Was only there for about 20 minutes but that was enough to see that it was very unkept, old,and kinda rundown looking.

Beautiful lake. I didnt actually travel into the estate portion but we as a family had a great time together.

Staff rude and refuses to fix anything at all. If repairs are needed you better have the money to do them yourself. Slum lord at its finest! Dont move your family here even as a last resort i promise a shelter would probably be better.

This is a good trailer park and the Park is in the process of getting cleaned up even more since I was here last time... management is professional and curtios

Owners are rude and very slow on fixing the problems

Very racist staff and they dont fix nothing and they kick people out for no reason
