Rented there for almost 3 years. Started out with the landlord being good about answering calls, taking care of the property then as time went on he ignored any calls and did nothing to the property. No pest control, road repairs nothing. When 3 neighbors moved out our trailer became infested BIG TIME! He did nothing we moved.

Cause people are nice

Their homes are nice, fairly priced, quiet neighborhood.

Grounds and pool unkept bad service and ground keepers not very well kept and let anyone move in

My older mother has lived there for three years safe and sound.. No problems with management or neighbors.. If something is broke they fix it immediately.. Awesome place...

Great place to live if you can afford the prices and pass the background check

Totally moving wont fix problems for ppl that have been here a long time... but cleaning up homes not worrying about ppl already here issues

Some Ret. Military crackheads live there, Richard and Aretha they really need help. keep your distance from them, other wise youll safe.

Extremely busy and full. Lots of noisy tenants frequent the area. Expect to hear a lot of bass from cars blocks away.
