with music playing and color changing lights. During the day we went took out a kayak and stand-up paddle board. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful, lush, tropical grounds. Highly recommend this place.

We really love working at the Largo Resort! It truly feels like a private sanctuary. It has a beautiful infinity pool, where you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean (possibly spot some dolphins). The villas are modern and pristine. This resort is the perfect setting for an intimate wedding or celebration. Not to mention, the staff is beyond kind and friendly. We love our friends over at Largo Resort, and we would gladly recommend them to our clients!

What a great place. Everything from check in to check out was amazing. The bungalows are really nice and the view, you cant beat it. The entire resort was very clean and well kept. All their amenities were included (kayak and paddle boards). The sunsets from here are great. I would recommend this place anytime of the year. You are right between Key West and Miami. The owners were super nice. I want to also mention that it is a very family friendly resort.

First of all the property is stunning, location is very central to Key Largo everything you need is within 5-10 min drive. Grocery 2 mins bait shop across the street. The boat dock was good for our 17ft although the approach requires some consideration when coming in from the ICW. Lana at the front desk went above and beyond during our check in. She was absolutely amazing during our stay. Very helpful and thoughtful. All of the rooms are recently remodeled and the infinity pool is breathtaking.

I asked if I could live there at least 15 times during our stay. The lodge also has a full chefs kitchen ( WOLF APPLIANCES), hire a chef for your stay to cook your meals or cook your own.The Bungalows: perfect for housing all of your wedding party or close friends and family. The bungalows have the same fine finishing as the Grand Lodge.The grounds: UNPARALLELED. There is NOTHING like this ANYWHERE ELSE in the keys. Cute property, easy check in. The rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds. Our only complaint was the fine sand/silt driveway. It made for dusty everything. Oh and no coffee/tea, only espresso.

Not only was the Largo Resort a beautiful and peaceful place for us to stay this past December, but the staff was very helpful. After a week enjoying the kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, palm trees, comfy beds, and dolphin neighbors, the staff even helped me ship a package home long after I had left! Thanks to everyone at Largo Resort and will look forward to staying here again someday!

Very accommodating staff, great venue for destination wedding.

This place has got to be the best kept secret in Key Largo. We booked this last minute and it did not disappoint! You first enter through a large gate and I couldnt help but think, Welcome to Jurassic Park. The gates open up to your own perfect paradise. The bungalow was immaculate and beautiful, perfect for our family of 4. It was definitely a bonus having 2 bathrooms one more beautiful than the next. The infinity pool was breathtaking and the views from this property are superb. The sunset that we witnessed took our breath away. The best part is that this is a small property so there were only a couple of people on the docks with us at sunset. My daughter was out in a complementary kayak for hours enjoying the views and the serene, calm waters. Everyone that I spoke to staying there felt just like us and loving there stay as well. I would highly recommend this property and cannot wait to stay there again.

One of the best hotels Ive ever been to. Definitely one of the most gorgeous!!! It reminded me so much of my honeymoon in Bali. Beautiful setting! Furniture in the rooms and all over the property was amazing. Buddha statues all over were a sign that it is quite a peaceful place. And so it was. Quiet. Majestic. Gorgeous pool and the beach. They also had bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for us to us. Great staff and overall an amazing experience. Will definitely be back!

This spot was gorgeous. It was a small resort, so it was very quiet and private feeling. We went in early October, the the Keys tend to be quiet in general. There arent any restaurants or bars on site, oh if youre looking for a spot with nightlife, this is not for you. The pool was awesome and its open 24 hours, so its perfect to get a quiet night dip in. They have kayaks to use. The resort is along a bay, so its perfect to kayak out and not have to deal with heavy boat traffic. There is also a dolphin center next door, so you may catch some dolphins when you kayak by. The staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, secluded, spot to stay.

Amazing place, small and secluded almost to the point where it is difficult to find the exit on the highway. The hotel itself has a private pool serving the 8 rooms that it has, a private beach and plenty of equipment for you to borrow for water activities. I really liked the rooms, they where top notch.

My fiance and I would strongly recommend this property to everyone and anyone! From the beauty of the property, the grand lodge, bungalows, and the people!Largo resort has an absolutely amazing management team. My fiance and I were planning a destination wedding to the Florida Keys. We ran into legal issues with our previous wedding venue that left us scrambling to find a new venue. Through much research we compiled a list of new venue sites to see and my fiance and I took a last minute trip down to see each one in person. At this point, we were 6 months away from our date, so to find a venue available and willing to work with us and all our Vendors was going to be tricky.Just from the photos we thought Largo Resort was going to be out of our price range. We toured this property on a rainy, somewhat unsatisfying day, and even the clouds could not shade the sheer beauty or tranquility we felt while touring this property. As the iron gates opened, we drove down the long and luxurious driveway, Jackie, the manager, met us and walked us through the property and answered so many of our questions. We explained what happened to us with the last venue and how heartbroken it left us. Jackie truly made us feel heard and that we actually mattered to her. This personal touch and true empathy we could not find anywhere else (and trust us, we looked! lol). They were even willing to take all the vendors we signed and try for new business with them. Her and Lana shared photos books and additional photos of how people pulled their own unique weddings off on their property. They even allowed us to negotiate a price that was within our budget! As soon as we drove off the property I turned to my fiance and said this is the one!Needless to say we were thrilled by the beauty, but even more so by Jackie and Lana who shared stories and were willing to just sit back and chat with you, as opposed to try to sell you.We signed a contract and were back at our wedding planning! The friendly emails and check-ins I received from Jackie and her excitement for our day in her signatures left us overjoyed and anxious to get there.We were 10 days away from our Wedding date and COVID-19 hit, shutting the Keys and all resorts down.We could not have been more devastated. The general manager, Doug contacted us and asked us to choose a different date for an additional discount. As tempted and hurt as we were, it just could not work with our schedule. With most of our family and friends being first responders or nurses, we had to cancel with the uncertainty of COVID. Through it all, we had to cancel. Doug and Jackie were again, so pleasant to work with! They kept us informed along the way and were able to provide a full refund. We cannot speak strongly enough for how incredible these people are, and how awe-inspiring this place is.My Fiance and I KNOW that we will be back to Largo resort soon. I strongly encourage others to do so too. If you are looking for heaven on Earth, you’ve found it.

It was beautiful, secluded, and tranquil. There was added value with the paddle boards and kayaks, and the infinity pool was gorgeous.

My husband and I recently stayed at Largo Resort. Its tucked away with only the beautiful white Buddha Marble heads on each side of the dark wood electric entrance divulging where it is. Upon driving through the doors we were surrounded in what seemed like a rain forest. It felt like we were instantly thousands of miles away. Our bungalow was perfect. Beautifully appointed with a master bedroom and living area that had a Murphy bed if your party is larger. Its very clean and very upscale. The bed was very comfortable and the linens exquisite. 2 beautiful bathrooms and a small fridge was a plus for me. These bungalows have lots of beautiful impact windows with views of all the nature around us. The owners are graciously hospitable. They aim to please. As I walked to the pool on the bay I was pleasantly greeted with soft Zen like music piped in through the trees. The pool is large with many ledges to sit on. We sipped our cocktails and watched the sunset. The water in the pool is fresh and is of a drinking water quality. Very easy on the skin! Throughout the resort are a number of beautiful Oak trees. The owner carefully built many rooms and walkways around the trees. Its amazing to see them in the various rooms. Ed and Jun gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, which did not disappoint! Im a detail person so nothing was lost on me. The artwork throughout the resort are a result of the owners globe trotting travels. They brought in amazing furniture, tiki huts and artwork from their recent trip to Bali. This place is perfect for an intimate get away, or for larger events such as weddings and family events. Youre close to everything. I will be back. Im very lucky its a 90 minute drive from where I live in Boca. Dont forget to ask Edward to arrange a sailboat ride on their beautiful 40 ft. sailboat that youll see out on the water. This is a very private place. You can only have a beautiful experience here.

Words cannot do justice to this hidden paradise, which my husband and I recently hd a chance to visit. From the unparralelled view across the infinity pool to the sea, to the elegant statuary that lines the shaded paths, to the 5-star decor and spa amenities in the private bungalows (can you call them that when they sleep two couples comfortably and privately?) to the luxurious bed I wanted to take home with me, I just loved this place. It had just weathered Hurricane Maria and Im told a third of the gardens were decimated...but I couldnt tell! It was lush and green. Its set back from a gated entry along an orchid-lined drive. Theres a private dock perfect for cocktail hour (heres a photo of our friends on the dock as the sun set). And as we sat there, a manatee literally swam by us, a few feet away. The place is simply magical and I cant wait to go back!

Lucked out and found this place while searching the Web. Pulled up and was in front of a huge iron gate. I thought I was in a fairy tale. The place gives breathtaking a new name. Orchids growing off trees. Infinity pool. Kayak and paddle boards.. and the room was amazing. Showering on rock floors. Beautiful decor. Amazing. What made this whole trip amazing was Lona. She guided us around the property. Helped us with our bags. She was an Angel. Thank you so much for going out of your way to make our stay unforgettable.

Largo Resort is by far the most amazing and unique wedding or vacation venue you could ask for!After Irma caused our previous venue to close, we were in a panic to find something that would be as nice. We can confidently say that our wedding at Largo Resort ended up even better than it would have at our previous place. Saida was incredibly helpful in facilitating everything and was available via email or text for every little question we had.Overall, the location is just beautiful beyond words. The pictures don’t do it justice. Infinity edge pool overlooking the water? Amazing. Intricate driftwood arch on the sunset pier? Incredible. Dinner and dancing under the palm trees and hand carved tiki hut? We just can’t convey enough how perfect this all was. The main lodge is a mix of clean and modern with eccentric Bali inspired décor. The bungalows were as equally perfect and allowed us to have about half our guests stay on-site for what ended up as a private vacation venue for a weekend with family and friends. If you’re looking for an intimate venue that can turn your wedding into something your guests will remember, (turned into a beach party for us!) you need to choose Largo Resort! We did not in our wildest dreams imagine our wedding to be as amazing as it was here!In short, stop looking for your venue and chose Largo Resort! There is truly nothing comparable out there.

Amazing getaway, for the price of our private bungalow we wouldve been in a generic hotel room down the street. Weve had an amazing time using the complimentary kayaks. Were here for my girlfriends birthday, and when we walked in there was a balloon and hand-written birthday card waiting for her. This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be back many times in the years to come.

Largo is an amazing place! Ive traveled all over the world and to have this sanctuary in our own backyards of Florida is spectacular ! I vacationed there with my family . We have two teenagers that had a wonderful time !From the moment you enter the gates, you feel as if you just wandered onto an island in another country . The bungalows were beautiful and the lodge, with its native trees actually growing throughout the structure felt as if you were in an island paradise thousands of miles away ! Truly a unique and wonderful experience so close to home !

Amazing, beautiful, romantic, and all other superlatives you could think of! It was a perfect resort with white sand beaches, a lovely pool, and comfortable clean bungalows. We had rented a private chef so take that into consideration although there is a huge kitchen in which to prepare your own food.

Amazing, beautiful, and relaxing. A combination of nature, ocean, and relaxation. The orchids are exquisite, and the rooms are divine. You actually do not want to leave the location. This is the type of place you do not even want to write a review about, because you want to keep the secret all to yourself. There are canoes to ride, paddle boats, and bicycles. The bicycles were nice for a quick jump to a nearby Publix, which is a real nice to have. The location is perfect, and we cant wait to come back. There is also WIFI if needed, with a great data throughput, in case you have to VPN to work, which would be a sin, at this place.

My wife and I stayed here for our 35th anniversary. I dont think we could have found a better place to stay. The staff were great and we were surprised with a bottle of champagne. The rooms were perfectly appointed and the grounds were a private zen garden. We travel extensively and by far this was the best place we have found in the US. It truly is a tropical sanctuary. We are planning to go back and have recommended Largo Resort to others.

Wow i can go on and on about Largo Resort. So for the first part, This place is like NO other venue in the Florida keys (we visited everywhere from Miami to key west). This place IS paradise. It’s a unique and hidden gem. We are always in awe every time we visit. Largo Resort is the perfect venue to have your closest friends and family stay with you on your special weekend. IT has a gorgeous view of the bay with an amazing drift wood wedding arch included. The tiki, house, bar, Buddha’s and statues, large trees, around the property make you feel like you’ve stepped foot into Bali! The house itself is out of this world! I love the earthy rustic and peaceful vibe the property gives off. I plan to be back every year for our anniversary:)Second, the staff... Sabrina and Jeffrey are some of the most coolest, easy going people you can meet in the industry. Both very handy, hard working and knowledgeable. Sabrina handled my Day of Coordinating .. and more! She made sure our wedding rehearsal and wedding day went completely smoothly! Sabrina took the time to answer all my emails and phone calls.. and accommodated me to visit the venue as much as i wanted! She helped go over all details a long the process. Sabrina also handles all rentals and full bar if needed. It’s great how much she can do! I also had the pleasure to work with Vanessa, she assisted us in all our needs and checked in our guest. We loved how friendly she was with everyone!My wedding went incredibly flawless. I had a 100+ Guest, aprox 9 vendors and A LOT of details for my wedding and on top of that, about 25 guest staying in property. I owe it to Sabrina, Jeffery, Vanessa and the rest of largo resorts staff for Making my wedding weekend a dream come true.Thank you!!!

They recommended some of the top vendors in the Keys and they didnt disappoint. Most of our family and friends stayed right on property with us so it was just a 4 day party. Lovely relaxes place, very private

‘Paradise’We spent five wonderful days at Largo Resort. We celebrated our daughter’s 21st while we were there, to say they went above and beyond for us, is an understatement. Every person working at the resort was really lovely. Victor gave us great local knowledge and tips on where to go! We had a minor issue with our first room - Sabrina upgraded us to the most amazing house! She completely overcompensated for such a minor issue, but it made the trip even more idyllic. The housekeeping staff went to great lengths decorating my daughter’s room to wish her a happy 21st. Our younger kids had a blast in the pool, we met some new friends and had barbecues by the pool. We had encounters with the biggest (friendly!!) iguanas I’ve ever seen! Our room view was like a postcard. There are complimentary paddle boards, snorkeling gear, kayaks and pool toys available on site, as well as the use of the Weber grill - we used them all several times. The location is excellent, right next to Dolphins Plus and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, as well as restaurants supermarkets etc.The finishes in every room are very high end, the attention to detail is meticulous, from the towels to the toiletries, the beds and bedding - everything feels luxurious.Overall, I cannot rate this place enough. We will most definitely be back .. if you’re going to Florida Keys - go here - you will be glad you did!!

Best resort in largo

What a lie completely. All the review are lies. I had planned to have my wedding here and they were nasty humans there. They do not reply they are rude and tell lies and do not have the courtesy of even responding to me. Sadia is working here too he is not even someone who had stayed. I have to tell the truth because other people need to see. They are so expensive to be so rude.

I honestly wish I can leave a negative review the manager Sabrina was so damn rudeI had a reservation at this hotel and after making reservations the lady had called me saying that all the info on site was false as we tried to explain to her how wrong the info was and that we should be honored for that price she laughed and hung upThen as we tried to give us a quote to keep our biz she again lied about the quote charging us almost $150 more so as we were conversation with her she again laughed and hung up again on another person trying to reserve so I just feel like Sabrina needs to be terminated she is the most disrespectful person I ever dealt Wih especially when u take over new management but please if your smart do not visit this establishment

There is a reason all the patios are screened in....the lush grounds are so tropical and lush..every bug in Florida LOVES them.It was very beautiful and serene VERY relaxing...non-commersial ....but if allergic to bug bites be sure to spray yourself. The no-see- ums will really get you if you dont.

Absolutely amazing stay

Already my second time staying at Largo Resort and we love it.

Fantastic stay! Booked as a rest stop on the way to Key West, but we might make this out next vacation destination.

Would be great to have a cabana bar or a place for small bites.

Its a hidden gem in Largo. Small resort, very well taken care of. My only suggestion would be a toaster oven in bungalows and maybe an american coffee machine in addtion to Nespresso which was awesome.

Wow. Sorry, I meant... Wow! What an amazing stay, from the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff, to the gorgeous grounds and the perfect room, we couldnt have asked for a better stay. And the view! I dont remember the name of who checked us in, but she was Ukrainian. She texted me the best places to eat and they were amazing. I cant say enough about this place.

This place is fantastic! Lovely bungalow with lots of space and very comfortable beds and amazing showers! The best views in Largo! It was just what my soul needed! Def recommend and will be back!

We loved the resort! When you pull in, all you can see is the office and the big doors. Once through the doors, it’s gorgeous!! The staff were awesome!! They accommodated our early check-in request and were so helpful! Bungalows are beautiful and clean. Will definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at the Largo Resort was for our honeymoon and is an outstanding resort to stay at! The room was superb, the pool is beautiful along with a very nice view of the water. It has everything you need. We cant wait to go back one day soon & enjoy this amazing place. A slice of heaven it is.
