Dont move in here if you own a business with a commercial vehicle.. Cant park it. They own the lots. Had it towed along with 17 others without any warning. Could have at least given a 24hr notice. Theyre in cahoots with towing company. Nice, peaceful place to live. My cousin moved in there about 6 months ago and he loves it. I visit him quite often and I thoroughly enjoy the area.

I lived in Jamestown Estates for a little over a year, and its the nicest Mobile Home Community in the area. The lawn is mowed for you, and the grounds are very well taken care of. It is very clean, safe, and quiet neighborhood. They do have a No Pet Policy, but they are very welcoming if you have a service or emotional support animal. Maintenance always tries to accommodate Residents who need help hauling stuff to the dumpster, or if they see someone out and about they will stop by to offer a helping hand. Management is very personable, they treat you like family. The entire Jamestown Staff goes above and beyond, and they deserve more than just a 5 Star Rating!!! I HIGHLY recommend this Community if youre looking for a quality place to live!

Nice, quiet, clean & well keep property. Staffs friendly & polite.Would give 5 stars but they need to be a tad bit stricter on the no dog policy. Occasionally, youd see a rather large not so friendly looking dog roaming, all alone. It appeared to be mixed with pitbull. And, they need to add another dumpster for the trash. It overflows before pick up day

This community is no longer a good place for senior citizens. A lot of rough looking people has been allowed to move in. Not as clean as it used to be.
