For the price this place is fantastic! Private beach, pier, and dock. Free kayaks and paddle boards. Quiet and peaceful. Service is excellent. Within walking distance to local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Every year it gets better and better. One of the few places that still subscribes to the keys mindset that makes the keys. Reasonable rates, a spot for the boat, friendly staff and all the amenities you could need.

Private. Very quiet. Lots of stuff to do. Rentals are not far from the water.. I love it here.

Very neat,clean and homey house. It needs a little TLC but overall I would absolutely come back . The owner and the Brian are wonderful. Whatever we needed help with he is right there. Cant say enough how friendly he has been, I think its his midwestern charm.

We just returned from our stay of 5 nights at the Bayhouse. It was a very pleasurable experience that we would highly recommend to all! While one of the bedrooms was not as cool as the other two, it did not detract from our overall experience! We hope to vacation there again next year!!!

This resort is private and directly on the water ( gulf side) absolutely had the best time, even during uncertain times it was great

We eloped here and had the most romantic backdrop. Perfect for our small ceremony and exactly what we both had wished for.

Absolutely beautiful beach vacation spot in Key Largo! Rented out the entire property for a wedding and with the one time event fee it was still significantly more affordable then most beach wedding locations in the keys. The Bay House was my favorite house on property because of its perfect view of the dock. Paddle boards and kayaks provided!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Dream Bay and had a wonderful experience. From the manager’s warm disposition (Thank you Tom!), to the astonishing manatees that stay near the dock, everything was wonderful. We cannot wait to come back for a reunion!

This property is simply amazing. We stayed in the largest house Tropicasa but I believe there are many others and they are expanding. It fit 11 ladies very comfortably and had a huge kitchen and living area. This place is a mini oasis and just an amazing escape to paradise. We had spent the first week in the busy Miami Beach and coming here was just a breath of fresh air. The other guests were so kind and welcoming to a large group and we were able to stay on the beach at night because of the lighting and open bar areas. Sunsets were stunning and the best part was you can walk almost everywhere. You would never know it was just off the main highway but we didnt rent a car and were able to walk to Starbucks, CVS, and other cafes and restaurants. This place has a true mom & pop feel to it and is much more homemade than the extravagant resort next door. Grilling, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddling were all highlights.

We just finished our 6th stay at Dream Bay and couldn’t have been more pleased. There were many improvements made from the last year and it was exciting to see the fresh look. Dream Bay offers so much. Views, wildlife, water access, easy walks to restaurants. Couple and family friendly. Looking forward to our 2020 stay. Also, every staff person was a delight. Thank you for a job well done!

One of my favorite places in the keys. Its a beautiful place on the Bayside of Key Largo where you can watch a beautiful sunset. They have kayaks and paddle boards which you can take you local restaurants along the bay. I feel so relaxed when Im there and youre surrounded by awesome locals. The quaintness is what the keys are all about and this place has that. Id rather stay at a place like this than at a big resort any day.

Location is good, accommodations were clean and AC worked well. The beds in the banana cabana were so hard I think they consisted of two box springs instead of mattress and box spring. The beds are too small for the bedrooms so they are shoved into a corner making it very difficult for athe second person to get in and out of bed.just over all awkward layout.

We had a great time very nice place, Juan the attendant is a very good and nice person, very friendly when ever we needed something he was very helpful to guide us on where to go and where we could find what we needed, he also maintained the place very clean .

I Waited on hold for 15 minutes trying to make a reservation. Never got an agent on the phone.Assuming that this I the level of service I will receive once I get there, a changed my mind and will look elsewhere. Hope their new app appropriately named bon voyage works well for those that use it. For me it is bon voyage for poor service

I don’t know why the last review put two stars. I never stayed here before, but I had friends here. This is a wonderful place.

Im not exactly sure how to rate this. The rooms are cute. But Im very confused as to how one is supposed to have a successful event with the boats parked in the dock. . . It takes away from the view. And its totally understandable that these boats pay to chill here on this cute little beach, its just odd to also equally have it as an event venue.

Had my wedding here and the ceremony was beautiful but stayed a week afterward and had the absolute worst experience ever. The air conditioning went out and it consistently stayed over 80 degrees the entire trip. Half the he lights didn’t work either. After speaking with managment they refused to do anything about it including comping anything. We even asked if there was another “cottage” (aka trailer) available since we understand it could take some time getting the A/C fixed and were told they were available but she couldn’t get ahold of her cleaning staff so that was not an option. We then asked her to clean it herself and she refused. If you don’t mind staying in a trailer with no A/C in the keys for an absorbent price go ahead but I would much more recommend a campground in that instance.

We are currently staying at the Tropicasa house here, the one right before you pull into the gate. I must say that the pictures we received prior to our arrival and upon us choosing it looked very pleasant, but much to our dismay was not what we expected.The bad:1. The house is not very clean. We went from room to room and the bed sheets smelled of ‘scalp’ so we ended up washing them all, which we had to go purchase the detergent for.2. The pillows...are absolutely disgusting! I guess if we didn’t wash the bedding we wouldn’t have seen that the pillows are yellow/brown. On top of that the pillows are old and uncomfortable.3. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the springs in them make noise! You would think at this price point per week they would spend some money on some of the most important things...pillows/beds/cleanliness.4. The floors make your feet black. We could not walk on these floors with our bare feet! I guess if we had a mop that didn’t look dirty we could have mopped the floors ourselves, but then we’d have to purchase our own products to do so, which we got tired of doing.5. The interior really needs to be refreshed/remodeled. Pretty awkward interior and some things are not functional. The interior being awkward wasn’t so bad, but the range hood not working and just there for decorative purposes didn’t make sense to us.6. There is practically nothing provided for you. At this price point you would think there would at least be hand soap....nope! Had to purchase that too!7. WIFI really sucks! My service provider was faster!8. Basically in the middle of a trailer park.9. Something ate into the bananas that we left on the counter. Appeared to be a rodent.The good:1. The AC does work well and they are pet friendly.2. The only reason why this got a one and not zero was because of the small beach area/view, otherwise our family basically gut this out.This place did tell us we should provide some of the items like dish soap and such things, but to call this a resort and judge it based on the pictures provided would not be what you can expect. At the price point, which we paid for, there are things that are expected, which I mentioned above, that are not provided for us, which is absolutely ridiculous. I do believe if they remodeled and put some type of effort into thinking about the consumer and what they would expect in a place they paid $2400 for the week for, it could be a great place, but instead it appears they may have just thought about the bottom line and done the bare minimum.I’m not mad at anyone or expect anything, but would like people to be informed about making a decision one where they would like to bring their family on vacation. I would say this is more of a place to bring some of my best friends to hang out and party than my family.

Cant say enough about our stay at Dream Bay, it was fabulous, we rented the Bayhouse and it was excellent, 3 bedrooms and a washer/dryer were the best having while on Vaca, clean place, people very friendly that live on the site, if you get a chance to meet Diane....she is a gem, having access to kayaks and paddle boards was awesome, I will definitely be back and will rent Bayhouse again, it was an incredible Vaca, thx Dream Bay and Tanya

This is a great place to relax if you want to do nothing or its a great place to be centrally located to eave activities to do. Key West is a bit of a drive but overall, this place is terrific.

Where do I begin ! My husband and I had our wedding booked here for sept 24th 2017 and we would stay in banana cabana, well hurricane irma hit that week and canceled our plans. Tanya the owner of Dream Bay gave me the option of keeping the venue just changing the date to feb 3 2018 . We decided that would be best. And boy are we happy we moved the dated, we ended up getting bumped up into tropicasa, and let me just say this house is amazing ! More like a compound, huge, we had our rehearsal dinner at the house and fit our entire bridal party and wedding party of 40! The layout of the property was so perfect for our dream beach wedding, the properties most attractive feature was how private it is, it is gated so really the only access is to the people staying on property and there are limited amount of cottages, the grooms best man ended up staying next to us in banana cabana and he was more than satisfied. We had our ceremony out on the jetty, which was more beautiful than you could EVER imagine, then we had the cocktail hour by the hammocks and bar area which was more charming than words could describe, we had our reception set up on the beach with the tent and dj set up there, it was more beautiful than I even imagined it would be! the weather was gorgeous, there was even manatees and dolphins going by as we were saying our vows ! We will be back with our group every year on our anniversary ! Thank you tanya and thank you dream bay !
