At first I was hesitant to book our stay here after looking at some of the past reviews. We stayed a week here as part of our honeymoon and words cant describe how fantastic our stay was. From the moment you arrive the staff treats you like family. The food was delicious. The servers were amazing. And the views were out of this world. The grounds are immaculate and groomed daily. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job keeping your room clean and comfortable. Everything about this place is perfect! Highly recommended!

I was charged $989 a night for a hotel that is actually not worth more than $600 a night. The lack of synergy between the employees and lack of training is felt from the beginning. We thought maybe these people had been newly hired and POORLY trained post corona closures, just to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Our friends received a text message from a concierge at the beginning of the trip, we did not, as a matter of fact, never heard from a concierge at all. Long wait times to get the food after ordering it, only to receive Carnival Cruise Ship quality food all the time. The rate given to us was all-inclusive (food and alcohol) and we were charged for the meal the first night of the stay, the waiter came running after us to tell us that he had waived the charge (does this mean that some people are able to stay under a non all-inclusive rate?). The rooms and amenities are beautiful and well kept, thats about it. If you order room service they will charge for the food and the drinks, so all of a sudden it is no longer all-inclusive. I was never, not even once, approached by a server while we were at the beach to get an order for drinks, it was a self service situation where I had to stand up, walk all the way to the bar, and get a drink and whatever food items I wanted (remember, you are paying almost $1,000 a night). I walked back with drinks for me and my friends and had to borrow a tray, the joke of the day was that I was the server.During check out, we were not even able to voice our concerns to the manager because there was only 1 manager Sunday and she was busy taking care of other customers. The people right behind us for the check out were also waiting to speak to her, we were impressed at the lack of collective dissatisfaction that not only our group, but other guests were experiencing. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My wife and I had our honeymoon at The Rustic Inn in Jackson Hole and loved the experience. When we heard about the Bungalows (run and owned by the same management) we knew we had to celebrate our one year anniversary there. It did not disappoint. The grounds and facilities were immaculate and gorgeous. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious. Would highly recommend the catamaran trip (costs extra) as it was a fantastic way to get out among mangrove islands and bask in the sun. We hope management decides to open a resort in Ireland as that is our planned second anniversary trip!

Heaven on Earth!! From the second you arrive you are treated to world class service. When you pass through the gates into the resort you are transported into a whole new world! Amenities are amazing, food is great.

We travel a lot and we have found our spot! This property is beautiful! Secluded, peaceful, clean, romantic and perfect! It feels like you are out of the country while still in the states. The private individual bungalows and hundreds of palm trees just completes the place. The food is wonderful, the staff is great and you can do everything you want from the resort. They have a fleet of boats for any type of adventure. Spa and pools. I want to take a minute to give a shout out to our wonderful chief Juan who created a fantastic, top notch dinner for us on the beach. Tounjie, Francesco, Nick, Alain, Julia, and captain Steve all performed their duties with passion and made us feel appreciated and welcomed. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation look no further! This all inclusive resort is worth the money!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Everything was so amazing from the food, to the amenities, and even the service. My now fiancé decided to propose at this place, and they went above and beyond to help him make it an experience for me that will be unforgettable. The staff was so kind and willing to do anything to help make your stay better. They even had someone run to Walgreens for me as I had water stuck in my ear and needed drops. Our last night they delivered our food to our room for us, and were so willing to do so. I can’t even put into words how absolutely amazing this place is. You really have to see it for yourself. If the price scares you, don’t let it. Every ounce of money you spend is so worth it! I can’t even imagine having a complaint about this place. Truly, absolutely, unbelievably outstanding experience. We will definitely be planning more vacations here! I would like to give a shoutout to some amazing people that work here that impacted our stay...Tarah worked one on one with my fiancé to help with the proposal, and she really did an amazing job at coordinating with staff. I would also like to point out Alain, Sinel, Floyd, Ben, Steve, and so many more...seriously, thank you all for making this a vacation worth remembering!

Great place for a relaxing vacation. My only critique is I wish theyd cater to people with different diets. Im a gluten-free vegan and I had almost no options at any of their restaurants. Other than that my stay was perfect!

Amazing food. Great amenities. Everyone is friendly and mask conscious. The bungalows themselves were immaculate and private. We didnt shower once inside and it was amazing.The food at fish tales is amazing. The breakfast might have been a little repetitive.Dobbins and Allaine were exceptional. They truly went above and beyond with vibrant enthusiasm and genuine manners. I cant speak highly enough for the two of them!

Once you drive through the gates of this ultra-all-inclusive property in Key Largo Florida, your experience begins. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back, beach vibe, exclusive and pampered experience. From the golf cart escort directly to your room after checking in, to the moment you sadly leave your stay at this property, you’ll feel swaddled in comfortable “goodness.”Healthy fresh-cooked fish and seafood, meats, chicken, sumptuous and plentiful choices for breakfast, and great beach food and a large and varied selection of cocktails beers and non-alcoholic drinks are available all day. You’ve got the beachside Tiki Hut with sports on the TV, the food truck Larry Largo’s serving up Mexican food at various times of the day, Fish Tales for lunch and dinner or Bogie & Bacall’s for fine dining dinner.Rooms are appointed nicely with high-end furnishings and amenities, the ambiance throughout the entire resort property is one of muted elegance and sophistication without any of the fussy. Everything feels upscale, with a wonderful beach vibe, while not at all pretentious. There is a feeling of comfort everywhere go you, from the fining dining in the evening to the Zen Garden Spa and quiet pool. More than highly recommend...can’t wait to go back!

Overall, we had a great weekend at the Bungalows Key largo. The rooms are gorgeous and private, and the property itself is stunning. We also loved the bikes that were included with our bungalow, and we frequently biked around the property. However there are some areas of improvement:It’s not truly all inclusive. You pay an average of $30-50 per meal in tips, which adds up by the end of the trip. You also have to pay extra for early check in ($300) which doesn’t give access to your room. And the most disappointing of all, you can’t eat at all of the restaurants if you’re staying 3 nights or less. All inclusive should mean all inclusive, and this resort up charges for a lot of things. When you’re paying over $1,000 a night for a resort, it can easily feel like you’re being nickeled and dimed which should not happen at that price point.I’m still giving it a 5 star review, because I did know all of these things ahead of time, and we had a wonderful stay, however I think the resort should improve upon the negatives I mentioned above.

Absolutely amazing experience for our honeymoon! We had to stay in the US due to travel restrictions from COVID-19 but really wanted an all-inclusive resort where were did not have to pull-out our wallets all week. We found the only adult-only all-inclusive resort in the US at the Bungalows in Key Largo and could not have imagined honeymooning anywhere else now! Though the upfront price can be intimidating, it truly is an all-inclusive experience worth every penny for what is included. Very attentive and well-trained staff who were friendly and professional in all aspects from housekeeping, transportation, poolside food/drink services, and waitstaff at restaurants. You are totally immersed in a tropical experience from arrival with mixed drinks in your hands to the time you leave. The grounds are kept impeccable and curated for you to feel like you are on an island in the Caribbean with no birds bothering your outside food & drink, limited bugs, and no outside noise or non-resort guests on the property. The resort was impeccably clean and rules were enforced to keep it a clean, relaxing, and high class atmosphere for all guests (such as no smoking). It was wonderful having an individual bungalow with no adjoining walls with guests and a private outdoor tub in our garden area as well. Meals were all excellent quality, especially Bogie & Bacalls. The poolside food and drink service was timely and with accurate order delivery. The addition of all top shelf liquors being included in the all-inclusive package elevated the overall experience. We brought cash to tip staff throughout the week instead of charging our card with tips for service which was easier for us in the long run. We made use of the included water sports via kayaking which was fun. Finally, we splurged on a sunset catamaran sail outside the all inclusive package and it was worth every penny! The captain was amazing and the sail was the perfect ending to our honeymoon. Just one example of the excellent service was we had a flat tire on our rental car at the end of our stay and the staff went and got an air compressor from the property to inflate our tires before we left! This will definitely be a place we visit again for a future anniversary!

Fantastic 4 day weekend! The Bungalows are tucked away behind a gate with everything you need on the other side. We had great service and I was initially worried the food may not be good but it was way better than expected. Sea Senor became our favorite in the evening to get a bite at sunset. Hemingways bar has the best bartenders and cocktails. If you are looking for a relaxing vibe, romantic setting, beautiful grounds and good food without having to go off property this is the place for you!

The next time that I spend over $1000/night for a romantic getaway with my partner, I will stick to traveling abroad. The lack of staffing and resulting lack of consistent service is just not worth the money. While the staff are friendly and hardworking, it is impossible to expect one poolside attendant to take the orders of 50+ people at a time and expect to give five star service. The facilities and bungalows are beautiful, but that is where the “luxury” experience ends.

We had the BEST time at The Bungalows for our honeymoon! The grounds are so gorgeous; it feels like you’re in a different world as soon as you drive through the gate. The outside shower and tub area that’s a part of your bungalow really adds to the experience. I didn’t shower inside once! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The food was excellent. We did both the sunset cruise and the tiki tai boat tour to Nest Key. Captain Patrick and his crew were so friendly and attentive. We enjoyed every minute of our trip!

My girlfriend and I were able to stay a weekend here and it was an absolute great experience. From the moment you get there you begin to feel like royalty. Woke up a little early to catch some pictures of this incredible place. The food is outstanding and the drinks are beyond amazing but the best part of this place is the staff. Thay are so fun and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for a true all inclusive inside the continental United states.

Very poor service for such beautiful place with loud title “all inclusive” that actually has additional charges for everything!!!! We had horrible experience with early check in, we ended up paying $300 because they wouldn’t let us wait for our check in time at the pool area or anywhere on the hotel territory. Also you can’t choose restaurants you dine at, they will pick it for you every day ... we really liked the b&b, it’s actually the only place with excellent food and service but there’s additional $300 charge if you want to go there again. I wish we stayed at regular less expensive hotel with the option to choose places for dinner that we want !!!!

I have never stayed at a luxury resort that charges these prices and waited for over an hour to check in. Spoke to a manager and was given the lame answer that they had a group checking in. They know they had this group and yet only had 2 people doing the check in. This is outrageous!!!!! I have stayed at luxury resorts throughout the world and have never been treated like this. My first impression is - don’t waste your money. If you’re expecting 5 star treatment you will not receive it here. What a total disappointment!!!!

The resort is very price but worth it. The cabin are all very much key west style with high end decor. All rooms have a beautiful outside shower andnwith beautiful plan greenery for privacy. It was amazing. The restaurants (4) serve fresh excellent fresh food.and many varieties. Service was slow. There was no late check out or early check in unless you pay which was disappointing given the $500 per person per night cost. The tiki bar captain was a great tour guide, the ocean fabulous and the kajacking amazing!!!

Overall, this resort was overpriced and underwhelming. Many of our complaints are minor but cumulatively caused us to walk away disappointed.Pros:* We’ve had many massages before and these were the best of the best. We went with aromatherapy and it was worth every penny.* The grounds were immaculate, clean, and tidy.* Generally, the facility seems small if this place hit any kind of volume. Particularly the pool and the restaurants if this was at full capacity.* They have an easy to use concierge that you can text any time who is very responsive and easy to work with.* The room itself was nice with the outdoor shower and tub. Would definitely recommend the non-waterfront rooms as they are more private. We were in 211 and the location was perfect. You are so close to the main facility there’s pretty much no difference in access.* The service was spotty, but they were always very nice. They even drove us to Walgreens when we needed to grab medicine. Floyd and Madeline were two in particular that we remember. We also had great service on Thursday 9/24 in the living room and at the steak house on Wednesday night, but can’t remember their names.Cons:* The drink menu is incredibly limited. There are a handful of other drinks like Miami vices and such that can be ordered, but they are not listed anywhere.* One of our biggest complaints was the food. Save for a handful of the bar and poolside items, everything else was really, really bad. The Mexican place was probably the best restaurant, but the other two set the bar quite low.* As a special note of food, I want to talk about our experience at the steak house. This was supposed to be the nicest night out, and it didn’t even come close. The food that night was awful to the point of inedible. The escargot was good, but that was the only thing I can say that is positive. We went with another couple we met, and 3 of our 4 steaks in the group were not only a little off, but VERY off temperature (2 could pass as leather and the other was rare, approaching blue). Literally all 5 of the sides they offered came out like an amateur made them. The mac and cheese was very bland, the potatoes were glue, the brussel sprouts were soggy, and there were two more that I can’t remember at the moment, but they were also barely touched. The desserts were fine, but also spotty. The cheesecake sauce, for example, tasted like cough syrup.* The service was very spotty. Save for a handful of servers that were solid, service was slow or had to be asked to do things multiple times. We are very nice and patient with our servers as we know how it can be, but it was frustrating even for us.* The cleaning room service was hit or miss. Multiple times we left our sign out to have our room serviced and no one came. The desserts they leave were the best dessert we had on property.* Upon our arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in and weren’t even offered a drink. Not the end of the world, but felt a bit off for an all inclusive resort.Some additional notes:* The floating tiki bar was more fun than it seems, and the sunset cruise wasn’t worth the money.* We would recommend a weekday trip, (Sunday-Friday), especially during COVID, as it really started to get crowded towards the end of the week.* They default you to an app as your room key, but you can request a physical one that you can use for entry instead.* At the pool, we’d recommend ordering two drinks at a time because of the delay in service. The Rum Runner definitely packs the biggest punch... choose wisely.* Everyone here is celebrating something, so if you’re expecting a special welcome without paying the hundreds of dollars for champagne and rose petals... this isn’t the place. We got a “Congratulations” and that was that.* As far as transportation to/from the airport, they have a shuttle service that they partner with that was great, but once we got here we realize we could have taken an Uber for half the cost.

Beware! This hotel is not what it represents. They charge all inclusive but then offer NO service. I dont understand how they get away with it. If you complain to Managnent they will be insulting and rude to you. The crowd is really off-putting and bad energy. Our stay was a total disaster. What a waist of money

The Worlds greatest all-inclusive Key Largo resort! You enter a different world the moment you turn off A1A! This resort really surprises and delights at every turn with the luscious vegetation and well planned layout of private bungalows, each with their own private courtyard! Plenty of things to do on the grounds as well as on the water. Great food and a very attentive friendly staff at every level.

This place is absolutely amazing; from the time you enter into the gates every one here always has a smile on their face and always says hello. If you happen to get a massage here I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jose. The things he can do to help you relax words can not describe it; I’ve gotten one two days in a row now and I’ve never felt better.The food is to die for; I hate the fact that we were only able to eat at B&B once and Sea Senors once as well but besides that everything was awesome!!! My wife and I can’t wait to come back!!

The hotel is beautiful, the food good, the room perfect, the staff really good! But the spa, not happy with them AT ALL! My husband got sick during our stay, the night before our appointment didn’t sleep at all, woke up super late and tired, and taking care of my husband, and they charged us the 2 treatments, even though i explain to the manager the situation, they just didn’t care! I understand them, but who understand my situation with my husband!

Great getaway from a couple looking to relax. Nothing to do but eat, drink, sleep and recharge the batteries. Food and drink is MUCH better than your normal all inclusive. Service and staff are outstanding!

Fun, Fantastic, Friendly. That is how I would describe Bungalows. High end, Adult only, 21 and over. Its my understanding that it is the Only all-inclusive in America. Every staff member that I had the opportunity to speak with was what I described to my travelling partner as an ENABLER. They wanted you to have fun and would go out of their way to ensure that you were having a good time. Food and drink were stellar. Only name brand drinks available. It was a hip fun couples resort. YOU SHOULD GO!

We stayed here for our July honeymoon. The grounds are beautiful. The bungalows with the outdoor shower and tub were our favorite detail. Housekeeping and turn down service was great. We enjoyed using the virtual concierge for miscellaneous needs throughout our stay. The sunset sail is worth the extra investment. The couple’s spa treatments were lovely as well, but very pricey. My only complaint was the poolside service. We waited long periods for drink and food service while poolside, having to request items multiple times. Staff was friendly but extremely slow and often forgot orders. Wish the grounds had jet ski rentals as well! Enjoyed paddle boarding and yoga sessions. Also loved the Peleton equipment in the tiki hut.

Horrible experience with Bungalows Key Largo. My wife and I needed to move our reservation from September to May because my wife and I are both immune compromised and Florida is still highly affected by COVID-19. The young lady at Bungalows said no problem, made the change, and said there would be no price change. Perfect, right? Wrong. We received the change and new invoice by email and it said the cost went up $3200. I called back and got the same young lady. She said the invoice was wrong and there were notes in the system saying we only owe $2780. I asked for a correct invoice. She said it would be emailed after she got it corrected. I never received on e and called back. I was told by the rep the cost would not be the same and simply asked if I wanted to speak with a manager or cancel the reservation. I said manager. Cynthia Costa got on the line and said she is the Resort Manager and nobody in the organization is above her at any level. Cynthia Costa said she will not honor what the first rep told my and we can either keep the reservation or cancel it but she refused to reduce the rate to what we were promised. She said we could do whatever we wanted regarding reviews or anything else. Basically because it wont matter and wont negatively affect them. They do not care!

Spectacular!! Staff is very accommodating and roll out the red carpet for you. Rooms are beautiful and we loved the outside private shower. We will definately be back.

My husband and I stayed at the Bungalows Key Largo to celebrate our one year anniversary. We had originally planned on going to Mexico, but had to change plans due to my job. We were lucky enough to come across the Bungalows, an adults-only all-inclusive resort. We love traveling to all-inclusive resorts and were excited for this new adventure, especially since we had never been to the keys before. I read all the reviews of this resort and was definitely nervous, but honestly we had zero issues during our stay! This resort is truly magical. The moment we got there we received top-notch service, we arrived at around 4:30pm and check in was easy. We also got a welcome drink and a tour of the resort which was the perfect start to the trip. The grounds/rooms/amenities are absolutely breathtaking. We chose a garden view room and honestly preferred that over the beach front because of the privacy. We stayed in bungalow 204 and it was the perfect location, right across from the fitness hut and the zen pool and a minute walk to the main building with the restaurants and main pool. The bed in our room was like sleeping on a cloud, I loved every aspect of our cute little bungalow. And the two beach cruisers that came with the room are so adorable and we had a blast riding them around the resort. They also had a concierge that we were able to text to make reservations or book excursions for us which was a great idea and so easy to use during our stay. The zen pool was our favorite pool to hang out at because it was less crowded and the cabanas were spacious and comfy to lay in. The service was not as fast as the main pool, but it didnt bug us at all! We thought they actually did a fantastic job with getting our food and drinks in a timely manner. I can not say enough great things about the staff! We felt so spoiled and taken care of during our stay. We saw how hard that they all were working at the resort and they were always so friendly and warm to us, even when it got super busy! Shout out to Julie who took care of us every night at the Tiki Bar, she was fantastic! Yes we did have to wait for a check so that we could tip the staff after each meal/drink service, but we dealt with this at a luxury resort we stayed at for our honeymoon a year prior so it didnt bother us. I also made sure we were aware of this and planned accordingly before our stay. In regard to the food at the resort, we thought it was so good! Not everything was fantastic, but overall I loved the majority of all our meals. Fish Tales was our favorite, the clam chowder was ridiculously good so I got it every time I ate there! The nice restaurant B&B was also fantastic, get the mac and cheese! Just be aware to make reservations for dinner a week before you arrive to the resort, due to COVID precautions there is limited seating in the dining areas. So, if you are wanting to make sure you dont have a late dinner just make sure to plan accordingly. The drinks at the resort were also top notch, we had so many options to choose from! The actual menu they give you with drinks is limited, but they can really make you whatever drink you want. Make sure to hang out at the Hemingway bar, the drinks on their menu were some of our favorites (the sunny 75 was delicious). We did do a 50 min massage at the spa and it did not disappoint! We also did the sunset cruise which I highly recommend. Patrick and Adam were so amazing during the cruise and we had plenty to drink and eat. One thing that I think could be improved on is respecting reservations for the fitness hut. My husband and I made reservations because we were told only one couple per hour was allowed in, due to COVID precautions. Most mornings when we went to workout during our reserved time, another couple would come in (that I am assuming did not have reservations) and it was hard to maintain distance between each other. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be visiting in the future!

Very relaxing resort for adult only. The only comments I would add is there needs to be more bars other than the centralized bar at the pool. Plus I recommend hiring a mixologist, the liquor was either too strong or too weak.

My husband and I went to the Bungalows after 3 rescheduled cruise vacations. The bungalows will never be a back up again! We had so much fun, were overwhelmed by the gorgeous accommodations and loved the food, staff and activities. Having a virtual concierge was a fantastic touch and made requests and reservations so easy. We had not reserved any extra water sports prior to arrival but using “Sandy,” the virtual Concierge, we decided to enjoy the sunset catamaran and the tiki Tai day trip to nest key. The value for these extras was WELL worth it! We had the same crew for both (Patrick, Olivia and Adam) and they made the experiences Unforgettable. We will definitely be partaking in more of Red Hospitality’s boating adventures when we return. Liz, the food and beverage manager was so helpful and made our dining very special. Julie never let us go thirsty and always jumped in when service was needed. We were so bummed to leave this morning and look forward to returning soon.

Amazing place. We had a garden room and it was perfect. The outdoor shower and tub were used every day! Unfortunately the fire happened on our last morning there. The main building was completely engulfed. We wish them the best and hope they rebuild soon! Would definitely go back!

Excellent resort, very well designed. Once inside you will not know that you are not in the Caribbean or the Pacific Islands. The staff is first class and highly accommodating. The food was excellent. I recommend the BB restaurant (Liz the manager is such a wonderful host). The bartenders are all very good at making any type of drinks you can think of. I like the fact that the all inclusive bars all stock top shelf and medium shelf spirits.The Bungalows are all extremely private with outside lounging and showers area. My wife opted to use the outside private shower very often.I highly recommend the facility. They have some stick Covid-19 protocol and sanitizer stations throughout the facility. During our stay the facility was only 35 to 40% occupied. Which we loved! However, I would not expect that to continue once we emerge from this pandemic. At the bar and restaurants social distancing was practiced. All staff were mask.All and all this is a piece of all inclusive paradise in our own backyard (USA).

Beautiful brand new resort ! Only opened on the 22nd Dec 2018 so everything is in perfect condition. Loads of water sports activities to choose from. We did paddle boarding, canoeing, went on a fishing boat trip which was amazing ! (I dont even like fishing but we caught fish every few minutes and the views are outstanding) ! Food is good and the people are lovely BUT there were some teething problems. The chef had a melt down and the service of food was chaos. There was little communication between the staff / guests and one night we didnt even get to eat until 10pm! There are 2 or 3 restaurants but not all open at same time which was a shame as not enough people on resort I think.Very exclusive feeling hotel and would definitely go back again and recommend as its so stunning and very romantic (especially for our honeymoon) but hopefully in a few months or so when the management have got themselves organised !

Bungalows Key Largo was exactly what we needed to unplug. From the moment we arrived, we were fully taken care of. The customer service that the entire staff provided is unmatched.

While I only got to spend a day here, it was exquisite. I did sample food from several of their restaurants, and everything was inventive and delicious, and the chefs accommodated several food allergy issues.

This was our first visit to Bungalows and they had only been open two days before we arrived. It definitely is a five star resort. The restaurant and bar staff are great. You quickly get to know them which makes your meal even more enjoyable. The bungalows are beautiful and look exactly like all the photos. We had a beachview and to me it was worth the additional money. Each restaurant offers a good variety of food that is expertly prepared. With that said, Bogie and Bacalls is a step above all else. The interior of the restaurant, Hemingways bar and the living room are all special. Liz runs B&B and you can find her there everyday. She always went a long way to make sure our dinner was above and beyond. Gene, runs the bar and is a true mixologist to the highest degree. The wait staff are professional, yet friendly. A wonderful balance of service and the best food at Bungalows. We tried all the water sports and found them be a great adventure. The sailing on Lady B for an evening cruise was truly special. Captain Patrick had all the sails up and with a slight breeze you could really experience the catamaran. There are too many staff members to name that gave us special service, I thank you all for that experience. We are making plans to go back later this fall. Thank you Bungalows for a wonderful vacation.

Go to relax. Its the most stress-LESS location I have visited. If you need an active vacation, this is not the place for you. This is a sitting on a comfy lounger by the beach with a rum runner for hours kind of place. I love kids, but the 21 and over policy turned the noise level down to almost zero. Instead of just saying relaxing by the pool, I actually relaxed by the pool. And its all inclusive! Meaning theres no worries about food, drinks, activities, almost anything. The bungalows are an oasis onto themselves. With private outdoor tub, outdoor shower and patio makes leaving your room unnecessary. The staff is amazing. Unfortunately, there are too few of them. Service sometimes takes longer than needed just because there arent enough of them to accommodate everyone. They are understaffed. But they make up for it with sheer effort. I knew almost all of them by name and I was there only 3 days. Definitely a re-visit.

Bungalows is a beautiful resort that offers luxurious accommodations, amenities, and excellent food. Its a perfect place to relax and unwind. While it is an all inclusive resort, the vibe is more like a retreat. I highly recommend for a long weekend for couples who want to relax.

Unfortunately due to COVID and being furloughed, my husband and I are unable to have the vacay we planned for at the Bungalows this summer. BUT, I just wanted to commend the staff at this resort for being so understanding and truly caring about our well being when we had to call and cancel our trip. They refunded the money without question and genuinely felt for us. We will be back one day once things get back to normal and we cant wait to personally thank them!

We had an absolutely perfect time in The Bungalows at Key Largo thanks to the amazing staff— Tara, Charles, Marlin, Fred, BOTH Patrick’s and Tatitina and so many others. We got married on Leap day in St Augustine And had planned on celebrating every fours years but we had such an awesome honeymoon we plan celebrating EVERY year... at The Bungalows.

We set this trip through our travel agent for a group and I wasnt sure what to expect - I went in hopeful but knew it was a younger property - and I was simply blown away by the level of service and detail put into all they do. I cant imagine any resort to be flawless, but any small imperfections are more than made up for by the attentive and friendly staff. (Special props to Markendy - we kept him running, but he never lost a smile for a second.) I would recommend The Bungalows to most anyone. Loved it.

Absolutely garbage woke up early to head down to the resort paid 400 for early check in and was not allowed to step foot on the property till 12 make you stand in the parking lot for 2 hours What type of place makes you just stand outside in a parking lot

The place is absolutely wonderful. A guy who works there named Corey has extremely good customer service and hes very knowledgeable about the florida keys lifestyle,he made me and my wifes vacation very memorable. Were definitely coming back,hopefully hes still there,he was awesome.

The bungalows is amazing!!! We went for the first time last year (before the fire) and it was hands down the best vacation we ever had!! The one thing that really stood out was the cook out that they had the first time we went. The first night was a Jamaican food, the 2nd night was seafood, it was amazing! It was what brought us back! The service was the best everyone is so friendly and so accommodating!! They brought coolers to you by the pool with waters, they went above and beyond expectations! We just went back again last weekend. Everything was amazing except the food!! The first night we ate at sea senor, the tacos were gross. The 2nd night we ate at the restaurant, the food was good but the servings were so tiny!!! The only food we really ate all weekend was from the bar menu (pizza, wings, french fries). I still recommend the place, I hope they take the food into consideration and serve a bit of better quality and more options. Also, bring back the cook outs!!

Such an amazing place to relax

We loved our 25th anniversary celebration at Bungalows. It is relaxing. All the staff is working hard to make sure you are looked after. They are a bit under staffed sometimes and it makes for some confusion at times of who is looking after who but it all gets figured out and if you just let someone know you haven’t been looked after they will make sure you are looked after. The service at the pool is a bit hit and miss but you can go anytime to the tiki bar and get food and drinks.Renda is awesome. She works hard to make sure everyone is getting looked after and feels important.We only dealt with one person in the whole resort that wasn’t super friendly. Everyone else is offering help or saying hello all the time.The pools are warm and relaxing. It is a fun place without the chaos you usually get at all inclusive resorts.The bungalow was comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor shower was great. The views awesome.We are looking forward to going back as soon as we can.

Even in the midst of a pandemic, this place still rocks it!

My wife and myself went for 5 days 2020, 2 days before Superbowl weekend then went to KW for SB, then back for 3 more days it was very quite, great food, staff was top shelf, sunset cruise beautiful, perfect setting, reef fishing 20 fish each+, rooms very nice. Cost was on the high end, lots of alAcarte add ons but we receive what we paid for, bottom line! GREAT PLACE

Amazing place!! I gotta give it to John the Gm and his staff! Amazing bar staff Jason and James and Angela. My wife and I were amazed during our “quick” getaway. I was a little hesitant at first but it’s the best decision I have made. Anything your wanting or needing the staff is right there willing to do what ever it takes to make the day go smooth and easy. The rooms 800+ sqft was planned perfectly not to feel to small or cluttered Everything is high tech from the Pelaton’s in the work out tiki to the Netflix in the room. The spa is gorgeous and very accommodating to requests.

The property was stunning & the staff was top notch incredible. As a couple in their late 20s & early 30s we felt like this resort in particular catered much more to the relaxing vibe of an older crowd. We were disappointed in the lack of food options, & the fact that there was a lot of things that were not part of the all inclusive (Sunset cruise was $125 a person, etc.). Room service was not included & had a $20 service fee plus a 22% gratuity included, which seemed a little crazy for an all inclusive resort. As nice as the staff was & facility was I have little desire to go back & wouldnt recommend it. I feel as though the $$$ spent here could be spent somewhere else in the keys that is not listed as an all inclusive that has the same great weather & service for a little less $ & more availability/selection for what you want to eat.I will also note we were originally scheduled to go in May 2019 for our honeymoon & the facility had a large fire that cancelled our stay 1 week before. We were able to reschedule to a month after they reopened in Jan 2020 & felt that they did not really do anything to make us feel special or apologetic. I 100% realize the fire was not their fault but when rescheduling they seemed so sorry that our honeymoon was ruined for the time being & said they would go out of their way to make it extra special when we stayed with them in Jan but that was not the case. Also considering it looked/felt like the resort was only at like 20% capacity they could have gone a little out of their way.

Expensive but in reality, well priced. I was nervous when we booked as my expectations were high for the price we paid, but it far exceeded my expectations. The property was magnificent and looked like paradise. The staff were very attentive and all had a great personality. The food was delicious. My only criticism is that sea senior may need a little tweak to the menu but otherwise I have no complaints. You do need to reserve your dinner dining most nights unless you want to eat at the tiki bar (which is still amazing.) We spent many evenings at the tiki or hemmingway bar. I probably drank far too much rum the whole time! The liquor was very good and top shelf, making it hard to drink any beer as I did not want to waste an opportunity to try a different liquor from their large selection. Will definitely be back!! On an ending note, book your sunset cruise ahead for a discount, it was well worth it!

First off shout out my boy Chris the driver, that’s my dog for real. First met him when I was trying to get a rental car from the Avis down the way, they only had minivans and when I was talking to the dude at the car place I was asking about a Tahoe or a suburban. While talking to the guy from Avis he says they only got vans and Chris, unprovoked, calls the enterprise while I’m talking to the guy at Avis and tells me they got a Tahoe. That’s the level of service that echoes throughout this place. The view is great. The staff is awesome. Everything is clean and the landscaping is perf. I’d go again for sure. Shoutout Chris

I am giving the resort a 4 stars overall. This is a new resort and they have some problems that need to be fixed but because it is I so new I have confidence that they will be addressed.The rooms are great and the outdoor shower is magnificent. The bed is comfortable and the amenities are great.The boat captains, especially Glen, are friendly and eager to please. The guys who rent the kayaks and paddle boards is great!The food is not great. Having stayed at all inclusive this is part of the deal so I was not really surprised by this.The service needs some work. There are some really great servers, Mike and Roy, specifically come to mind but overall the service team really needs to get their act together. There does not seem to be any leadership guiding the servers on how to be efficient.Overall it was a great weekend getaway and will definitely come back again after they’ve had some time to work out their kinks.

The place and bungalows are stuning, very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.However for the amount you for a night we had several very uncomfortable situations with the service that should not occur, it is supposed to be an all inclusive resort and somehow on a couple ocasions we recieved a complete bill with charges for each item we got in our dinners and had to give it back for corrections, we recieved wrong information for dinner reservation from the front desk which ended up being very awkward situation for us at the restaurant.You will always recieve a bill for your orders that is mentioning the amount or gratitude which is suggested to leave.They have splitted our charges by 2 credit cards wothout asking, notifing or confirming with us beforehand which lead up to extra charges due to currency differences but the worst is that the front desk manager was suggesting that it was our fault to begin with because we tried (without success) to book the reservation few days earlier with that card and would not accept they were wrong.We really enjoyed the facilities but ended up really disappointed.Bottom line the place is poorly managed, quality of service is poor, You will not get your moneys worth at this place.

My wife and I stayed at Bungalows Key Largo recently and were overall very pleased with our stay.Overall I’d have to rate it 7/10 but decided to give it 3 stars based on value compared to other inclusive resorts in the same price range.SERVICEAs expected, the service was outstanding during our stay. From the check in to dining, we always felt welcome and taken care of.ROOMSWe had a choice between and Garden or Ocean room. We opted for the garden room. The room was clean and well decorated but since the resort was so close to the main road, we could hear traffic noise even while inside of the room which kind of ruined the ambience of the resort.DININGWe stayed for 3 nights which meant that we had three meals at dinner. I think we would have gotten tired of the food if we stayed any longer. Even though there are 4 restaurants, there is (in my mind) only one choice unless you’re lucky enough to get a reservation at Bogie and Bocalls. Each night you have a choice of either Fish Tales or Sea Senor, but both are not available on the same night. Your other options are the Sunset Tiki Bar or Bogie and Bocalls.We ate at Fish Tales our first night and everything was great.Boogie and Bocalls was excellent. If you’re staying 5 nights you are guaranteed one night at the restaurant. We were able to get a spot on our second night. We enjoyed cocktails at the Hemingway Bar at sunset then had a 7 course meal. In between each course the chef would come out and tell us a little bit about the ingredients and inspiration.Our last night was again Fish Tales. So we opted for Sunset Tiki Bar to try something new. Sunset Tiki Bar has a somewhat limited menu and is what I would consider bar food and while the service was great and sunset view was beautiful, the food was just OK.We did try Sea Senor for lunch and it was very good.Breakfast was always at Fish Tales and they had an assortment of pastries, egg dishes, toast, bread and fruit. Coffee and espresso drinks as well as mimosas and Bloody Marys.POOLThere were plenty of chairs around the pool as well as some facing the ocean. It was a little disappointing that there was no beach.ACTIVITIESThey have all sorts of activities, some included and some at additional cost. We took a 2 person canoe with a clear bottom down the coast a bit.OVERALLOverall we had a great time. But a few things took away from the experience.Dining options just seemed limited with only one real choice for dinner. If you’re staying more than 3 nights you might get bored of the options. It would be nice to have different options each night if they limit the availability of which restaurants are open. I’m not sure if this was because they weren’t that busy or if this is typical.The road noise really detracted from the experience and the lack of a beach was disappointing.

This resort was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. The location was beautiful, it was like you had your own tropical oasis away from the world. Would highly recommend this to everyone!

This is a review of an ATTEMPT to book a reservation.I called the 1-866 number on the website only to wait on hold for almost 15 minutes. Finally, someone answered and told me they werent able to make reservations for the Bungalows Key Largo property for some unknown reason and that I needed to call the local number. However, the agent took my number and volunteered to contact the local staff who were supposed to call me back shortly to assist.Never heard from anyone by five hours later. Therefore, I called the local number & waited on hold AGAIN for almost ten minutes. The guy who finally took my call was so unbelievably rude! Seriously, why would I book a vacation at this place when the customer service just to make the reservation is so incredibly curt??Vacation starts with those who help you book your stay. If the on-site service is anything like this guys attitude, this place doesnt stand a chance. Its too bad Little Palm Island isnt back up and running.... sigh..... Now they knew how to treat their guests from the first phone call/ encounter.

Bungalows Key Largo is open and worthy of a 5 star hotel rating. John and Staff are serving gourmet meals, providing world class service and personalizing daily activities. This is the best resort to hit the Keys. Expect to be treated to an experience only found in the best resorts and hotels. I will be back soon and often.

Went there on our honeymoon to get away from Orlando brought my $200 pillow specifically for sleeping needs and they left it when I checked out in the room and I asked them to ship it back they said they found it and it still hasnt been shipped back may I remind you it took me five phone calls to track where the pillow was at their facility remind you this is a five star resort we are talking about here too new for its own good Noble house should be ashamed of the service

This is paradise. Every detail has been well thought out. The bungalows are unbelievably gorgeous and the property is breathtaking. The tiki boat and kayaks are so much fun and the sunset cruise is gorgeous. Adding fire pits and more craft beer would be a plus. We would stay here again as often as possible!! Thank you Renda, Mack Ronaldo and, Trey and the many wonderful people we have met.

Horrible place screwed over a man and his little brother

We had just got back from there last weekend.We spent $2300.00 for 2 night barely 2 days...not evenAnyhow once we book it and read all advertising about this place being “all inclusive “ we realize it was all a big LIE once we got there.We checked in and right away we’ve been told that the big DINNER UNFORTUNATELY is already booked for the next two nights!!!!!! YES!!!!! If this is an all inclusive resort how come there is no room for us to EAT?????????? The only place to get food was the tiki bar with a menu smaller than any other place.Salads and Sandwiches only!!!!!!!!!Can you imagine paying so much money to eat a Hamburger sandwich????It was so embarrassing... we actually had to go back to the room and order Pizza Stuff was very unprofessional and kept on looking at us, staring and whispering to each other.Very lost crew... no one no anything.Basically for Such a beautiful place they really POOR with food service for being an all inclusive resort.Its not worth it so DO NOT let this place fool you.Breakfast was poor as well nothing but few fruits and cheese and cookies.BE AWARE!!!!

I won’t even give it one star! Don’t even know where to start but I will say SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. Food was beyond horrible and service was beyond pitiful.!! The staff are clueless - rancid “mahi mahi” served at 1350.00 a night- not acceptable! And it only got worse- bad decision!!!

First if its kind in the keys and south florida period....all inclusive paradise

My husband and I were really looking forward to our 25th anniversary trip to the Bungalows. We were one of the first people to book a reservation. They were advertising 24/7 butler service, unlimited access to five star dining, nightly entertainment, daily activities, water sports and more. The photos and sales pitch were top notch and we couldn’t wait to experience the very first all inclusive in Florida.The property and rooms are beautiful for sure, but beauty is only skin deep. Please do not be fooled as we were. First of all, when we booked, the rate for the room we booked was over $1340/night, so one should expect a five star experience. We both signed up to receive emails and newsletters about updates when we booked in August for our March 2019 trip. We never got one update, and up until the week before we arrived, the advertising had not changed or been updated. We were still expecting butler service, unlimited five star dining, nightly live entertainment,etc. We were really surprised to learn when my husband called on 2/25 to confirm our reservation that it is a “soft opening and some of the amenities will not be available”. No offer of a partial refund or rate reduction was mentioned but we were guaranteed to have a wonderful five star experience.We arrived to the resort and only then were told there is no butler service, no room service, no entertainment, and only one restaurant was open per meal, but we could always get food at the tiki bar (until 10pm- no drinks after 10 either). The staff tried to say they “never saw it advertised as butler service, etc” until we showed them our screenshots of what we paid for. Suddenly, they remembered that “they need to take that off the website”. Believe me, they had false advertising, and we proved it.We tried to just be good natured about it and enjoy the trip we had planned for our special anniversary. The staff said they would send wine and strawberries to our room. Terrific right? Well, there was a mix up (which happens) and our complimentary treat was sent to the wrong room. The front desk texted me repeatedly saying it was delivered, and when I sent them a picture of where they claimed they put it, they didn’t believe me and sent someone to look in my room. It was an honest mistake, and they should have owned it rather than put us through 45 minutes of texts, visits to the room. Again, trying to be good natured, we laughed it off and hoped the people who got our wine and strawberries enjoyed them.We went to the “fine dining experience” at Bogey and Bacalls which started out well. We met some other guests and enjoyed a cocktail while waiting for seating. A reservation is required for this meal, which we made for 6pm, however were informed that cocktail hour starts at 6:30, and seating is at 7, which left us wondering why they would book a 6 pm reservation. Once seating occurred, we wondered why a reservation was required at all. We were warned by our new acquaintances that seating was “first come, first served” but were woefully unprepared for the stampede of people running for tables at 7. Fine dining where elbows (and sweaters) are thrown to get a table? LOL but it’s true. There is no choice what is served to you, nor is there an explanation. First course I ask “what is this”, and was answered “it’s a bisque”. This went on throughout the meal- no explanation, no engagement, no smiles. It was bizarre. They promised the final course would be “steak” for me due to a shellfish allergy, but my husband would be getting “a Maine lobster”. Terrific right? Nope. He got steak too, and when queried, the staff said the “chef decided to give you steak since she might be mad if she sees you eating lobster and her not”. Why in the world would someone be mad that their husband can eat lobster but she can’t? Again we laughed and said this was just a rough first day.Nothing got better unfortunately. The room and property were beautiful but not much else went well. Please do not be fooled by false/misleading advertising. We were really disappointed in the end.

Bungalows Key Largo was absolutely gorgeous! We booked this weekend getaway for our anniversary, which was back in October, so to say we were looking forward to going is an understatement!When you pull up, it’s so cute, they immediately unload the car for you and escort you inside to check in and have a beverage, if you wish! They then take you on the most adorable golf carts, that are teal and white, and give you a tour of the property! The teal blue colors make it super relaxing and tropical!We chose a beach front bungalow and it was the perfect location with a gorgeous view, but I don’t think you could be in a bad bungalow, there can’t be such a thing with how amazing the property is. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side so we didn’t get to do the water sports or the Cruisin’ Tiki bar, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the peaceful and relaxing environment.When we arrived on Friday we had a couples massage after a few drinks at the Tiki. The steam room and Salt room were AMAZING, in the spa! We loved the spa so much, we booked for Saturday also!! The spa is to die for! Frank was my massage therapist and my husband had a female, both were wonderful! The bartenders, more mixologists, (James and Jason were ours for most of the weekend) were so personable and awesome, the GM, John, was always around and making sure everyone was enjoying their stay and talking to us. Renda, was fabulous, she is from Guest Services and always smiling and making sure everyone else is as well! Everyone is so accommodating!!The Mahi tacos were some of the best we’ve had! The buffet breakfast and 6 course, wine-paired dinners, were all delish!The drinks keeps flowing and the service was top notch!We will absolutely go back and can’t wait until we do!!
