Do not rent from here they suck, grass hasnt been cut in two to three weeks but the places by the office have been cut. And our air filters hasnt been changed since March had to buy our own.

Place is a joke I would not reccomend anyone to rent from here. We have lived here for 4 years now and its always one issue after another. Roof needs fixed and mold is coming in through the ceiling. They slapped a tin sheet on top of the roof and its not even completely fastened to the roof so it blows around in the wind and slaps the roof. Our neighbors hate it more than we do its obnoxious. We gave them the notice that we would go month to month rent and stated we would give a 30 days notice as required before moving out. We finally are moving out and have gave them our letter stating our move out date. As soon as they received our letter they called stating we were unable to move out on the 10th that we had to move out on the 1st. They are unable to do prorated rent although that wasnt an issue when we first moved in. We have never missed a single payment or had a single payment late so I dont understand why they give us so much grief. Heed my advice. You have been warned.Already called this number because I knew you guys would respond with this. They said they were going to have someone call me back and if not call back a couple days later no call back and when I called back a couple of days later nobody wants to talk to me anymore.

They are are expensive an have a lot of strict rules to not be that clean of a trailer park.

Its nice and we say a mama duck and 5 little babies swimming in a pond. There geese and lots of playground equipment very nice and clean trailer park

I am resident of Oceanway Village and Ms. Billingslea is doing an amazing job. She never meets a stranger and seamlessly handles issues without losing her winning personality. It is very refreshing to live in a community that the manager truly cares about the entire community and it shows!!! Beautiful place to reside!!

Quiet, very family oriented. Yes, it is a mobile home community but you cannot tell. The yards are well maintained, no loud music,no loose pets,no drug issues. Am definitely recommending this place.

Very close to everything you could possibly need. Neat clean neighborhood, office staff is good to work with. Very confronting knowing a officer drives around once a day but no one knows when he will show up. Trailers r very well kept up and mantaince will come fix anything at a pretty reasonable time.

This place is a JOKE! do not rent from here! Ive been living here almost 2 years and it has been nothing but trouble. It is a trailer park, but treated like a HOA. Cars get towed for BARELY touching the grass, but parking on the street get complaints too, but the driveways are barely big enough for two cars. The office never answers the phone for issues, but if you do something wrong, they are quick to let you know. The list can go on and on.

Needs better drainage system for when it rains the drainage ditches need to be clean out cuz every time it rains the front entrance is always flooded and my car is so low to the ground I have to drive to a different entrance out of my way to get home

Contact rental property around June 14, 2017 and was told two bedroom two bath was available. Property manager said she would email me application. I did not receive email so I attempted to contact property manager via phone. NO one answered, I left voice mail.Two days later I visited their website and saw property listed for 100.00 more than I was told on phone. After repeatedly calling Oceanway someone finally picked up, was told they have a property available in July for significantly more than I was originally told.If you see a property you like at Oceanway village go apply in person.They apparent play favorites and are not trust-worthy.

Oceanway is well maintained, its quiet and safe. The location is convenient to River City Marketplace and quick access to I295.

Quaint living in beautiful Jacksonville..a short drive to beaches as well. I even met a princess named Vanessa!

Ive lived here my whole life and up till now the magt. Office has ruined the park .. They have to many rules . but wont get rid if pll who have rats in theyre homes or help they always say its not our problem ..

Units need to be identified with READABLE numbers, and a site map would be helpful.

Management thinks its Queens Harbor in here. They go up every year on lot rent also. I pay more for.lot rent than I do the mortgage. If your looking for a place to live dont come here.

So peaceful safe for kids and family the people are friendly i love it i would recommend families with kids to come home to the Oceanway village youll love it

Lajuan Billingslea is doing a GREAT job making sure everything is taken care of. When you walk into the office, you feel like you are home when she welcomes you. If you have any questions or concerns, Lajuan either has the answer or is quick to look into the issue.

I would give zero stars but it is not possible!! Worst community in Jacksonville! Lived here for 8 yrs when new management took over and the place went down hill ...FAST!! The new office managers are a joke and so is their maintenance staff.Just look up Yes! COMMUNITIES reviews online and you will see for yourself
