Its a small retirement community. The people seem nice, not stuck up but down to earth.Dont expect alot of bells & whistles, but its humble.A safe place I think for a couple to call home and enjoy

Its a gated community and it is very safe for someone who is older to live alone.

This was a nice place until they moved a trailer into my front and back yard and left me a only a small pathway to walk around my home. I would not recommend moving here. Shirley d j

Our house had black mold growing in it! The landlord just covered it up.

This place acts like you dont exist, but miss a payment and you will hear from them within the week. Horrible management.
