It seems decent and quiet. Theres a pool and playground but I know the parks closed.They need to keep it clean through out the entire neighborhood, not just the front

I visited a mobile home, at magnolia circle. The interior had 14 vaulted ceilings, with modern columns, deviding the living area from the entrance. In the center column was a fire place that greeted guests using main entrance. Exquisite.

Ive been living in this community for a few months and I have never felt soo peaceful until I moved here. Great staff. Amazing residents. Safety is their priority and the always put they make sure all resident concerns are taken care off. I highly recommend this property for any type of household. Single, married or married with kids I recommend a 100%!

Quiet place although I do believe their background checks hinder people that have changed their lives and should give people 2nd chances that are felons 8 years ago and up with no police record not even a ticket after that

Family oriented community. Management is Amazing. They also have a nice pool and club house.

Dont have security our security cameras. The Management Team Dont care if youre Trailers get broke in to. The fox news Report tried talking to them. They want the news people to get off they property
