Sorry place to live cant wait to move out

Its not exactly a desirable place. But it is livable. Pictures online make out to look much nicer than the actual unit. But like I said, its livable thought. Property manager seems nice. Neighborhood seems quite. Id live there for a year or two. Until I can save up enough to find something better.

Beautiful park with very kind and responsive manangement. They treat you like family and neighbors become your friends

Terrible this people will never return you back youre deposit, 5 fcing years living there and fixing the place myself because maintenance always into drugs or drunk in the park, bad bad place to live, no money back in trashy acres.

Is an option, when you are a little bit tight on the budget.

They complain about have dogs which obviously is the least of their worries. Especially when there are crackheads knocking on a pregnant womans door at 10 o clock at night in a white van asking if we do cocaine. And the wont give me most of my money back. Anyone know who the owner is. I want to speak with him personally.

They will leave you hanging time and time again. Wanted shelves in my fridge (like a normal person) they said they ordered them - oops wrong shelves! Then they just tried to change out my ac with even crapper ones and either the freezer part wouldnt work or the fridge wouldnt. Lost all the food I had and the WOULD NOT compensate me.They would not fix the lock on my door - they sent a guy by but it accomplished nothing. Had to go buy a door lock because turns out the were putting on the wrong kind for the door we have.Asked the repeatedly to come fix the AC and Jake kept saying he would send out his AC guy and he should be there within the hour. NOPE! Everyone went home and its not fixed. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Its cheap for a reason

Quiet place for the most part, despite being fully occupied as just about the cheapest place to rent in the area. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The park owners need to get a lot busier fixing the trailers up to standard.Floors are buckling in 2of the trailers that I have been in and there are no screens in the windows to keep flies out and the AC s are either not cooling at all or the tennets are afraid to complain because the landlord will raise the rentseither

This place is so run down all of the trailers are in very bad shape.And the roofs are all bad and falling in!!I would never move back to this place!!
