Horrible place to live..We have had problem after problem living here. The office is terrible about returning calls and also scheduling maintenance and also for your home to get sprayed but are quick to place a notice on your door about cutting your bushes. Our shower is about to fall through the floor and no one has even come by to look at it after we have called 4 times in the past month and a half. Also sugar ants are terrible and our house hasn’t been sprayed but one time since we have lived here in the past year.Terrible customer service would NOT recommend living here we can’t wait to move out.

Please update your office hours. Saturdays it says 10-3, but its 10:44 and no one is working. It seems the past few Saturdays, there hasnt been anyone at the office. No sign on the door as to when they will be back, if theyre out showing a property.

The homes and the community are beautiful! The client service has been awful. I finally have a manager that is trying, but it has been very difficult for me since I began renting to get things done.

Was a great place when I moved here. Now its been sold a few times and the rule book seems to have gotten lost. Rewritten is what I was told? Ive been waiting on a copy for four years. Prices for lot rent is all but $500 a month.

Nice mobile home park.. very clean and friendly. Has a pool to everyone too enjoy who lives there and it feels safe. Which is always a big PLUS! ALSO, lots of people in their do keep up their yard and homes.. which is always a MUST!

Living here at Chaffee Pines for 2 wks and new to Florida, the staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and will do anything in their power to help with anything thats asked! They keep it clean and tidy as well! Great neighborhood! Big thumbs up!!

(update) your response simplifies what is wrong with the company. You copied and pasted a response that you have used many times in the past saying how much you care but in reality if you truly did care you would have picked up the phone and called me and ask what is wrong and how can I help but instead I get the same old blah blah blah.I have lived here for two years and cannot in good conscience recommend for anyone to live here. The office is impossible to deal with and if you have any troubles with anything in your residence you can expect to wait weeks or even months for the repair to get done. I have four major prolbems at my residence I finally got one fixed last month after three and a half months the other three I have been waiting on for up to almost a year for something to be done. If you call the office 99.9% of the time you only get a voicemail and no one from the office will ever return your call.

Im moving out this coming up Saturday, and its a bitter sweet moment. For my first home/landlord/neighborhood, I loved it here. Jackie and her staff are amazing! She truly is a wonderful person. Anytime I had an issue, whether it was the house, or personal, she was right there in my corner and always mademe and my children feel safe. She goes by the books, and isnt afraid to enforce the rules. But thats her job! As long as you are a good tenant (like you said you would be when you signed your lease) then you will never have any problems, and you will love this charming community as well.

I currently live here. we moved here from update NY. We rented for the first 2 months, we have been here almost a year. the place is quiet. We havent had any problems with bugs (the park spray first but after we bought the place we took care of that). I do agree with the one post about the maintenance guys. they came to fix our back door, they didnt fix it right, my husband ended up fixing the door. The refrigerator and air conditioner unit went about a month after we bought the place. The appliances in their rentals are old, and I am pretty sure the air conditioner units are old too. There are a lot of stray cats, but they dont usually bug you. Overall it is a nice place to live.

People complain that the maintance crew dont get anything done. Its not them, its all Jackie. When we moved in our dishwasher and oven did not work. We left that b**** multiple messages without hearing anything back. Weeks later maintance stopped by for their routine check-up and we told them of the issue. They had no idea, Jackie ignored all of our messages and so they put the order in right away and it was fixed within a week.Also, dont plan on seeing any of your $1600 security deposit ever again. I received a letter informing me that they were keeping the whole thing, with a breakdown stating it went towards October rent (our lease was up on 9/30). When we called, Jackie said it went towards a carpet replacement because it smelled like pets, which was not true, and because the carpet was stained. The carpets were already stained when we moved in and we have records proving it.DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY - OVERPRICED TRAILERS RUN BY GREEDY MANAGEMENT

Managment at the begining were nice friendly and all the good things u can think off. Almost 2 years in and now the dont do anything about your rental property, ask for services and until a law suit is mencioned nothing gets done. My neighbor stole water from my back foset for almost 3 days straight while i was out of town visiting parents. Wont renew no more contract!!! If u still decide to move in, dont forget i warned u!!

The most beautiful place for homes I have seen in a while

I moved in almost a year ago and havent had any problems. The neighborhood is well-kept and quiet, and the staff has always been very helpful.

I currently live here and CANT WAIT to move out! Worst experience ever renting somewhere. This place is a polished up turd. Over priced. Infested with bugs. Their maintenence crew is the laziest, half ass workers out there. Takes them months to do the simplest of jobs. And even those simple tasks do not get done properly. The emergency maintenence guy never picks up the phone after hours or weekends. My heater went out and they didnt fix it because it was the weekend. So I went a whole weekend freezing with my kids. If I was you... look somewhere else. You will hate living here within a couple months just like me and all my neighbors.

They sell an expecting people trailers that fall apart and raise their lot rent every year its very expensive if you own in there and if youre renting
