Very happy with my stay while raising my two daughters! I love our own little get away. Ive never really had a problem.

DO NOT live here.. DO NOT think about living here.. My mom was nothing but harassed. Her car towed for being parked, but employees cars arent.Bunch of lying shady people

BEST mobile home community by far. The manager and other office staff is wonderful. Always pleasant!!!! Always quiet, unruly people are not tolerated. I would recommend this community to anyone. :)

I have been here since 1996. We love it here. Even with the off set of the office personnel. Its quite. Its kept up. The only thing I dont like is that they will give you a notice for everything. But I great place if you have children

Rude and racist staff. My daughter couldnt have her African American friend come and visit her without maintenance staff running him off the property.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. They will cover up and put a bandaid on problems within a trailer so they can sell it and then tell you since you are paying for it they can’t help. Any problem they promise to fix will not get fixed. They will give you a trailer with leaking faucets and promise to fix it but will not work with your work schedule. Your water will leak and then over charge you on your water bill that is paid to them. Their staff are very unprofessional with them smoking in the pool area and making out in the pool and having an abundance of family crowd the pool where others can’t get in. No one will answer the phone and usually there is no one available in the office. The moral of the office staff is very low.

Its sad for as long as I lived here I havent had single issue with this trailer park until the new company took over everyone used to be able to swim at the pool and be able to relax now we have to stand behind a black fence in 90 degree weather wondering what its like to take a dip in a pool that people have to pay for out of their rent but yet cant swim in it because the new staff is to lazy to buy and install a new pump

Management is awful. I sold my trailer moved out and after several attempts to get the management to sent required paper work to another mobile home park, which they never did and other park left several messages for her to contact them she just refuses. I lived there for about 8 years. Lot rent went up sky high but no improvements to park and pool was hardly open in summer unless you dont work . It was mostly only open in day time only. Not even open on weekends. Management sucks never never return calls or address issues anyone has.

A rip off. They don,t give you your deposit back. they told me to move out because I had a visitor for two weeks. Verry rude,they dont fix your problems.

The absolute worse experience Ive ever had with a property. The office will tell you one thing and do the absolute opposite. Very untrustworthy and dishonest management staff. As a disabled veteran I really expected better treatment than that.

I would like to warn and future residents or prospects about Country Roads. Staff cant wait for you to buy a home or move a home in. They are helpful when getting in, and then they will be the rudest person you have ever met. If you have a family with small children or teenagers...this is your warning... other residents complain about you. Office staff is then NASTY to you. You cant let your children ride a battery powered 4 wheeler. Office staff will tell you that you should have asked before you bought the childs toy/gift. READ THE HANDBOOK through. From page 1 to page 100. This place is RACIST. The pool is filthy. They dont mow the empty lots on a regular basis. Overall this is the poorest place to live and lot rent is exceptionally high!!! I

Every time I visit here its always quiet.

Aftee 3 years of being here. Watching this company get sold twice. And different managers coming in and out. This place has changed for the worse. Inspire communities is the new owners and all theyve inspired is people to move and fight them in court for their illegal practices. They want to change a TRAILER park on the westside of jax into a HOA good luck with that. Youll go bankrupt before selling all these new homes, but cant make do on a single promise to current residents.They are trying to bully and single out people. Admitting this to their faces. My advice to all people living here or wanting to move here DO NOT sign a single thing. And record all your conversations with them for your protection! As for their oral agreements on previous summit community leases, judge said on Jan 23rd they are not valid in court or this state. Remember that when they try to pressure you. You are not under any agreement with inspire!

Just another trailer park

Completely destroyed my disabled mothers driveway... and left a hole for 12 days and counting whereby confining her to her house unless she has someone come over and assist her down the back stairs to go grocery shopping, doctors appointments, etc... This was purposely done out of spite. their excuse.... we have other projects with priority. In the 12 days, Weve watched them place a tree in the managers yard! You seriously do not wanna move here!

DECEITFUL AND LIARS. DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THIS COMMUNITY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY, ARE ELDERLY, OR HISPANIC. THEY SEEM TO PREY ON THESE THREE STEREOTYPES.

Management is incompetent. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
