I would not choose to live there, trailers are to close together.

Kinda sketchy staff when it comes to paying or getting in to the park. We bought a trailer from someone and we didnt live in it for about 3 months but we were working on it and we got told that we had to pay the previous tenants back rent or we would get evicted. Dont know how we would get evicted if we didnt have a lease with them but sure that happened.

Nice place to live. Mostly quiet and peaceful. Away from City lights if you like looking at the Stars. I do.

Its a trailer park. Need I say more. Its not nearly as bad as some trailer parks I know of, (like Pairadice Village for example) but its still a trailer park. Not somewhere Id want to raise my children. Trailer parks undoubtedly have to many dwellings right on top of each other on such a small piece of land. I wouldnt want to live in one.

Its a nice motor home park really far out on normandy its clean, crime is pretty low has a pool and bb court if you dont have a vehicle dont move there only way to get somewhere is the bus.

Ugliest place to live...alot of racism in the office...managers dont care about no one but the money...i would give them a zero instead of a one

I paid CASH!! FOR MY HOME!!! and they wont approve anyone one on the application or explain why we werent accepted and acted like corporate called me but they never did it was that guy that sits in the office there is no corporates number so Im asking does anyone have any thoughts on what I can do I have 3 year old daughter a 6 year old whos autistic and 2 year old need some help please all thoughts welcomed

I was visiting family members .. I am worried that some cars pass at high speed and there are no speed bumps and there are many children playing outside the home

Beautiful well kept lawns and shrubs.

Pretty nice mobile home park. Has a pool, playground, laundry, basketball court. Its not perfect (no parks perfect) but the park seems to be getting better and better over the years. They always have some promotion going on too. Id recommend it

I love Normandy Estates... My dad lives in this trailer park. Its very well kept up. The management is all over the place but the tenants are very nice. Everyone seems to be very neighborly and nice. The lawn maintenance is kept up well. All and all, Id say it is a nice place to live. They have amminitys, like a pool, very nice and big.... They have a playground for the kiddos. All around pretty nice Lil community.

The ugliest trailer park in Jacksonville. All the trailers in there are old and many are in disrepair. And they charge like if theyre a top notch place.

Decent place to live Ive been here going on 4 years now

I was going to purchase a home from here. But the manager is never there. And never answers the phone or returns phone calls. terrible. I dont know what favors she is doing to her boss. But she has it made. She doesnt have to do any work and still gets to keep her job.

Very clean mobile home park with decent people, they have a swimming pool for residents as well.

Its quiet where Im located. Lot rent is about $450. Which I think is high, but I only paid one dollar for my trailer, it was a fix er upper but it was worth it. I now Have hard wood floors and totally marbled bathrooms. Decent place to live on the west side. Not a lot of crime that I know of. Dollar store is a 5 minute walk, plus the new BP gas station is right across the street. And a bus stop right at the entrance

This is the worst, management is a joke. You can never get them on the phone, its been 3 months I asked to speak to someone in corporate, they said they will have them call me, Im still waiting on that call. They are so unprofessional its ridiculous. They need new staff ASAP!!!!!!!! They take about a month for a background checks. Just unbelievable!

Horrible place to live have a hard time selling your trailer unless God does it the rent is different every month they add to water the playground is horrible filthy kids cant go up there without getting beat up every summer somethings wrong where you cant have this phone and pull but maybe two weeks out of the summer

Ive had the worst experience ever being at this park.I paid cash for my home cash!!! And they wouldnt aprove anyone who was on The application. Wouldnt give us any reason. Only that its not them. When i asked to speak to whoever is in charge of that. I was told she would call me. Never got a call. Im being forced to get an attorney.

They took my trailer like so many other without paying for it.they are theft.check in on it .they have 52 for rent .they make up lies and takes to the court house so they can get you evicted.but only give you three days to get out friday eveing they serve to you the eviction then monday police comes and your out.thats against the law.

Probably the worst place I have ever lived they dont care about the trash and cats and chickens everywhere nor do they care about cleaning up the glass at the park
