Will not fix Storm drains. Sewage /the comment you are about to read is from a resident I spoke with recently .COMMENT they have known since the last time months ago and everyday since then bc every morning they drive on golf carts through the park and drive around it every morning. Now my comment, Not sure how management only found out about the problem over the weekend when I have witnessed it my self over a few months visiting friends, Was it the news media that got their attention on Tuesday July 9 2019,when they interviewed a resident they caught outside that was willing to speak about it? Sure hope there are no repercussions to the guy that spoke to action news Jax.And by the way it was ME that called the media about the situation, no one in the trailer park should have to put up with these ongoing conditions.

Nice park! Great people in office!

Quiet place to live but the neighbors are very rude. We cleaned both yards and they complained about it. The new Tameka lady in the office is so very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I loved my first 6 months here but it just keeps getting lousier. You are responsible for your own yard upkeep. I have had to do my own pest control because the fire ants are out of control in the yard. Water was included when we signed our lease, but apparently they installed new meters and from what I could understand from the maintenance man who speaks little English they will start charging us. My children were terrified because a strange man was messing around the house installing said meter, when I called the office b they said no staff was out working. Very inconsistent and frustrating.

Beautiful!! Well kept, mobile homes are in good repair. Jennifer in the office is amazing!! Very knowledgeable. Helps you through the application process, and keeps in touch with updates. Wont have anything until the first of 2020, but still worth the wait.

This place is full of clowns, especially the maintenance men. he is a hater, if you are Puerto Rican or latino dont rent here,

We cant use the swimming pool first we were told the filter was broken now its the pool was never broke its closed until Memorial Day its 92 outside. We live in Florida it should be open all year round we have lived in the park for 7 months now and havent used the beautiful pool once because its been close

Nice park although prone to flooding in quite a few areas

Just bought a home a couple of months ago and due to the storm drain issue I cant even properly access the lot im renting. Its been this way for months now and is ridiculous. Literally flooded up to my driveway, why should I have to cut through peoples yards to avoid damaging my vehicles if I pay full lot rent. Especially when you have to pay out of pocket for getting nails in your tire going through the yards.

Nice quiet park!! Has a pool that very few ppl are ever there so its private and relaxing (more like a private pool) and a small playground. It seems to be mostly adults, very seldom do I see children. Im guessing maybe grandchildren visiting. Management and Maintenance are nothing but friendly and helpful.

I have lived here just over a year and this community is nice and QUIET! Mainly older people or families with children live in this park. Theres a small playground that is convenient if you have smaller kids. They have a nice variety of new and older homes. Briana, the manager, is very nice and will work with you if you have any issues. Garbage pick up is included in rent and they pick up your garbage twice a week. The price of the lot rent is so so. I wish it was a little cheaper but overall the environment makes up for the difference.

Nice atmosphere

Its june 7th, one of the reasons we moved here is the pool and its been closed almost a year. Its Florida! Rent has increased twice in past 2 years, people are leaving left and right.Managment of the place is great, friendly and will work with you but its over priced. Increase rent and take away the pool? No sir. I will be leaving when my lease ends.

I decided not to stay here but its very clean and safe. Took a visit on a Friday night and peace and quiet.

So Awesome!

My Mother in law was living there for years and although it was clean she was robbed several times.

Hey this place great to live In

We have been without full power now from November 3rd 2016 to present, December 6th,2016. Our power pedestal needs replacing, which is the communitys responsibility. They have contracted to a loser electrician firm, R&R, who seem to be the only ones the park is willing to employ to fix this. This electrician gave an original date of 11/21/16 to have the part, but has exceeded that by two weeks plus. In the meantime, nothing that requires 220 voltage in our house will work, which includes the a.c./heater, stove, water heater, and our dryer. The side of our home that has the 220 appliances, many of the 110 outlets on that side also do not work (we live in a doublewide). So we cant heat or cool the home, cant cook, no hot showers, no laundry, to which their answer to that was we have a laundry mat. They HAVE knocked half off the basic rent for November and December, but this is not helping our situation much. Our ancestors would be proud of us, because with the exception of some lights, we are cooking simple meals on a hot plate on one of the few outlets that work, heating water for baths in a bucket on the same hotplate or just taking showers cold, sweating when its hot outside or freezing when its cold. Move in if you want, just hope your pedestal doesnt go out!
