The park is looking so much better. The owner/managers have started demolishing the old homes out here and started putting in newer homes and remodeling inside and outside! They have started removing the old trees and trimming the low laying branches. There is a new fence around the property front as well. I cant wait to see the results.

Read through reviews and I will agree with 90percent, however there is a new owner and he is a paramedic of real estate turning run down dumpy trailer parks into safe, family friendly, hardworking Mobile home communities.... new management great new attitude...affordable housing in convenient location. The improvements and amenity upgrades have begun and I look forward to seeing the improvements.

Loving the new changes that are being done to this park. New owners and Property Management are working very hard to turn this place around. With all the new upgrades that are coming, I am very excited to see it when it is finished.

It is not a good place to live they do not care about the tenants at all... all they care about is the money, I have a rat problem and wont help exterminate the pest and the rats are chewing on kitchen cabinets. WARNING

Cheap, clean, and great management

I only visited here to deliver a gift to someone. Just being in that trailer park made me feel dirty and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Completely disgusting and run down

The trailers are old. Not as much crime, neighbors keep to themselves. Located on major roadway but quiet.

I LIVED THERE ABOUT 2 MONTHS,,MOLD,/MILDEW, ALL IN AND OUT OF MOBILE HOME, LOT 17, AND SEVERAL NEIGHBORS I VISITED WERE LIVING WITH THE SAME MESS, I HAD TO CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT / CITY ON PARK MANAGEMENT, SHES A POOR EXCUSE OF A MANAGER. ...I TOOK HER TO COURT IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME SHE WASNT GONA FIXS THE MOLD/MILDEW, AND OTHER ISSUES AND WHEN WE WENT TO COURT SHE LIED, ON SEVERAL ISSUES, SO DO NOT MOVE IN TRAILER VILLAGE @ 7000 NORTH MAIN STREET, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, 32208,,,, THIS PARK IS TRASH.....AND COULD / WILL MAKE YOU SICK R YOUR CHILDREN, DUE TOO MOLD AND MILDEW, AND DONT TRUST THE MANAGER, SHE WAYS ABOUT 300 POUNDS AND A LIER, SHE WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND CUT YOUR THROAT BEHIND YOUR BACK.....
