My over 2 years of experience living in the community. I must say from water going out without notice due to park repairs, to multiple mold issues and also the lack of communication the park has on anything. They prefer non-confitational methods. In my eveteran eyes I see a poorly run community. Such a shame the property manager is still employed.

Visited friends who moved there a year ago and more recent. It has gone downhill. There are campers in a mobile home community?? Is it a mobile home place or a campground for campers? Im all for tiny living but campers belong in an RV park. Not a mobile home community. The place is way dark at night and the posts by the pond are not fixed and not all painted.Friends say water is shut off without notice. They jack your water bill up often. A sorry looking playground area. How can they let kids near that deathtrap of a swing? It is horrible. Can they not afford a nice new wooden set for the kids to enjoy? There are tons of kids.I noticed on weekends people park in the grass in front of a few homes. Guess its a free for all on the weekends but get towed during the week??I hope my friends can move soon. I couldnt handle driving through that campground/park every day.The owners should be ashamed

Live here for about two years. Price is okay and the location is the best feature. Through two close hurricanes our area stayed dry, and power stayed in or was quickly restored. Biggest problems are the water system which can be out for days, and the revolving door of local managers. Neighbors are hit or miss, with some noise and crime if you are unlucky. Hard to recommend, but they do have a few RV spots now.

No play ground for my children, entrance signs are in terrible condition also the roads are in terrible condition..the bridge on the pond is falling apart has no side rails so a child cant fall in, needs more bench..

Old run trailer park... but the folks seem to try to keep their homes up....

This place has got to get some street signs! How can any neighborhood NOT have any STREET SIGNS? Im glad that I dont live there.

Our water throughout the park gets cut off with no warning and can never get a hold of the office staff, they tow cars for no reason at our expense, they have threatened to evict us from our home for one cosmetic issue because we are at the front of the park but do not give anyone else issues throughout the park with even more cosmetic damage to their homes. Cars park IN THE ROAD in the back of the lot but anyone near the front gets towed. They are constantly switching management and the staff in the office is never friendly, and rarely in the office every time you try to go down there.

This park is a joke. You dont want to move here. Office staff is rude and unprofessional. I have lived here 2 1/2 years, am being evicted because I dont own my trailer and am not approved, but they approve drug dealers. They have more people moving out than in. Trailers are old, run down. A Lot of empty lots and trailer. They are accusing me of having someone live here who doesnt. They say they have video, which is an invasion of my privacy. Nothing for kids to do. Pool is a joke, hardly open. Im handicapped and paid my rent, but I have to go. I left a letter addressed to the park owner, well, the district manager opened it. She doesnt own the park, she had no business opening it. She doesnt want to hear what you have to say because she is always right. She had her informants, who she believes everything they tell her. I wouldnt recommend this park to anyone!!

Dont have much to say about the park, people seem to be nice..However While I was visiting one day, the speed bumps damaged my muffler around December 2018 and I told them, they said they were going to hand over the case to their insurance for further review..Its almost may 2019 and no word yet on this matter.Seem like they dont care.

A mobile home park,with all typical issues.

The park in itself is good. However, some of the residence that have been approved to live there, according to the big red and white sign when you enter the park, should be reevaluated. Personal opinion/judgement, the rules you receive depend on who you are and how well you are liked. To my understanding, 20 years ago the park was a great place to live. Its still not so bad now, unlike a great part of Jacksonville you can walk through the park without such a high fear of being caught in a drive by. Management may want to reconsider some things they enforce and things they dont. Overall as far as appearance and safety, the park is good.

This place sucks. The staff and maintenance. Change moor times the the avrage person changes. Underwear. Thay rip you off untrained. Management. Dont know whet there doing no communication. Betwean staff un perfeashanell staff just sucks to live here

I went in there to buy a handy man special and it looked like the trailer was falling all apart. The company needs to be more aware of what they sell.

No heat, barely any air conditioning, insect feces covered in paint so it looks like textured paint, no interior doors- had to buy and install my own, hole in bath tub, faucet away from wall in shower, gas stove not hooked up, wall separated from floor, inadequate parking, shall I continue?

I love the people who live here most i have met are very friendly and non judgmental. But as for the people who are in the office.. Well.. They harrass people for no reason. Telling ex felons who have had their records ex sponged that are visiting their family as a guest that they arent allowed to swim in the pool because they arent approved to live in the park but then letting others who arent approved in the pool. Also that felons arent allowed to live here but yet have convicted child molesters and sex offenders living in the park with kids in here. And they have felons that work here.. There are always jso in this park. Teen agers who are out late breaking into homes and fighting in the steets. Drug dealers who live here. We are selling our place and moving as soon as possible. I wouldnt live here if jesus asked me to! So my last words are... Thats nice and stop evicting the elderly!

Well I have lived here going on 16 years. At first it was okay. Then it seems like every few months they have a new crew and new office management. They are awful! Rude to be exact! They came and tore down are fence without notice. The guy told us they were taking all the fencing down in the park. Well I havent seen anyone elses fencing taken down! They continue to raise rent and they do nothing to this park. Been here seen alot. I want out of this place so bad! Cant move my DW or I would!Vandalism has been really bad. My neighbors had there windows busted out.It just goes on and on.

If you want to live in a place that puts notices on your door for trash in your yard (Thats buried under a foot of earth and was their when you moved in)Then yes, move on in!
